The customer service there sets the standards for all shops in the city and thensome.!! Top Tech is by far top place to have your vehicle serviced. I do like the fact that they are a veteran found shop and have those discounts.. I d like to give a shout out to a specific mechanic team member Hunter.. He kept me updated with my vehicle, explained in detail what was going on with the car and the patience in working with the vehicle, BAR none his service is to the highest I ve come across.. I would highly suggest Top Tech Garage(George Dieter location) to anyone and specifically ask to have the vehicle work done by Hunter!!.Thanks a lot

At first I had great service here. I ve probably spent close to $5k in the last year getting service and maintenance done at this location. I m not sure if they got new mechanics or what but the work I ve gotten done recently has been typical El Paso hack job. I ve gotten work done on two separate vehicles here recently and they always leave brake lines dangling. If the brake line gets damaged or pinched while driving my brakes could literally fail on the highway, all because they don t pay attention.What s worse is they ve now caused damage to other parts of my vehicles while working. The first time they gouged up the inner wheel well metal on my FJ. I was annoyed, but I knew they wouldn t do anything and it and it affect how it drives so I looked past it. Most recently they damaged my CV axle on a different vehicle while charging me $1k for labor to replace other suspension components. I noticed a wobble and clunk when turning right so I checked the parts they replaced, thinking one of the new parts I supplied may have been bad. Turns out the CV axle boot is completely torn and now slinging grease. I brought it back and the first thing out of the techs mouth was it was like that . I never had these wobbling issues before they worked on this vehicle and they never mentioned any CV axle damage at the time of pick up. They take pictures of the work while they re doing it, and there was not one video of the damaged cv axle taken. If the axle was already damaged, a reputable shop would call and say they found some additional issues and ask if I wanted them fixed. It s obvious they hoped I wouldn t notice their sloppy work.

On April 16th, I visited the George Dieter location to inquire about an alignment. I expected to make an appointment however the attendant assured me they could do it immediately and the cost would be $70 + tax. After leaving my vehicle, I was informed via a 1 minute 41 second video that they couldn't perform the alignment due to tire condition. Despite already knowing I needed new tires; since I had already ordered them from discount. When I returned to pick up my truck, I was charged $41 for what amounted to a 1 minute 41 second tire inspection, which I already knew about. They could have clarified upfront that I'd be charged regardless of the outcome. Furthermore, they stated I'd have to pay full price for the alignment once I replaced the tires, which seemed unreasonable. While the staff was polite, this policy is highly problematic.

Brought in my 13 F150 for a driveshaft issue. Was told I need a special order and it was going to take about a week. 2 days later I get call saying it came in early and I should get it back later that day! And I did, they fixed the issue I went in for and with an amazing price!!! The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Freddy! Definitely recommend this place will be back!!!

Always the best service!Excellent rapport immediately, upon walking in. Prices are decent, and services offered, are extensive. Jay was cool, and made sure to send a video of inspection, of my vehicle. All of my vehicles, will be serviced here from now on. Service quality, and customer service can be beat! Starting with Freddie and Urbana, this shop is the epitome of respect, kindness, and professionalism. They left no stone in explaining to me and reassuring me that my sonata was in good hands and that they d do their very best to fix things AND THEY TRULY DID! I ll never take my cars anywhere else. They sent me videos showing what the did step by strap! No one else does this! Thank you all some much!!! VIVA tRop Tech!!!

I recommend this place. The service was great and on point. I brought my car for back brakes . They were able to replace them and send me a video of the service provided to my phone. Services was fast. I will come back again.

I stopped by for a quote for an oil change and received a pretty reasonable estimate which I assumed was a quote when I went for my appointment the cost was about $50 bucks higher. Took my 2000 ranger this week for a broken timing cover and the mechanics and Service advisors at the shop kept me updated the whole time! Reasonable prices for great work. Definitely recommend this location!

These guys are awesome, explain everything to me and tried to help me out with everything, specially with pricing. Very helpful and professional. I love the text with videos of everything they did and explain everything in the videos. Would highly recommend

Very honest business and they were completely transparent about what my vehicle needed and what they were going to do. They went as far as sending videos showing exactly what was wrong and what needed replacing. Will be going back for any other work my vehicle needs.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Jay and his team are good honest people,they did their best to fix my wife s car. They truly do take pride in customer satisfaction and they care about their customers. I would recommend these guy s if your looking for good honest people to work on your car.

Top techs came through when Casa Kia failed miserably! I've had an issue with my 2021 Kia for months, for the longest time I felt like problems I tried to address with tech at Kia were in my head. After almost getting into a car crash, I took my car to Top Tech. Jay was amazing along with Ms. Hernandez. They explained all the process of getting answers to what was going on with my car. They didn't charge me for the diagnostic on Friday and yesterday they took care of my car and made it safe to drive again in matter of hours. They sent videos to my phone with all the work steps done. It definitely puts customer's mind at ease seeing it done. Will go again for all my service needs.

Avoid any of their locations they lack knowledge and are thieves. Took my car for a engine swap and they took 6 months just to do an outrageous job. Took the car to other shops and i was denied service due to this shops horrible reputation of leaving cars in bad shape. Also they damaged my bumper and when i asked what happened all they said was they dont know that they would see the cameras. When i went back for my old engine specifically to get the drive belt system it was removed so i had to leave without it. Now its been about a year and a couple thousand dollars trying to reverse everything they did and get the car running properly. All they might do right is a oil change

My sons vehicle went to Top Techs because it was overheating. After troubleshooting I was quoted a price and the techs began work upon approval. The work far exceeded their expectations of labor and time, however instead of killing me with extra fees they stuck by their quote. My son just got his car and he said it runs great. I highly recommend these guys, they stand by their word which is something you rarely see now days. Thank you Top Techs

I brought a vehicle in that was relatively new to us before a big road trip. They did a great job of getting our vehicle into top shape. I especially appreciated that they send me videos explaining what they found under the hood and around the tires and what their suggestions are. They also did a great job of staying in touch about the progress they were making. I highly recommend these guys!

Excellent honest service. They are very fair priced and even send you a video of what they really do, not like many mechanics that say they changed something and they never even opened the hood. I took my 2023 4Runner for an alignment after installing a leveling kit on it. I called the day before to make sure they had the program for 2023. I got scheduled at 8 AM, but they only have one alignment station and I had to wait an hour because they had another vehicle on the machine from the day before. After they took my truck in, it took them about 45 minutes to get it done. I am pleased with the work they did even though it was a minor adjustment. They guys were attentive and helpful. I received a video of the work they performed which was cool. I would definitely take my other vehicles if need be.Service: Wheel alignment

Took my 2019 Honda Pilot to fix my fuel pump. Urbana took care of me and was surprised at how quick and thoroughly they repaired my vehicle. Excellent work being done there. Highly recommend this garage to all my family and friends.
