I had a good experience at Tops. The gentleman was very helpful. I stayed about 45 minutes then my tires were on and I was ready to go. I bought four new tires at a decent price. Good job guys and gals.

This our second time coming in for a tire issue. Both times the primary problem was fixed in a timely and cost efficient manor. The whole team on-site is always very friendly and knowledgeable about solutions. We highly recommend coming here for all tire issues, we know we will.

Best tire place in El Paso. I come here all the time. But earlier today, Archie found an issue with my wheel that would have messed up my new tire. They were able to fix the issue before installing the new tire, which is great. I ll be back for sure for all my tire needs.

I went there for a balance and I was shown that I truly needed tires. They did not try to up-charge me, they simply explained my best options. The staff were very professional, and they were able to help me understand all of my options. I am definitely going recommend Tops Tire & Wheel to everyone I know going forward!

Mike over at the shop took care of my needs right away. Was looking to get some tires that sold just a few hours before going into the shop. Mike found some others that were exactly what I needed. He was professional and knowledgeable on answering all my questions. The installation team was quick and effective and got my tires mounted and balanced and ready to go in a timely manner. I will definitely be going back there for all my other vehicles!

I needed to replace 2 tires that were cracking on the sidewall (for the second time). Gustavo took one look at them, apologized for the factory defect, and happily replaced them. I upgraded to a different brand and left feeling satisfied with their excellent customer service.

Excellent service. I called to see if they had a rim for my vehicle. He went to check and make sure it was in and sent me the price within 30 minutes from calling. I will continue to recommend them. They also offer military discount.

Great, fast service replacing a tire and two rims damaged hitting a cement block in the road. They were the only shop in town with the rims we needed our way quickly, at a much lower cost than expected.

Truly impressed with the time and care taking on my vehicle I've had too many other shops over torque my wheels and stretch my leg studs so that they break and I have to replace the studs and nuts they actually use the torque wrench to make sure my wheels were tight and not just hammered them down with the impact it's the little attention to detail Overlook by so many other shops

John was extremely helpful and explained everything and gave me a quote and itemized everything. Leaving my car there I was given a reasonable ETA and he gave me a courtesy call when my vehicle was ready. Driving away, my vehicle felt like new. I had front struts replaced and an alignment performed on my vehicle. Exceptional service.

The experience was mostly positive, the salesman was able to find the tires I wanted and the prices were very reasonable. The pick up time was delayed into the next day and during pick and purchase they required my assistance to load the tires into my truck.

Got in and out in 10 - 15 max. I got a used tire for my F-150, for a used tire it was surprisingly in good A-tier conditions. The price for the single tire and labor was very reasonable imo.

The crew was incredible, really went above and beyond. They were very quick and thorough. Changed the rim and a tire, did rotation and balance in less than 20 minutes. They spray painted the rim for me so it looked uniform.

The service is always top of the line, from the staff down to the owner, Mr Vidal. There is never an issue when it comes to tires that they can t solve and you can t beat there prices! They are a staple when it comes to being local and they have established themselves as one of the top businesses in the city! I would recommend TOPS Tires any day of the week and if you don t believe me head down there and you won t be disappointed!

Mike is a top-level rockstar! Super helpful, very attentive, and extremely knowledgeable, he and the staff were professional and able to make major repairs, as well as sourcing a hard-to-find line of tire, same-day, and at a lower price than a leading competitor. Never had a bad experience at TOPS in more than 20 years of being a customer, and will remain loyal to TOPS for life.

I couldn't be happier with the excellent service and the courteous staff. My car had a cracked wheel that no longer retained air and replacing the type of wheel my vehicle uses would have been very expensive, I ended up paying one fifth the price to repair the wheel and the job is so well done the other 3 wheels are jealous. Thanks a million Tops Tire & Wheel.

I've been selective as to who works on my truck. I don't change automotive garages unless it's a justified reason. So when I had to find a new garage I started with Top Tires first with new tires, then an oil change. Now they are the only ones that I trust to work on The Hulk. I am a loyal customer to those who deserve it and Top Tires has found one in me.
