On December 15th I took my car for an oil change. They recommended a transmission oil flush and a system cleanse. That same day after getting home, three hours after I got my inspection sticker and car serviced, my vehicle stopped working! Valvoline thought it was my spark plugs because of the system cleanse. They replaced them and it still wasn t working. The manager said that it drives great in reverse it s just when you put it in drive that it doesn t work. But then they claim it was the timing belt.After taking my car to multiple shops and having changed the throttle body, catalytic converter, electrical wiring, and 6 O2 sensors the problem was the same! The last shop I took it to and after everything I advised them of what had been replaced, they determined that it was the transmission caused by the transmission change that VALVOLINE recommended. I researched transmission oil flushes A LOT of videos stated that a flush would not be recommended if it had not been changed. The videos recommended to check the status of the oil to see how it looked before changing it. Valvoline just wanted to get paid and performed their services! After two months without a car, they denied my claim!Never again I trusted their services and their judgment.

I like that I can stay in my vehicle while it is serviced I enjoyed hearing the technicians call out to one another after checking each area of my vehicle. I'm also never experienced having my lights checked during an oil change so that was a pleasant surprise.The one negative is that they do not offer any type of military discount.

I must say there is service and then there is SERVICE ! I visited this Valvoline store for my cars service and have had nothing but best service in town and I have tried several having lived in El Paso for 40 years. They are quick efficient and I've never ever had a problem with them in this day and age of technology and people being in a hurry these gentlemen, take their time and do the job right the way it's supposed to be done, so if you're looking for a place that you'll be happy with in servicing your vehicle, there's no better place to go than the Valvoline there on Montwood Thank you for your excellent service over the years!

They left my motor cover splashed with oil and they did not close where the filter the right way, goes I had to pay a mechanic to come and check it this is a bad service!!

Omar is one of the best most excellent customer service providers that we have ever met. A big Thanks to Valvoline for hiring him. He should be promoted to corporate for employee training but then the customers at his shop would miss his pleasant personality!

I get that you hate your job but to talk to me like you want to fight is completely unacceptable. Of course I could read my odometer but if you would have let me finish talking I would have told you the exact mileage because I looked at it right before I drove in. I'm glad you touch my vehicle the last thing I want is a disgruntled employee doing a poor job.I also don't think that any rapid lube company should be scanning my registration to gather my personal information.

I would highly recommend this location! The guys are extremely knowledgeable and professional. Being a woman that knows my car, other places try and tell me I need all kinds of things but these guys did not. You will not be disappointed! The service was great. They were willing to explain things and were quite considerate of my time. I took a coupon that I got from the mail that they said wasn t valid at their location. However, the service member added a different coupon so I didn t leave empty handed. Got an oil change, new battery, and recommendations on other things that I may need to service in the near future.

This is the place to go if you want anything worked on with your car! Efficient, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and Amazing! I could not of asked for a better service! Really really awesome place. Very little wait time and you don't need an appointment. Extremely friendly and professional staff. Manny especially helped me out twice today. These guys hook it up and are experts at what they do.
