What excellent service and experience with VIP Body Shop! I was simply amazed by the quality of work they offered! The owner is very helpful and easy to work with. He has plenty of experience working with insurances and made the process QUICK and SIMPLE. Words cannot express how grateful and satisfied I am with the outcome of my vehicle, thank you VIP Body Shop! I will definitely be recommending this body shop to my family and friends! Thanks again!

VIP Collision recently performed repair and paint work on my 2017 Toyota Camry SE--in April 2024.Workmanship was excellent--across the board! The lead time was only 3 days! I was provided a car rental --free of charge! Very professional working Team there. The owner was willing to take in my classic 67 Camaro after a traffic accident and get the car fixed up nicely in a short amount of time, when no other shops in the area could within the timeframe. The shop did a great job replacing the driver side fender, paint matching the car and getting it straightened out. They also restored and painted a carbon fiber cowl hood that came out great. Really happy with the work and it was at a reasonable price as well considering the unique and challenging repair.

Hugo was on point with his work. He is courteous , fair and honest. Ive taken two vehicles there for front bumper repairs. He quoted a good price. He does good work. He also gave me a ride back home after dropping off my car. He also had two struts installed for me. It's true what VIP body website says. I recommend Hugo at VIP. I had no troubles with Hugo.

Recently Got into an accident and VIP has a great dispatcher who was luckily driving by and stopped and took us straight to VIP where Hugo set us up with a rental while he worked on my vehicle and repainted it for me at a very good timely manner and it looks great! Highly recommend!

Hugo and his body shop have never let me down in my times of need. I can always rely on him for his fast and reliable service no matter the issue. He is very professional and has gone out of his way many times and I am truly grateful to have found him . I cannot stress how amazing the service has been with him and HIGHLY RECOMMEND him and his body shop.

worse place to take your vehicle, we took ours months ago and was never ready, called Hugo letting him know we were on our way to pick up the vehicle and while he affirmed us the vehicle was no longer in his shop but in Vinton we see our vehicle driving on Montana, followed it back to his shop and we found out he was lending our vehicle to his customers as a rental while they were getting their car fixed, by the way the vehicle was destroyed, they stole our plates and had paper plates, please be careful with this man

When I got t-boned in December.One of Hugo's employees helped me by towing my truck to their auto repair shop. Hugo really helped me out with a loaner car the same day. He fixed my truck within 3 weeks and was so happy with the outcome. Definitely keeping his number . I can honestly say he's an honest mechanic thank you for all your work sir!!!

Thank you Hugo for helping me out! I was put into a rental the same day of the accident and my vehicle was fixed in a timely manner.. he communicated with me throughout the whole process! I definitely recommend VIP!

The worse place to do business. The owner lies way too much. He told us 2 weeks our car will be ready. We just picked it up 2 months later. He told us our car was done and he needed to wash it and clean it . 2 weeks later he s still washing it. He told my husband he was waiting on part but he told me he had them. This man is horrible and I don t recommend anyone going unless you have months to spare. He gave us a rental and it was falling apart. It shook every time we came to a stop. Sorry your convertibles are not liable cars to be having as rentals. If he would have been straight forward with us I wouldn t have an issue but to hear excuses and different ones to my husband and I, it s pathetic. We live out of town and our attorney actually found him. We had to call the attorney to see what was taking for ever after all the lies he told us and ignoring our phone calls. Please find a reliable body shop, not this one Hugo lies to much.

Good afternoon. My name is Salvador Darwich and I was involved in a three car accident. My car was totaled. When I got to the Body Shop, Hugo did not hesitate to help me. Without knowing anything about me, he le me borrow a car so that I would not miss, many, days of work. I am a Marine Corps Veteranand I wish there were more people like Higo.
