I was a loyal customer for many years, getting oil changes and safety inspections done on my vehicles. So yesterday, I was told my vehicle would not pass inspection due to a break light being too dark. I ask it that a new state law? Because you guy has passed it three years in a row with that same light. The manager says, "I don't wanna argue it will not pass." When I continued to ask questions, he told me to get the he'll out of here. I will no longer come back, and all I wanted was a valid explanation.

Great prices! Cost nearly half of what it would have at the dealership. Did a CVT transmission oil change, was like $185 plus tax. It was painless because of the drive thru oil change format. You don't even have to get out of your car! Definitely recommend!

After visiting other locations in El Paso I can say that Valvoline Instant Oil Chage is one of the best places to get your vehicle serviced out. You guys are amazing at what you do keep up the good services and I will recommend you guys for sure. Thank you.

They don't back up their brand. So disappointing, after spending nearly $200.00, bought their windshield wiper blades of their name brand, that didn't work and were a driving hazard, I went back to have them exchange them, the manager flat out refused. He said they were not covered under any warranty. I had them for 3 weeks! Unbelievable! Never going back! Safety was not of their concern. Went to Auto Zone, even in they rain, the staff installed them for free!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I really liked this place however, The most recent visit less than a week ago. That day was health day for my wifes and my car, so we both drove our cars inside and were serviced at the same time which was great till I paid. When I paid for hers, the technician helping her told her about tons of discounts and deals going on and did everything he could to lower the price, Amazing job. She then left and told me about everything going on with the deals. Now here s the problem: when my technician came for me to pay, (I had to wait for some more recommended services I added) he told me the price it s everything I agreed to add, and asked for my payment. I was shocked he didn t offer anything, or inform me of any of the deals going on. So I had to ask about the first deal going on, he then said oh yeah reluctantly and then added it, and then asked again instead of helping me with any other deals that could lower my price. So I ended up asking about the rest of the deals that I listed off and was just sad that he rather have me pay full price then help with cost on the deals they have. Once I listed them he added them with what seemed like attitude and what seems like a really shady way to do business. This is the reason people don t trust shops because they pick and choose who they charge more to :(So in summary be careful who you get and try to look up deals and discounts before hand because not all will help.

Grateful that Valvoline Oil Change locations are located in TX as well as CA. They are miles ahead in the quality of service and customer service, than their competitors!Visiting & servicing one of my autos today PROVED IT! VERY PROFESSIONAL, the staff was working as a team. Everyone was focused & management was on the floor. The direct verbal communication amongst the staff, demonstrated control & competency and had shown to be a staple of the Valvoline service I've come to LOVE!Hands down A++ service, please keep up the GREAT WORK!

Don't bother bringing your vehicle here... Came here to get inspection and oil change. It used to be Mister Car Wash/Lube and I would come often. They sold the place to Valvoline, apparently...So they charged me for an inspection even though the techs had no idea how to connect their device to my car. They said to bring it back in 3 days for whatever excuse they said. (probably for a more experienced tech). Oil change was fine.I took it somewhere else for inspection and it tested just fine and it passed. No excuses... I got stiffed the $18.50 at Valvoline but I know not to ever come here again... Nor will I recommend this place.

Got an oil change on 4/23. They didn t top off my coolant. This caused my 2017 Jeep to overheat and become disabled. Manager Eddie was very unprofessional and a liar. He first said they didn t touch my coolant and then said they topped it off. They cost me not only the $85 for the oil change but now I have a rental, have paid $50 for coolant, missed work as a covid nurse and have to have my car towed to the dealership. Do not recommend this business. They are very shady!Service: Oil change

Way too expensive! I got an oil change. I had a $20 coupon. Paid $102. WTH!! THATS WAY TOO MUCH. AND THEY DONT GIVE I THE PRICES BEFORE THE WORK! NOT EVEN AT THE DEALER DO I PAY SO MUCH.

Purchased a oil change online when we went in to redeem, they said they couldn't accept it because my car is a VW Beetle.... I could've sworn thats still a vehicle that requires oil!! Then they proceed to quote me $99 plus tax and they wouldnt even apply the value of what i already paid to their quote! Horrible customer service!
