Left my 2015 Lexus ES350 to have the front and rear brakes replaced on Saturday, February 24, 2024. After noticing major issues and going back Monday morning Manager Frank made things right. Due to the issues could not give a full 5 stars.

Everyone here was amazing and extremely helpful! They all have great customer service both on the phone and in person!Sheyla was awesome in helping me pick out new tires, Turi (the Manager) was phenomenal and took care of me throughout the whole process, and even Peter helped get me out of there very quickly.I got new tires, TPS sensors, an alignment, and a diagnostic for my entire car. They provide an estimate before they begin work and you can accept or decline the services right on your phone. it s quick and easy!Turi went above and beyond in researching some alternatives for me! And, they also have some financing options so you can get your car fixed and on your way.I will be recommending them and going back for my Xterra needs!

I took my car to this place on Americas for a diagnostic check of my cars engine light. The people there are very nice ,but it s not that it s about how well they do their job. 1st day they did diagnostic they were not able to completed it because the the post to battery were loose and the battery was no good. I had to pay them $95.00 although they hadn t completed the diagnostic check on my car. The following day I took my car back with new battery and the post were tighten and left it there. I was called to pick up my car and ask for the diagnostic test he said there was none because the car didn t show any problems. I was still supposed to receive a report of the diagnostic test as I had paid for it. I need to know if I am supposed to get a report or not. To me it s like I just went to pay and didn t get proof of that a diagnostic ck that was done on my vehicle I didn t get a video of when they were doing the diagnostic test either.

Highly recommend. This was the most thorough inspection I have ever seen. The video was great. I am so glad I went here to get my vehicle alignment done. I recieved so much more and felt very comfortable waiting for the car to be done. Extremely friendly employees here makes all the difference. Will be back when visiting again.

I can not express the amount of gratitude I have for the repairs that Top Techs Garage did on my 2013 Chevy Cruze today!For the past several weeks, I have been trying to get my car repaired properly.I took it to two other mechanic shops before coming to Top Tech, and both shops charged me for repairs I did not need!I called Top Tech to schedule the diagnostic tests, and they helped me find the real issue fast!Top Tech Garage videos the entire diagnostic test to show you how thoroughly they look at everything.I am so happy I found Top Tech Garage, and I would recommend this shop if you need honest vehicle repairs done with absolute professionalism.And... I had a few issues with the service, but as long as you speak with Arturo, he will make sure it is done accordingly. However, I recommend that if you do bring your vehicles to this company, be aware that it is your responsibility to know what you are asking for. Otherwise, you will end up spending money and time where you will feel could have been used somewhere else. It is a good place, but you can easily get tricked or fooled by not making your own research. Check specifically with your vehicles manual so you know exactly which parts and which type go in your make and model and also how they will function with your vehicle. Jesus Christ is the LORD and Savior of us all. Thank you.

Okay, so I brought my RV van in to have a radiator leak fixed. While there, I decided to have a lift kit and bigger tires installed. Top Techs took on the job and found the ONE place that makes the kit for my Promaster. The day of install, the kit went missing. It was delivered to the wrong place so lost 2 days. After TT found it, they realized the kit had two front LEFTS. Whaaaaat? So they had to contact the company after Veteran s Day (they were closed). So 4 days just to have it delivered and a two day delivery finally installed!! I picked it up and Tury made sure they made it right. So far everything is 5 star except for the issues which were out of their control.

TT ON AMERICA did not know that I had gone to bmw dealership the day prior for an evaluation cause I have a lifetime oil change program. Top tech fixed my motor mount but TT tried to tell me that an oil leak had started around the oil filter. I lost my mind at that point cause I felt like I was being SCAMED!! They tried to tell me that from the BMW DEALER TO TOP TECH that I have an oil leak that the BMW shop that warranties no oil leaks didn't see the day prior. THE MECHANIC LOOKED LIKE A IN HEADLIGHTS WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT I HAVE A VIDEO FROM THE BMW DEALER THE DAY BEFORE AND THAT THEY WAS TRYING TO BE SLICK AND SCAM ME INTO DOING MORE WORK. HE DIDN'T EVEN DENY IT!!I DIDN'T MAKE A SCENE CAUSE I KNEW IF I STARTED I WOULD GET IN TROUBLE.INSTEAD I SPOKE WITH OWNER. WHEN HE CALLED ON HIS VACATION AND INFORMED I HIM OF THE SITUATION. HE OFFERED HIS APOLOGIES AND I TOLD HIM THAT I KNOW HE CAN'T WATCH EVERYTHING FROM THE MECHANICS EYES BUT THAT DUE TO THE SITUATION I WAS JUST GOING TO TRADE THE CAR OFF CAUSE I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE WAS DONE TO THE CAR."YES" I TRADED MY BMW!!!!IF YOU CAN'T MONITOR THE WORK OR KNOW WHAT IS BEING DONE FIND SOMEBODY YOU CAN TRUST!!I SHOULD HAVE LEAD WITH" I JUST CAME FROM BMW AND THIS IS ALL THEY FOUND AND SHOWN TOP TECH THE VIDEO." THEN MAYBE THEY WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN TEMPTED TO JUICE THE CAR FOR $$$.

Great service! I had to take it because people at Walmart said they couldn t do my tire rotation, because there was something wrong with my tires. I was worried if it was the suspension or the tires. Turns out top tech said it was fine and did the tire rotation for me. Also love how they send you a video so you know what you re looking at! Thanks guys!

Brought my husband's car for a wheel alignment the customer service was amazing. They even let me knowthe car was working perfectly fine and didn't need an alignment. Yhey were honest and upfront . I am very happy and pleased with the service and work on my vehicle. Top tech garage George dieter is the best location. They are true to the customers needs and they work with you. I also like their honesty. This is a good place to bring your car needs. Highly recommended! The people are nice . But I took my car to get the AC checked. They told me I had to replace the whole compressor. They quoted me and of course it was pricey because it was the whole thing that needed to be replaced. I took it somewhere else for a second opinion and all it needed was Freon.

Wow were these guys great. My family recomeded them to me. They were great describing everything with a video and then verbaly before any work was done. I needed a new serpentinebelt. Top notch staff and work on two separate occasions. Water pump, thermostat(first time) and now oil pan gasket, valve cover gaskets, ac tensioner and belt replacement, u-joints and starter. Great communication with videos from start to finish! I literally recommend them to any one I hear of needing work done! Wish I had more than 5 stars to rate!!!!
