I recently bought my car here. My salesman was Joel Martinez. He was very attentive and really made efforts to make my purchase as smooth and financially accessible as possible. I signed the contract a while back, but they called me to sing a new contract with a lower interest rate. I was very surprised to see that even after I signed the contract they still were helping me to get the lowest price possible on my car. Very pleased with my salesman and his team!

I had an appointment it took 2 1/2 hours to do an oil change. They only had two technicians working. Normally, when there is an oil change with a multi point inspection, the technicians are supposed to inspect your vehicle. Prior to paying for my oil change, the service advisor gave me a piece of paper with all of the recommendations to be done at a particular mileage on my car. When I observed the long list of things that need to be completed that they recommended a particular mileage, I asked the service advisor. Did you guys actually inspect the car or look at previous notes because most of these things have been recently done by Nissan.The service tech informed me that no it has not been inspected. This is just what is required at a particular mileage. I got my car back and I went around the block and I realize they did not put any air in my tires. This is not something that I should have to tell them to do. I have done plenty of oil changes with multi point inspections, and they automatically put air in your tires when the tire pressure is low. I also noticed that there was no washer fluid in my vehicle. I also told them there is no windshield washer fluid in the vehicle. When they looked at it, The service advisor poured washer fluid in the car right in front of me then said oh it s leaking then walked away. Did not give me an estimate on how much it would cost to fix. They just poured washer fluid in there in front of me and said it s leaking that s why and walked away. All the list of things that you guys gave me as a recommendation, No one cared to actually inspect the washer fluid and tell me why it is leaking. Overall, my car was not inspected. They just gave me a list of things to be done at the recommended point of mileage. when I try to explain certain things to the service advisor, he spoke over me instead of listening to what I was trying to explain. I will not be coming back to this dealership.

It was one of the easiest and fastest experience I had with viva Nissan. The only concern is the sales representative Orlando who tells you they have lifetime warranty for oil change when in fact you have 3 to 4, Jessie who was the one who helped me did a very good job with everything such as explaining, trying to safe any money plus any help wi the what my car needs and he told me that it isn t the first time they complaint about telling a customer about the oil change they have unlimited which isn t true so please tell Orlando to be transparent and honest with customers. Jessie on the other hand, best help I ever had with any service experience

It was a good experience from the start Sebastian Moncayo is very professional and courteous. Called me back to let me know what was going on with my vehicle and broke down the prices for each item ..very good service ..when I went to pick up my vehicle was told a total out the door price which was $ 1,496 dollars but when I went to pay they charge a 3% when using a credit card that seemed odd especially when it s not on the final receipt . So I ended up paying $1,564 dollars instead of the final price quoted ..that was odd but Sebastian was out to lunch and I couldn twait so payed it and just a little side note .after paying $1,500 the least they could ve done is give the old Aranda a wash .

I was greeted several minutes after my arrival to the service area. I waited for my service representative ( I believe his name was Jessie). He greeted me and asked me what services I needed. I told him and he immediately got someone to work on my vehicle. The wait was a bit longer than anticipated due to it being lunch time. When I got my vehicle back, I was pleasantly surprised to see my vehicle had been washed. That definitely made the long wait worth it!

Very easy to work with. Bought my 3rd car from them and will buy my next one there as well. Jesus was very helpful and not pushy at all, even in the 105 degree heat. Him and his manager were able to get me more money for my trade in, which I was happy about. He explained everything in detail, and was knowledgeable about the different Titan models. Jesus knows his stuff, if you re looking to get into a new vehicle easily and without the pushy salesmen, go hit up Jesus at Viva Nissan, you won t be disappointed. Full tank of gas, a car wash, roadside kit and a safety kit. Can t be mad at that.

Great customer service from GM. Danny!Danny was made aware of a situation that arose and was very attentive to the situation and assured me it would be resolved in 24 hours . The situation was resolved by him within 5 hours!!!!!Also great customer service by my sales rep Angel. Make sure to ask for him as your sales repA+++++ Highly recommended

I took my truck to Viva Nissan for service and was instantly met with a GREAT smile and amazing energy from Ms. Delilah Araiza. She was very attentive and not only took care of what I wanted done but also suggested additional services regarding some issues I was not aware of prior. She was very clear and concise. I left very happy and with a much better understanding of my trucks overall condition. I will definitely be returning to Viva Nissan for continued service on my truck knowing Delilah will be there to provide me with great quality service. Thank you.

Joel was my salesman and he was amazing! I explained my situation and the first thing he did was assure me that I was going to be leaving that day with the car I wanted. He is very knowledgeable about all the vehicles that they have on inventory. I ve been a long time customer of Nissan and it s because of salesman like Joel that I keep coming back every time I or one of my family members is in the market for a new car. He treats you like family and goes above and beyond whatever expectation you have. Viva Nissan has a great employee and should make sure they do everything in their power to retain this young man on their staff.

The service manager at Viva Nissan El Paso Texas set up my appointment forTuesday at 730AM. I was out by 810. Jesse in the service department said it would not be a problem to get me out quickly. I really appreciate it. .They were friendly, professional, and on time.

Took my car in to get serviced the morning of Jan 22, 2024. Someone stole my black, matte Ray Ban sunglasses. Too bad i didn t notice until today. I called and left a voicemail for the manager and still haven t gotten a call back. I thought my belongings in my car would ve been safe. I had no clue Viva Nissan hires thieves. I paid $250 for those sunglasses!!! I m very disappointed because i had a great experience with Maritza when i got my car in sep 2022. Now the reputation is ruined because a worker stole my sunglasses! I will never go back nor recommend anyone to do business with this company. I would be more than welcome to delete this review if i could get my item back!

Great customer service from this group of people. I was helped immediately as soon as I pulled up to the location. They were super helpful in every way. The reason for my purchase there had to do a lot with the general manager Daniel �valos. He went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase . He is the true definition of customer service! Maid sure I got wat I was looking for and more ! Definitely recommend buying from these guys.

I recently had a pleasant experience at Viva Nissan with my little girl! Omar A. assisted me with getting my new Nissan Kicks and he was very friendly and kind! He was even goofing around with my daughter which made her feel comfortable! His coworkers Angel and Osmar were nice as well! I usually have a hectic time at dealerships but not this one! Viva Nissan is very welcoming! I highly recommend!

Took a friend's vehicle to get serviced for an oil change on Jan. 29th, 2024Upon pulling in to the service area there were a group of salesmen congregated in the front making crude jokes and talking loudly using obscene language.It is inappropriate to be conducting themselves like that in public and while conducting business. They are representing the dealership and Nissan. They can save it after hours when they are at the bar.So if you have children and don't expose them to that behavior at home, but yet you go for a simple service issue for your vehicle and now you have to shield them from this type of language and behavior from so-called professional with "customer service" in mind.To top it off, my friend's, vehicle had the low tire pressure light on and they didn't even bother checking the pressure and adding air to the tires.Terrible experience.

Jesse in the service department at the Viva Nissan on Zaragoza in EL Paso, TX has taken care of my Nissan since I bought it new in 2008. My car runs great due to the attention he gives to detail. My 2014 Nissan Rogue SV had transmission problems. Was going to need a rebuilt transmission. With what I owed and how much repairs were going to be, I traded it in for a 2020 Nissan Rogue at Viva Nissan. Didn't want a bigger car payment at this time, but great vehicle and safe for my family to drive.

First time here, brought car in for oil change, quick service and they also rotated tires and change the air filter. When we got to the car they also washed it, I was pleasantly surprised!! The service department was friendly and quick!! We will be coming back!!

I took my Nissan Rouge for an oil change and the service people were just standing around looking at me .I got off and ask if I could get a oil change? There were no cars in garage and they were just standing around chatting...I must of bothered them with an oil change. I ask for a oil change and carbon filter change.I paid $111.00 when finished.When I looked at my car they didn't bother to wash my car .I asked them why didn't run in through the wash the guy used to do it ? He said it's been down...Really? All the other cars on lot where clean even the new ones were clean.They have gotten really lazy in service.This is the second time they tell me the same thing.I just think they are getting lazy and not trying to please customers unless you are buying a new car.I always go to Nissan for my oil changes.

Viva was easy enough to deal with and not too many games like other deanships. Be sure and ask for anything you may want when first negotiating your daal. I had called ahead to confirm they did not have a bunch of mandatory fees added to the purchase of a CPO vehicle. I was told that they did not, however there were $1500 in fees added to the very top of the contract which I demanded they remove. They did redo the contract with no fees. I did not realize that a dealership would not give a complimentary full tank of gas. I was told they only give 5 gallons of gas with purchase. My truck was delivered to me with the low fuel light on and they wanted me to drive to Santa Teresa for a vin verification late in the day. I did not even have enough gas to get there. A few little things are not much but kinda leave a poor taste after spending over $50k for a vehicle. The salesman was great and easy to work with. Just be sure and pay attention to every little detail or you may find some surprises.
