I took my truck to TopCare thinking the worst. After Omar and the crew diagnosed the overheating issue it wasn't as bad as I thought. Sure, it needed a lot of work but nothing compared to what I was expecting. After two days I picked up my.F 150 and it runs like a new truck. My wife even noticed the extra power. Don't try and diagnose your car problems, leave it to professionals like Omar and his crew.i highly recommend TopCare on Edgmere for jobs big and small. Great automotive shop! If you re looking to get your vehicle inspected and repaired the same day come here! This is the second time I come here and Omar and his team are very friendly and informative. They managed to diagnose and fix my work van within hours. I ll definitely be bringing my vehicles to Top Care from here on out!

Listen, David (business owner) is a genuine guy. I took my Mercedes to get serviced and I had noticed some weird issues with the vehicle after servicing. I notified the owner (David) and he took 100% care of me. Not only did he fired the mechanic responsible for the weird issues in my car. But he inspected it himself and fixed the issue with NO charge at all he even threw in a free tire change. Now the car runs good and I m a happy customer. I was very much rude to David when I started noticing some issues w my car . He handled it with grace, calmed me down, and fixed it himself. He s a good genuine guy I d say Mechanics get a bad reputation for trying to scam but he did just the opposite. He helped. Much respect towards David and his business.

Took my truck in for a rear main seal leak. Met with great customer service by David (manager) and his staff. Very friendly and courteous. Most importantly honest. They took care of the issue at hand and I would highly recommend Top Care Automotive to my friends and family.

I want to thank David, Omar and his team on servicing my vehicle. They took it in same day I arrived. They diagnosed it on a timely manner and explained in detail what I needed done to the vehicle. Vehicle was ready the following day! Very professional and friendly! As soon as I drove off from shop I could already feel the difference in my vehicle. TopCare Auto is very courteous, professional, honest, and transparent. Since moving to El Paso, I've been in search of an honest mechanic. Well, I can honestly say that I found that in TopCare. David (The Manager) was very transparent and sympathetic. He understood that I was a Disabled Vet on a fixed-income. He worked with me on coming up with the most cost effective solution. Basically, a previous shop that I had gone to sabotaged my vehicle, I guess in hopes of getting me back in their door. My alternator was trashed, I had a bad Idler Pulley, and other issues due to a botched Serpentine Belt Replacement Job by another shop who I will not mention by name. TopCare fixed everything for a reasonable price. They helped to right a wrong despite having nothing to do with the wrong that had been done prior to me coming to their shop. I will definitely be coming back as a repeat customer. They embody everything that a true mechanic shop should be and should aspire to be. This is a very difficult time for my family and I, and TopCare served as a solution instead of a problem. Thank you, to David and the entire TopCare Team. You guys are awesome.Service: Engine repair

My car blew out a chancla & it was time for a new set. These guys had significantly better prices than anybody else. They were professional, fast, friendly. I hate hate hate car repairs cause you never know who to trust. These guys are awesome. Highly recommend!

Both Omar s We Are So Happy With There Service We Took Our Hummer For Ac issues and it would work for like a week and then give out they fixed the issue right away and very honest and humble Omar the owner is very good at what they do if I could them more than 5 stars I would I highly recommend them go see them before going anywhere else and priced right on point thank again will be talking all my vechiles and my limos there !!!!!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brake service & repair

David is a scammer, will not fix your vehicle and prices are ridiculously high. He think everybody dumb and don't know about mechanics. If I wasn't a customer how would I know about David. Stop trying to scam people or I will report you to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU

From the initial arrival of my vehicle the team at Top Care where quickly attentive to my vehicles mechanical needs asking all the right questions and making me feel I was in great hands, my vehicle needed the power steering pump replaced, and this far I have no further leakages or new problems at that. Topcare Automotive is THE most unprofessional Automotive place in El Paso. I took my car to Topcare for only one issue. I needed to disconnect my car alarm system because it continuously drained the battery. I communicated this issue to the Topcare employee and they guaranteed that this issue would be fixed. Once they were finished with the car, I picked it up and they demanded 700 dollars. I thought they had fixed everything because that s what they guaranteed, so I paid. When I started driving the car, all the electrical parts of the car were not working. The lights, the odometer, etc. I took it back to see if they could fix it especially after the ridiculous amount I paid and they refused to fix the car unless more money was given. They tried blaming all the new issues onto me and accused me of bringing the car into the shop in that condition. However, nothing was wrong with the car when I brought it in other than the car alarm system. They completely took advantage, Took my money, and destroyed my car. Now I m unable to use my car and it s caused me emotional stress. Topcare has given me such a horrible service/experience and I ask everyone to reconsider doing business with this place. If you bring your car into this place, they will do the same to you or worse. I will never return to Topcare. They heavily lack honesty, integrity and will NEVER be a trustworthy business.Service: Electrical system service & repair

This place is very dishonest about their work and charges triple what it would normally cost. I brought my car to simply reprogram the car and they didn't do anything. next day my car was burning and overheating.
