I recently took my vehicle to Triumph Auto Collision for some extensive repairs to my 2016 Chevy Malibu. I was initially weary of having my car repaired because of all of the horror stories that get posted online. This place was different! Ignacio and Michelle provided me with extremely courteous customer service from start to finish with weekly updates throughout the work. As soon as I saw the car when they were done it was like nothing had ever happened. The quality of the work was impeccable and the caliber of people who work there is extremely high. They made the whole experience easy and even provided a great price. Thank you guys for such great work. Will be doing all vehicle repairs here from now on.

I would like thank Ignacio who was available from from the start of the process to the end result. The staff were courteous and called me with updates. It s stressful enough to undergo a collision that I m extremely grateful to have encountered this collision center. These guys did a great job. There were a couple of delays with parts but they kept us informed throughout the process. They made sure that everything was done correctly. They stand behind their work. Great service and the quality of the work is amazing. If the need arises, we would definitely use again.

Had an appointment was told to be here at 8am. I took two hours off work so I could drop the car off. Been here since 7:50am its currently 8:20am an no one is here, the doors are locked. I called at 8:07 and got the voicemail.

I took my Nissan Sentra for minor scratches and a broken headlight due to a fender bender. Although scratches were minor, they still looked ugly on my vehicle. I picked it up today and it looked great again! The paint matched exactly to the red color of my car. I'm very pleased and happy with the outcome! I don t recommend this place, they take forever to to repair your car, they order the wrong parts and they don t put them on correctly. I highly recommend taking your car somewhere else, the day, I crashed my car on December and I just got it back from them on May and in really bad shape.

My MercedesBenz was ruined by a hit & run called Triumph Auto Collision El Paso talked with Ignacio he was very professional and very confident. Said he would take care of me and I gotta say he was being modest , I was so impressed with the end result Wow definitely recommending for anybody reading this review fair pricing fast very responsive and most importantly good service and good people .. Amazing work! Very thankful to have turned in my 2014 Dodge Durango after a minor incident. Mr. Ignacio was informative of the all the things that needed to happen. I also want to shout out to the assistant on making sure the parts were ordered and consistently updated me about my vehicle. I recommend this to anyone. Lifetime warranty. Thank you.

polite, friendly and professional! the work was done to my satisfaction. Most importantly they helped me keep a promise. The car I took was a graduation gift for my youngest, they completed the work on time like they committed to. Price was more than fair. You have to check this place out, they are the best!

Mr Ignacio was very understanding of my situation, I had all 3 Of my vehicles painted and repaired by Triumph, my 2016 Camaro, 2016 Kia Optima both with front end damages, also 2013 Nissan Cube with front and rear end damages Mr Ignacio prices were the best in town for all the 3 vehicles. Plus he gives military discounts on top of already low prices. My family was very pleased with the repairs, the paint was perfectly blended to match the old paint. So if you're a young soldier on a budget look no further than Triumph Auto. The owner Mr Ignacio is one of the fairest & his employees nicest people you'll ever meet. I now & will forever call him true a friend!

Just recently took my truck and the owner Ignacio was very professional and attentive to wat I wanted....and his assistant Ethel was always on top on letting me know the status of my truck....I will definitely go back to Triumph if I need to...I highly recommend them...
