Went and took my vehicle for an oil change, and as I picked it up a light on the dashboard turned on that I need to fix my park brake. Went and told the technician about the light, and they wanted to charge me to fix it when it was broken under their care. I took my vehicle home.Update: after I posted my review, the manager David reached out to me and assured me that they would take care of my vehicle and get it fixed. I appreciate that they reached out to make it right! Thank you David!

I have a hard time trusting dealerships service centers, but Viva Chevrolet has been amazing. The front desk staff is extremely friendly and straight forward at making sure you are taken care. Communication once your vehicle is in their hands is the best I ve had. I know exactly what s going on and estimated times are right on point. I only take my Chevy Traverse to this service center.

If you are looking for quality service on your vehicle, stop by Viva Chevrolet and ask for Ms. Carolina. Ms. Carolina was very helpful, she got me in earlier than expected and my vehicle was completed in about 30-45 minutes. Quality service and exceptional customer experience.

Had to make an appointment to bring my car in to fix recall notices. Was able to book the appointment online and had a call back within 30 minutes to confirm my appointment. Super easy to drive in and drop it off was done within a couple hours, friendly service.

The dealer who "helped" us was a total creep.When my brother was looking to buy a car, I suggested heading to Chevrolet since I rented a Malibu and thought highly of it. After some discussion including that I would co-sign for the car, we stopped by the dealership after taking our mother to a restaurant. She walked around with us as we were browsing. Eduardo, the dealer with a blue button shirt, black tie, and muffin top walked over to assist us. At least that's what we thought he was going to do.This scumbag made us feel completely unwelcome. He was more interested in our mother than making a sale. He kept walking near her even though my brother and I told him we were the ones shopping for a car. He didn't want to let us see the car interiors (other than looking through the windows), didn't bother explaining which trim has what, and refused to give us a test drive. Like we would steal the car while he was in it. After 5-6 minutes we just told him we would look elsewhere. He couldn't give a F.The next day we went to Honda, then Hyundai. The Hondas were a good choice but thanks to Lester from Hyundai, we bought a Sonata. Now that guy knew how to sell a car.

Customer service was great. No complaints with the service department, they did a good job. Just wish the facility was cleaner (bathrooms) and wish their manager or someone brought donuts daily for customers like Rudolph does and had coffee cups and coffee for customers; this place only had one coffee cup remaining and nobody noticed or bothered to restock.

Ruben Sigala was the one who helped us out to pick our car. He was professional and took his time with us. He was patient and was not pushy. We bought the car the same day and everything worked well. We definitely recommend him if you want to buy a car from viva chevrolet. He even checked on us a few days after to see how we are liking the car. Superb! Will mostly likely buy a truck from them in the future.

By far, best dealership experience across 5 different cities and 2 different states. I had my car kept for 3 months in Odessa while they did NOTHING. Brought it over to VIVA and the issue with the transmission was fixed in FOUR (4 days). They definitely get the job done, and they are upfront about everything. They don't give you the run around.

Christian Arvizu in service was very helpful and understanding. He really went above and beyond with my vehicle; I had a leak in my convertible top and he was able to switch out and replace it immediately under warranty for me and get me into a loaner! I will definitely bring back my vehicle for any other services. Thank you Chris.

Carolina is excellent when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. She explained everything to me from start to finish and is always prompt. I didn t feel pressured into getting any additional unnecessary services to my suburban. Everything was handled through the app and I felt like it was an honest inspection in what I did need. I will always recommend this place and I will be back for anything I need when it comes to the service department.

Came into look for new a new truck in early January. Worked with Miguel, He did a great job working with us. He and the sales manager worked together to come up with a good value for my trade-in and the purchase price of the new vehicle. All and all a good experience, and friendly people at Viva Chevrolet.

Customer service was fantastic! My salesman was attentive and very informative the whole way through my new car purchase. They gave me a gift box for my purchase and took care of me very well, will definitely be getting my son a car from Chevy when he turns 16!

The service staff were able to accommodate me dropping my vehicle off early and made an exception for me to pick up my vehicle from the sales desk since services were closed by the time I could pick it up. They worked with my warranty company to get me services completed quickly and for a better price. I definitely recommend this business.

I had taken my vehicle to another local dealership on two different occasions and both times the service department reported no issues with my vehicle. One visit to VIVA and the tech service staff was able to find the issue. Great service, very thorough with their work, and professional. I will be taking my vehicles to VIVA for future service. We took our car in for oil change and to have our license bracket added. Christian Tovar the service advisor assisted by coordinating our services. We even had a wheel alignment done. Christian assured that everything was coordinated and our wait would not be long. Mr. Banda the Manager for the service department stopped by to assure everything was good. ** shady. Dealer is pushing their workers to place reviews. That s how shady this dealer is.Dealership lies and tries to get customers to purchase a vehicle with false promise of closed deals while keeping the deposit. My son went to purchase a vehicle and paid his down payment. He signed paperwork and was advised the deal had closed. Needless to say the financing didn t go through and now they do not want to give the deposit back.The assistance GM named Jesus advised the money was non refundable and paperwork was signed. Now if he signed a paper he has the right to this document. The GM refused to provide the paperwork to take to our lawyer. We have been guided on what to ask for and it s a shame that a lawyer has to get involved because they allowed a vehicle to be taken knowing financing hadn t gone through. If a deal doesn t go through at fault of the dealer the money should be refunded. Instead they tried to get him in a vehicle that he did not want to make it right.This place is shady and will do anything to make a deal and keep your money, leaving without a vehicle. DO NOT BUT A VEHICLE FROM THEM. THEY ARE SHADY AND DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS IN AN ETHICAL MANNER. instead they try to prey on the vulnerabilities of a young adult.

This dealership never ceasing to amaze me. The service is exceptional. Making an appointment with the app is easy. I even had to reschedule and it was a breeze. I went in early because I got called into work. The clerk made sure to get me out asap plus they picked me up!!! I never experienced service like this at Cadillac for my Escalade. I m glad I switched. I love my High Country Suburban. I love the service even more!!!
