Universal tinting & Accessories you guys did a stellar job on my windows!!!! I am more than happy with how they came out and keep up the good work! You got more of my business for sure! FIRST 4 pics are the work they did / LAST 3 are the ones I took before going to there shop. Phenomenal work guys!!!!!!They removed my old tint and give me a year warranty all for $130 cant beat that price in el paso!!!

Recently had my company truck tinted there we did a ceramic windshield and regular 5 year on the sides and back window. The front windshield had creases in it from being installed poorly. The back window was cut badly and not straight or adhered to the window properly. This was a 3 hour job that was scheduled 5 days prior to getting work doneThey did take the truck to redo the tint and fix issue. The owner stated will take them a couple hours I dropped it off at 9 am it took them 4:45 mins to do the work and they didn t call to advise the truck was ready I had called to check status as it s a work truck and it s hard to work without it.I strongly don t recommend their services. I had another one of our company trucks scheduled to get work done and it won t be happening there. I m taking my business elsewhere.Edit 2 days later.Also now that the front windshield has fully set there is two major imperfections on it after they redid it. Terrible work.

Horrible service. Mike, the front desk clerk is really good and it have a A+ on costumer service. Unfortunately it wasn t the same for the work. In a week period I came twice back to redo my windows. Particles, bubbles and scratches was founded between the tints and my car windows. I guess the quantity is better than the quality on this place. Not recommend at all, is other places near by that will probably do better. 0 stars

Tint looks great. Interior not so much. Guy could have cleaned this easily instead of letting it sit and stain everything. Tried to remove with a microfiber and warm water no luck. Used armorall only mask it. :/ sucks bad.

I would not recommend universal tinting & Associates. I called them five times the first time I called they said they would have somebody out the following Tuesday when the guy got back he would call me never did then I called back to three days later they told me some just gonna call me back they never did they re not really good at returning calls and apparently if the job is too small, they don t want nothing to do with you or the job but they won t tell you that upfront. Would not recommend universal tinting for anything there unreliable and dependable and responsible.

Great service and fantastic work. I'm very pleased that they pay a lot of attention to detail. Their work was top notch and they did it very quickly. I feel you will get a lot of value for your money with them. I totally recommend you take your vehicle to Universal. Again, amazing service. Thank you guys. I'm definitely coming back to you in the future.

Fantastic customer service and literally the best prices in town. I had my car tinted and a rear camera installed and they squeezed me in same day. The results were above expectations. Will certainly be returning

Very good service and very professional. I have brought all my vehicles to them and i am very satisfied with their service. Don t do business with shayne for ceramic coating or any insurance claim. This business is very unreliable to say the least.Took my car at 9am and was told car would be ready at 12pm. Flash forward to 2pm and I am told the car is not ready. Even at 6pm the vehicle is still being worked on. Simple rear window tint and tail light tint.I informed the manager on the situation and he said he'll talk to the employee who told me the vehicle would be done at noon. Absolutely no customer service skills and very unprofessional.The manager then proceeds to tell me that there were vehicles from the previous day and that "someone should've told you".I absolutely would not recommend this business.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Do NOT take your vehicle here! They hand cut on your car and will cause damage! Scratched my car. Cut the glass and cut the weather stripping. Beware!!!Service: Window tintingService: Window tinting

Called on Friday about getting my Monte Carlo done on Saturday. Brought it in, took about 3 hours and100 dollars for all of my windows and it looks phenomenal! The price was excellent and they even pulled a small amount of old tint I couldn't get to myself without an extra charge. Professional business, and they act like it too. Highly recommended.

I came to get the ceramic sone in front Windshield ,and the regular tinting on all the car .2 weeks pass in the front windshield they left fingerprints .so disappointed,upset due that now I have to come by the tinting place so they could check out and take off from work .due that they were unprofessional on there work.Service: Vehicle window tintingService: Vehicle window tinting

They did an excellent job for a really great price with a lifetime warranty to boot! They use ceramic infused tint that keeps light out so well you won't be bothered even by the worse El Paso heat. Shout out to Geronimo, thanks for taking care of my baby!!

So far, I'm satisfied, with price is only the second day , I think is to soon to qualify the job, I hope I don't have any problems, but is the third car I take there and other two vehicles they did a great job.

I'm changing my original rating to 4 stars after receiving an outstanding service on both of my vehicles. Thank you. Bad Customer Service. I took my VW to get all windows tinted, they had me waiting for two hours, after I asked for an update they told me that they had other vehicles ahead of me and that I needed to wait at least another hour. I was never explained the waiting time, I was just told that it would take 1 1/2 hours get it done. Communication with customers is essential and they lack that basic skill. I hope they get better at it, I couldn't wait any longer and left the place.

Took my corvette in to get the front windshield ceramic tinted and they ruined my leather dashboard in the process. They admitted it was their fault but are trying to find a cheap alternative (gluing a cheap leather skin) to replacing the dash board on a 70,000$ car. I ve gone back and forth with the owner and he does not seem to care since it s been 2 weeks without a response. Even then the tint job wasn t even that great and had imperfections. If you have anything worth of value i would not take it here. Just my opinion.Service: Window tinting

Great experience having both my prior and recent Cadillac windows tinted. Recently I found out they do a bit more and am looking into having a few things done to my BMW by this company. As for the rating this is based off of the quality tint job done to my Cadillacs. Clean work and there isn't any issues with air bubbles even with the excessive heat in El Paso. To that topic they cool your vehicle decently but I also didn't go for the ceramic tint which is way more expensive but helps cool even more. I'd recommend this place if you're looking for some quality work.

This is not the place to get paint protection film installed! They did a horrible job on my 2020 Tesla! There are bubbles throughout the film and EVERY SINGLE EDGE of the film is visible! Two edges were torn AND PEELING!!! They didn t even clean up after themselves! My windshield had a ton of spray residue all over it and my wheels did as well. I hand washed and detailed the car prior to dropping it off. I expected it to look the same or better when I picked it up!!! They have ZERO attention to detail! The only reason I chose them was the military discount... You get what you pay for.... I had them remove the film immediately!

Took my Audi Q5 here after a recommendation from a friend. Love the new added look and how cool interior is. Got to say best recommendation yet. Staff is very helpful and friendly. They took time to answer questions and concerns. Package i got includes a lifetime warranty which is a honored since my had to use it.

They are strictly just window tinting, that is where their expertise is. They told me they were able to do the vinyl on my headlights and taillights; which cost me 230$ When I left, the vinyl had peeled all along the edges, it looked awful. It was obvious that they had clearly rushed through it even though they had my car for 6 hours. I brought it back and asked them to remove it and I wanted a refund. I didn t even want them to attempt to fix it, now knowing that they didn t know how to do it in the first place.The window tinting looks great though. I just can t give them any credit for headlights and taillights.

They did very good work. The price for my vehicle was 100 bucks cheeper then everywhere else. The only complaint i have and this is why i put 4 stars instead of five, Is that when they were done with my vehicle the person driving my car reved my engine so high that i could hear it through the walls inside the building.

I had originally gotten my windows tinted here as a dealer add on. My front passenger window tint began to peel and looked pretty bad. I called Universal about the problem and with no questions asked, they took my vehicle and replaced the tint in about 40 mins. The tint looks great and the service was super friendly!** side note: it turns out the problem with tint was a result of a faulty window weather strip/gasket that was too tight and caused the peeling. So it was not the tinting company's fault for the issue.
