I came here to get tires for my car a year and a half ago. I told the guy who attended me that I wanted tires that would last, that were built for all weather, not give me any problems, and that would grip and not slide around on turns. He recommended the bfgoodrich Gforce comp. This guy heard me out and gave me everything that I wanted. I drive downtown everyday and the tires still look new, I hit the 375 loop into I10 5 days a week and even though it s not recommended I hit that turn at about 80 miles per hour some days as smooth as it gets like if I was driving in a straight line. Thank you guys. I m only writing a review because there s a lot of bad reviews and I m pretty sure that it s because you get what you pay for. You go for the cheap tires you re going to have problems. I paid a little more but I feel safe in my car. My car used to slide and I had to really brake with the cheap low profiles it had but now it hugs onto the roads my car is a beast now. Thank you guys.

Went in on a Saturday afternoon and I personally felt like the sales person was not very interested. I feel he did not try very hard to make a sale. I was the only client that they had in the store at that time (between 3-4 pm).

I had my rims for 5 days and the front tire flew off my truck on the freeway. I sent a pic to management and they told me that I hit somethin on the road. But yet my tire was not blown o punctured. The rim was damaged an the lug studs broke off. They did not correct the prob o give me another rim. They said I hit somethin n that they were not @ fault. Christy the manager doesn't know her job n is very rude. She lacks professionalism. Management really suxz there. Don't buy your tires from these ppl. They do not honor the warranties nor take responsibility for their mistakes. Now I'm stuck with a broken rim, damage to my truck, and a payment on my rims....

Don t buy tires there, they are really bad quality, warranty doesn t work, they don t help you if there s and issue, they don t care about customers, the customer for them is never right. Not even two weeks and they don t work. I think even used tires are better quality than their tires. Completely scam.

Poor customer service!Wanted to buy wheels but the gentleman that approached to ask what I needed said straight out said nope. Didn't even look it up in his inventory or see if it would be something they could order. Just straight out nope. Trying to give local companies my business. I guess I'll just give my business to Quadratec.

EVERY TIME YOU GO AND BUY A SET OF TIRES , THEY HAVE DE AVILITY TO NOT TO SELL YOU THE ONCE YOU HAVE IN MIND. ITS A PAIN IN THE ** DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS GUYS.DONT LET THAT HAPPEN TO YOU.

I really wanted to have a good experience here but they made it so difficult forMe I tried to be understanding until the girl supervisor came and spoke to meReally rude saying if you knew about rims you would know what im talking about the first time I went I got a tire fixed and I purchased rims I had to wait 5 hours just for them to tell me they where missing onerim and now I d have to wait a week to come back ! So they take off the 3 rims they put and installed my Stock onesBack I went back next week and then they told me one of the rims didn t fit at thisPoint I had been there 4 hours already waiting the girl supervisor came and told me they would have to send someone to the warehouse to see IF they had a rim to fit & that s when she told me if I knew about rims then I would understand! Making it seem like I m dumb or something so at this point I told her to just cancel the rim transaction and she said okay but I m still gonna charge you the installation fee !!! I was sooo upset at this point I told her I d just wait for the last rim theBoss ended up coming to fix the problem he was really professional about it and the whole time the problem was that my back tires where bigger then the front ones so the rims they had gave me where not gonna fit but he immediately gave me the right size and I was out of there in 30 minutes! He saved my day ! But stay away from the girl supervisor she s rude and clearly it s her who doesn t kno whatShe is doing

Great place to buy tires and rims, the prices are very competitive and reasonable. I bought a set of rims for my car and they changed the way my car looks in an incredible way. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, they will point out what you need and explain the warranty for the items you finally buy. My favorite manager there is Thalia Hernandez, she's a kind and amicable soul that would go out of her way to help out. This facility is military friendly, mention your affiliation for a discount.When buying rims, if you are a first time buyer ask if you need hub rings so your vehicle tires sit properly and avoid the resulting vibration.

Dont buy tires here, they are bad, they dont even respect the warranty, they take too long and their equipment is old. They dont help us at all. Their employes are rude.

Tires had warranty when I told the guys if they could change it they say that it didn't fall under warranty they just like to sell and don't want to loose money on warranty tires I don't remember the guys name but it's a bold chubby guy

The first time I went there they sold me the wrong size tire and didn't figure that out until my husband checked it. I take full responsibility for not checking before leaving. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and a few months later I went back with my other car. I had my husband check it was the correct tire and when I checked my receipt I noticed they charged me a disposal fee which didn't make sense since I kept the tire. I called and asked for a refund and they told me there was no way I could get the refund because that was just part of their charges and couldn't be removed. I will no longer go to this place. They're very quick to take your money and have no willingness to cover any warranties or refund any mistaken charges.

Workers are NOT nice. I got some tires here: they were done for in about a month, and they won't replace them. Worst quality ever, bad service and sketchy-looking place. DO NOT come here.

Tire club is a dream place for any car or truck enthusiast. As soon as you walk in you are in a aaawwwee from the site of such a large inventory of rims and tires.. It is just absolutely amazing. The staff is awesome and so helpful always tries to find the best deal possible. This is where I got my rims and tires for my three vehicles. Love this place.. Go visit them, you will love it too.

We purchased a tire from this place. The tire fell apart after twenty miles of driving. We came to this store to have it replaced. Pedro, a cashier pretended he was an expert. He was rude, uniformed and unhelpful. He said he would not honor or replace the tire. DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS TIRE STORE ON SUNLAND PARK. I asked Pedro about the home office he answered I DO NOT KNOW Asked Pedro the cashier register of WHOM IS YOUR BOSS OR THE HOME OFFICE: Hesaid I DO NOT KNOW . I asked Pedro Who is signing your check: Pedro said I DO NOT KNOW .I ask all of you to NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Spent over $1600 on tires and a leveling kit this guys sent me home with a steering bar completely loose, cut the inside of the fender and broke both the struts they are not taking responsibility for nothing. Manager and tech are completely incompetent it is ridiculous

Save your time and go somewhere else Went in fully prepared to buy a set of rims but staff told me I would have to order them so I asked for price they could not tell me then I asked what s the difference between me ordering them myself and doing it through them they told me it would be more expensive through them.Then I asked if they could show me any other rims for my car they said they had nothing for my car lolFor the owner train your staff in sales literally went In to buy rims left with never wanting to go back sorry

very bad service, they sold my grandma the wrong size tire for her vehicle and Even worse they where snow tires. i went back with her so she could get her money back and the correct tires, but grandma paid in full and of course they refuse to take them back since they already had grandma's money. after a couple hours of back and forward discussion they told her she could get a new set (the correct set) for a 25% discount, but they won't give her the money back for the first set, and she was gonna have to give back the snow tires. basically they were trying to screw her over again grandma took the incident to her lawyer for review but for now she had to buy a whole new set of tires at Walmart in order to feel safe in her vehicleDon't recommend anyone buying tires in this place. i now see why there reviews are so low

I went there early Sunday morning, soon after they opened, to get a brand new tire (purchased elsewhere) checked as it would get flat overnight. However, I was turned away. The tire was just installed 2 days prior. I m sure it was a quick fix as most likely there was something wrong with the installation but they wouldn t take 10-15 mins to help me out. Those 10-15 minutes of their time would have made a huge difference on my day.

We were helped out as soon as we entered the establishment. The man was friendly and professional. I was checked out as soon as I knew what I wanted. The only thing that took a little while was the wait for my product.

Worst place to buy your tires!!!! Save yourself time, frustration and money!!!!!!! Do not shop here! We bought a set of 4 tires and in the span of 3 mths we had to replace 2! And patch 1! They wanted us to replace the 4! It s ridiculous! No warranty they say! Just a patch! Really!?!?!? Worst manager, no customer service whatsoever! How is this place still open? Rip off!!!!!!

We were on a road trip when our trailer's tire treads began wearing. All four tires were replaced in 40 minutes at less than $70 per tire, and we even got better tires than the ones we had. The people there did a phenomenal job, they're the place for a tire change.

The prices are phenomenal but the service techs are no good. Took my truck to get new tires paid almost $1000 for everything and the techs didn't replace my hub covers properly. I'm missing A screw in one and lost the other on the highway upon leaving the store. When I called the first guy I spoke to left me on hold for about 30 minutes. I called back 2 hours later the next guy told me he would call me back and never did. Third time the guy told me there was no hub cover in their shop so there was nothing they could do. The manager asked me to come on in and he would see what he could do although it wasn't much. I replaced my wheel hub cover and it cost me about $50. I'm not one to complain about money but if I pay you a grand I expect at the very least good service. The techs also did a horrible job at the alignment and balancing of my tires. My steering wheel shook and the truck pulled to the left almost immediately after you release the steering wheel. Took my truck to another place and they fixed the issue guy told me my tires weren't properly balanced he said it looked like they just slapped some weights in there and called it good. The guys selling you the products are professional about it all and they work very well with folks but their "mechanics" don't care enough about the vehicles they are servicing.

It is unfortunate that this company does not keep their commitments. We bought tires and rims, one of the tires was defective but they now have 'NO Record' of the $2,810.02 that we paid. One of the selling points was also the free rotation service, which now they want to charge for. The customer service is ridiculous! Manager Ivan Frias was dismissive, uncaring, and needs to get some coaching to be more empathetic and put himself in the customer shoes. It is NOT acceptable!
