The workers at the store are very nice and professional but if you ever have issues good luck with the owner. He is aggressive and the most unprofessional owner I have ever dealt with. Take your business literally anywhere else that actually cares about its customers and not stroking the ego of the owner

They made our car look better! Great customer service and never got frustrated with me calling for updates (probably too many times). Great customer service. Andrew and everyone are super patient and answer any questions you might have even if it s redundant. I was worried my car wouldn t be the same after the crash but it drives smooth and looks brand new. The company itself is great including its workers but the owner is disgustingly unprofessional. He is the stereotypical toxic masculine man that is always right no matter what and will threaten you with violence if you don t do as he says. Don t give this business any attention run away as fast as possible.

I highly recommend this shop, I was in an accident not too long ago and had damages to both left doors on my 2018 Chevy Malibu LT, not only do they work with ALL INSURANCES, they were even able to help me with my DEDUCTIBLE!! They even dealt with the insurance company so that I didn t have to and even kept me up to date as far as everything that was going on with my vehicle!! I hadn t even had my car in the shop for two weeks when they where already calling me to come pick it cause it was ready!!Services: Body & Trim, Oil change

The owner is a slumlord that only cares about making money and will threaten anyone that opposes him with violence. If you ever have any issues he will manipulate you into thinking it s your fault even though he can t run a business in an ethical and moral fashion.

Is very sad to say what happened here, I went twice to this place, unfortunately. The first time they did a good job, I thought, but a speaker sounded funny after I got my car, so I was like, may be they changed it, may be not, but I was more sure they did than not, but you have to go on, then after two years the paint started to crack from the job they did, so I went back, and they couldn t find the file of the job somehow, until I texted the manager the review I posted then, which was a five stars review, cause I thought they had done a good job, after seeing that, they honored their warranty, the manager took the car in cause there was proof. finally. And actually they had the car ready pretty fast, within four days. Then when I got my car I saw the gas cover different, very different, an old cover faded by the sun, and now I thought the speaker first now this?? so I knew this guys are shady as they can be, so I thought I m never going back ..now, wait, please, after a few weeks I got a flat tire, so I was like, it happens right? Funny thing I got those tires not longer than 4 months ago pirellis, great tires, worth 1200 dlls all of them before taking my car with them, man when I looked at them tires they were as old as the constitution, with the wires out and all, I knew they stoled mine, texted the manager, to let him know about it, he called me saying they didn t take them, then the owner called me denying everything as well, being very disrespectful to say the least! This guys are a mafia of thieves be aware please don t go here at all.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had my senior parents (retired) car for one night and charged them 450$ for a tow truck, " service fees" & over night stay which was not even secured or fenced in their property. They performed Zero work after the insurance totaled the vehicle. This during Christmas. Avoid at all cost, they take advantage of elderly.

Excellent service and very fast too. I was very happy with how quick they were able to find the problem with my vehicle. All staff was very polite and professional. This is a great place they were friendly when I went to check on my car. The tow truck guy was awesome very patient and helpful. I don t know what I would have done without him . Jason keep up the good customer service.

Amazing service! Andrew was great in coordinating everything with me and working with my schedule. The repair came out great and you can't even tell there was front end damage. The whole crew is courteous, they go out their way to make sure everything is correct before you get behind your car. I live in N. M. The staff and owner Eric at Viva Auto Collision Center provided me with excellent customer service. They produce good quality service at an honest price. If you are looking for a quick repair on your vehicle this is not the place.. Took almost 4 1/2 months to get my vehicle back.. With parts taking forever to arrive n little to no updates as to whats going on.. When i did finally receive my vehicle there was over spray on two of the doors they repaired, and the door lines/panels didn't line up as well as the other side.. They did buff out the over spray having to bring it in again. Then i noticed i had a screw in one of my tires from there shop which i payed out of pocket to get fixed.. Plastic rivets and clips were missing and had to reorder them and still was missing one even after they fixed one of them on the rear weather stripping. Front door had a rattle to it when i close it. Rear seat was not clipped in right as well they said they fixed that and the door rattle and did not. Also had to take it back because they didn't hook up one of the cables in the door n i had no audio at all from my stereo till they finally figured that out.. Had to take it back again because it needed a motor mount which took another month to finally get the part. Wasted about half a year dealing with these clowns. I think this guy just hires anybody off the street. Also another mistake is that they broke my rear window installing the new door either that or they locked they key in the car n had to break it to get in. There was still alot of glass debri from that under seats. They retinted the front n rear window but they rear window was darker then the front did not match other side. Although the manager / main supervisor is nice n polite the work was spotty at best and i should have never went there in the first place do not recommend this place at all..

Profesional service and quality work in a timely manner! Eric and his team helped me from the moment of my accident to the insurance deductible and all. They always informed me of anything that was going to be done to my car and offered to answer any questions at anytime. They did a great job fixing my vehicle.

I took my car to this shop after being rejected by my insurance s recommended shop due to the color of my car.I mostly worked with Pedro, during the entire time my car was at the shop. He was always very nice and made everything very easy by working with my insurance himself, and always kept me informed of the progress.It did take longer for me to get my car back than I expected, but I am very happy with their work. Rene who happens to be the one who recommended this shop and is an employee there did a very good paint job.

The whole team at Viva Auto Collision Center was very friendly, professional and experienced. They did a great job with my car and had it ready in a short period of time. Excellent customer service, they took care of everything, i was hit by a vehicle on the freeway they where there within 5min, picked up my car had it towed to shop, they even took care of dealing with the insurance, and went as far as making sure i had my rental ready. Had never been in an accident before they definitely made me feel so at ease, when my car was ready it looked like brand new, so satisfied with their work, that 2 yrs after my accident another vehicle struck me but this time damages weren't that bad as the first time, they where the first call i made and once again same service as the first time took care of everything i didn't have to worry about anything. Highly recommend them, great people. Thank you.

Overall best experience ever, had a horrible wreck was brought to the shop right away. The next day they started the process with the insurance immediately and parts were being ordered. They kept in contact with me through the whole process, giving updates. Getting the car back sooner then expected was the best overall customer service I ve ever had especially from taking it two a few other collision shops before. My car looks amazing and even better than ever! I would definitely recommend this shop, very satisfied customer.

I highly recommend them! They took care of my insurance claim and I did not have to worry about anything. They provide excellent customer service and they had my car ready in a reasonable amount of time. They also provided a free tow truck for me and a rental car while mine was being fixed. I would definitely go back to them! You will be satisfied :).

They had a tow truck pick us up (use scanners- I'm sure to find vulnerable people. Then they say I gave them power of attorney (which can be revoked) wouldn't tow my vehicle to my house although I was willing to pay the steep price. Took advantage of our collision situation. Sent us to 1st choice chiropractor (now called 1st choice treatment clinic) office manager there set us up in a patient room to meet lawyer Jesse Herrera. I said this was very odd. I left. Owner, Eric, sent me threatening text messages. I removed my initial review due to threats. He will send a foul response to this, already prepared. Don't come here and leave a disgusting message back to me. I will send it EVERYWHERE. Trying to fraud insurance. Especially with $45 daily storage fee. I'm coming after ALL of you. Don't reply to this message or it will be worse. Already contacted fraud insurance. Do not harass me. I WILL take action. Stop calling. You are now harassing me. I have record if everything. If you call me again, be aware that it will be recorded.

Great work hands down. My car was in a wreck and I was convinced that it would be a total loss, but it wasn t. They have great customer service and we re in contact all throughout the process. They had my car ready in a reasonable amount of time. Andrew and Erik are great! I highly recommend them! Thanks!

Exceptionally friendly and responsive service. Good communication and very helpful after my accident, even while I was out of state coordinating a tow to a storage destination. I would reccomended Viva for any auto collision or towing services in El Paso.

I just want to thank this awesome Collision Repair Center. We were assisted from the beginning by the great manager/owner Erik. We found ourselves pressed with time as we needed our car asap. Erik helped me with the process to make it as smooth as possible for us. We are visiting from California so having our car ready was not an option. He delivered with his promise of having it done quick. I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends and family as they exceeded my expectations of them.
