Hector in service was great! Thanks to the General Manager for teaming up with him and helping me out, that s why I love coming here, people that care.Every experience is different but mine have always been good and I m confident you ll see the same!

I took my van for a diagnostic 2 wks ago. It was already a week and no updates. I called, they said the girl that was working on my van had quit, (blaming it on her) and that Juan, was going to take care of it. I spoke with Juan and he said they were going to start working on it. I called Juan after days for updates and no answer, left message and nothing. When he finally answered he said we needed a new battery for them to start working on it, 2wks had already passed. Since the van hadn't moved obviously the battery was dead. The van was there for 2 wks without getting any work done. Really bad service no communication at all. I don't recommend this place. Taking it somewhere else..

Horrible service. First, I called and received an auto reply saying the voicemail box was full. I called a different number and asked to be transferred to the service department. I was transferred and then put on hold. I was on hold so long that the phone started to ring again. I hung up and tried Rudolph Chevrolet and had excellent service there.

It's okay. But I feel like some of the salesmen were just hungry. Meaning that there's already twice this happens to us where the salesman is happy to help but once we close the deal any leftover stuff he was like whatever. They didn't call to let us know the plates and sticker were there already for weeks. And they told us to take it on Monday to do a deep clean of the car and to get out goody bag... And when we got there they were closed. There was just alot that happened afterwards which were small but still would have liked more of that same customer service but for everything. Not just the beginning.

My 2022 Silverado broke down @11,000 miles a week ago. Has been in dealership shop since, they still don t know what is wrong.when they do figure it out they still need to order the parts parts (not in El Paso) the parts were said to take a week or week and a half to get here.they do not offer a courtesy car or a shuttle.After you buy the vehicle you are left walking when you brand new vehicle factory warranties vehicle breaks down. Feel bad for others that this happens to.

Scheduled for an oil/ filter change and tire rotation at 7.20, completed and done as expected by 10 with the car washed as well. Service advisor was friendly and very quick at check in.Only issue i had was the waiting in showroom. There were only 3 people waiting in area early on and 1 employee in showroom and music was turned on at a blaring level that was ridiculous. I stepped outside for about 40 minutes but came back in because it was cold. The music went off for about 15 minutes and then it was turned back on again unnecessarily loud. I messaged dealer and complained to staff and waited outside for my car. Other businesses play music but the volume is more comfortable.

I bought a used truck, nothing but problems.They have yet to register the truck and my paper plate has expired.They promised me a full tank of gas and detail and they refuse to do it now.They fixed a minor oil leak and did not install the shifter cable correctly and I was stranded out of town.(when I called them they said they will see if they can look at it).Save yourselves a headache and buy elsewhere!

I scheduled an appointment for basic services over a week in advance. Arrived at the scheduled date and time, parked in the service-line, no one acknowledged I was there. So I went in for help. I was told that they are so understaffed and overworked that it wold take 2-3 weeks to do the work. I brought my car to a local mechanic and had the issue resolved in less than an hour.

So far not good. Bought a new Chevy Suburban in Jan 2020. AC broke in May and took it in. After 8 days, they called to tell us that they have not yet figured out what is causing the issue, but whatever it is, the warranty will not cover it. It is unbelievable. I even have an extended 5 year warranty that they did not know about and said they would call the extended warranty to see if they will cover it. How can you even call a warranty when you still haven't figured out the problem (which they acknowledge a problem exists, but because it doesn't show a code, they are clueless on how to fix). I am hoping that the person who called us today to tell us "they don't know what the problem is, but the more they drive it, the worse it gets" is not representative of this actual dealer.

Despite the brake failures, they changed a sensor after the popa boster and it didn't improve and it didn't improve and they want to charge me 860 dollars when it is a system defectEn pese con fallas de freno canviaron un sensor des pues lapopa boster y no mejoro y la no mejoro y me quieren cobrar 860 dls cuando es un defecto de del sistema

Because my car is two weeks old and they won't deliver it to me, the engine of a 2019 through with 19,480 miles was damaged and they don't want to change my car anymore, I'm not going to buy more from them and the general engine is the same, I don't recommendPorque tiene dos semanas mi carro y no me lo entregan se da�� el motor de una trav�s 2019 con 19480 millas y no me quieren cambiar el carro ya no boy a comprar m�s con ellos y general motor est� igual no recomiendo
