Came in for some new tires today. Customer service was excellent and the service was swift. Overall a great experience, this was my 3rd time coming and everytime has gone well. Highly recommended

My mom went to get new rims here. They didn t tighten the nugs the most easy thing to do! She was lucky nothing happened to her or the rim flying off never coming back here again

Wheel balancing was not done correctly and was included in my bill. Had my 2 front tires replaced. Once on the freeway car began to shake. I am not a mechanic so next day i took it for a wheel alighnment at another place close to where i live. The mechanic said my car was not balanced correctly. i told him it was balanced at The tire club because it was included in my bill. He suggested to prove me wrong and re -balanced my new tire in which supposedly were balance correctly at the Tire club. He said if the car still shakes the balancing is free. Once he re did the balancing on my tires the shaking went away. I went back to the Tire club and asked for a refund only on the balancing. They did not give me a refund. The tire club told me it was my fault for not taking the car back. Again I am not a mechanic and thought the shaking would stop once i did the wheel alighnment. If they were so proffesional they would of refunded me the wheel alighnment at least.

Shop Elsewhere Worst part of the whole thing was I drove to TWO of your locations to find that out that you won t help me with my g35 coupe.What kind of tire shop wont touch a tire unless it s brand new ?!Every 2k miles I have to rotate my tires from one side of my car to the other so I can get even wear on both tires, because I have the FACTORY sport tuned suspension. Won t be back to buy new rubber when it s time for me to do so, that s for certain.

Service was good and the young man Isaac who took care of us was patient in trying to select the right set of tires and rims and budget. They installed them in about 45 minutes and Joel who did the installation also painted my calipers for a tip. Super nice crew all in all.

When I went I understand there was Cars ahead of me but I had only needed ONE tire changed, it took about 2-3 hours for them to change my one tire. This place needs more workers and they need to work a lot more faster.

I was not treated very well because I spoke to these people in English the guys that put on my tire were more professional and gave me basic respect unlike the people in the front. I am very disappointed.

Under the Texas Commission on Environment Quality it states that the State of Texas does not collect any money from the disposal program and the city are the only ones that will charge only if you have tires to dispose which in this case I was not going to leave them at the store so the charge was in fraudulent and they have been charging lots of customers. When I told the front desk that I will be taking my tires and that they need to remove the tire disposal charge she told me that they couldn t do that because it was part of the bill and that they had to pay for tire disposal regardless if I end up taking my old tires or not. This incorrect and god knows how long they have been doing this to customers. I contacted my family members that purchased tires and they also took the old tires with them and they also were charged a disposal fee. Also they were trying to sell me each tire for $270 and I end up buying them at a different location for just a little bit under $200. None of my family, friends and my Soldiers will be conducting any business at any Tire location and I will be submitting a formal complain to Better Business Bureau and let Fort Bliss know so they can inform all the Soldiers.

Guy at the counter wasn't helpful and was pissed for whatever reason; expects you to know specifics. Another guy wasn't much help either.

This place will not honor your warranty.. They will make a scenario of what happened to your tire when you know exactly what happened cuz you were the one driving the car.My tire was defective. I drove all the way from Las Cruces to get my tire replaced and they came up with a story that I drove my tire flat. The light indicator for the flat tires never came on, the tire did not even pop, my car just started to wiggle and it took me 6 seconds to pull over.When my husband took off the tire we searched the entire Tire and there was not one hole but the inside was all torn apart. My husband searched for anything that might have punctured it and myself and my mother. nothing was there!! but when they took my tire to the back of the shop and brought me to the back, there was a hole in the tire that was not there before. A guy stated that I drove my car flat and because of the puncture it tore the tire apart. His explanation made no sense!!!! I took it to a tire shop here in Las Cruces, the manager said the tires that were put on my BMW are not adequate for the car and the tire will not sustain the weight of the car and he WILL NOT place me a new tire because of the DANGER of driving with a tire that is not appropriate and dangerous. How sad that these people dont care just to make a sale!! Makes me sick!!.

Seems like they sell you old tires. Should've told me this when they said they don't come with warranty. Not even 2 years with my "new" tire set of Pirelli tires, and they're already dry rotting and one tore open. Now I gotta buy a new set. Definitely not buying from here, that's for sure.

I went to purchase a tire and get it replace. I saw three of the employee looking at my front bumper and laughing I went to see my bumper and I found this hole on the top of my hood. I'm never coming back to this place.

This place is absolutely horrible!! I bought a new tire 9 DAYS AGO, I got a flat so I took it back and they said they couldn t do anything about it but give me a discount for a new tire when I was under a 50,000 mile warranty. They have a horrible way of communicating with their customers. Aside from all that I came to get my tire from a different place and they told me they had messed up my tire pressure sensor!!! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

BUYER BEWARE DON'T BUY TIRES HERE. I had purchased tires less then 3 months, when I got a flat, I was under the 55,000 mile warranty and they said they couldn't change it because supposedly it was my fault. I advised them that the tire most likely was defected and a good tire wouldn't puncture right away. The only thing they wanted to offer was a discount to buy another tire for 180.00 . I spoke to Manuel the general manager and he didn't care to lose a client he even hung up on me.

This place has great service indoors! When it comes to the shop mechanics however, they are rude, careless and will talk about you in another language while your waiting. If you have an issue with your rims and tires and will argue if you find any flaws or faults. There is a reason why they have a sign saying they're not responsible for damage that may happen to your car. As a good worker you should strive to do your job right without errors and take responsibility.

People there are con artist. Terrible customer service and the techs play around in the bays and take long. It took three hours to mount and balance two tires. On top off that, I checked the DOT on the tires there selling 5 year old tires. I went back to complain and they told me all tires they were selling didn't have any newer tires they were all around the same. He then said he found some but I had to buy the tires again. What a terrible way to treat the people who keep there business going.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Got a whole new set of tires for my truck, going any speed after 60 it shakes. Took it back to get a balance n supposedly they fixed it. The problem got worse. Took it to another local shop to have tires balanced correctly. These ppl sell expired tires n don t honor any kind of warranty they sell you when first buy the tires! Don t go here!!

We were told at the front desk first come first serve. But somehow at the shop my car even though it was already in the lift kept being skipped by newer model cars. It took more than 2 1/2 hours to get the tires replaced. I don t know if that s the way sales people are dishonest to get a sale or the guys at the shop take bribes to help other customers first. Either way, very disrespectful!

Staff was helpful, rims are decently priced. Room for some bargening. Good selection for most vehicles, Toyota lug pattern didn't have as many options but still found somthing nice.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I purchased adapters for tires on my 4Runner, not even 30 days while driving, vibration Started on steering wheel. Returned to tire club and told them I have a vibration problem. They balanced tires and torqued adapters. All services I paid for. Next day while on a long drive vibration got worse. Went to DISCOUNT TIRES, where service was much better, they showed me one of my spacers had cracked. Do to over torque or when installing adapters they used a impact. Called management of tire club only thing they offered was to replace broken adapter. I spoke to Manuel Casta�o and he only would agree on replacing broken spacer. He stated that even tho he sells accessories that he is not liable for any damage once you pay. Even tho they installed and balanced tires.

I had the worse service at this place I bought a new tire and In 2 weeks I went back for my warranty. They couldn t help me lost money , time and gas . Very poor customer service I would not recommend this place at all very unsatisfied

I wish I could give 0 stars. Got a quote over the phone and when u went in person the sales guy tried to charge me more. Luckily I caught it and they made it right but still overcharged me. They claimed it was for taxes but over the phone they said it was with taxes. My car never drove right after my new tires. I couldn t go above 60 without my car shaking all of the place. I took it to firestone for another balance and alignment and they found that four of my lugnuts were missing and that one of the screws was cross threaded. So now I m out over $300 because of these guys

So I bought a set of 4 tires, one year later my car starts shaking like a rattle snake ok no big deal I ll take it back where I bought my tires which was here. Come to find out my tire had this big bubble due to 7 pounds over pressure according to the tech y also found out I purchased the set. Of tires last year and they sold me a 8 year old tire so I had to purchase a single tire thanks to the great service they provide .I WOULD RECOMMEND Everyone to look somewhere else this is a terrible service there are many tire places out there

Came in 12 days ago and bought two new front tires one of the tires now has a bump. They said that it s a manufacture defect and all they can do is give me a discount but I would have to buy a new tire. Keep in mind I bought the tire 12 DAYS AGO. Ridiculous. You can find better places with better customer services.

I bought a set of four tires and one had a hole on the side wall that I was informed by my tire shop before it was completely mounted. I went back to let them know it was damaged and they told me it was where I went to install them. I had to buy a new tire and was informed by my tire shop that the tires were old from 2015. I will never buy tires at this place.

2 hours waiting.But what got me the most is all I needed was 1 new tire replacement on my challenger and its going for 2 hours my vehicle has been jacked up.1 tire com-on guys good costumer service but the staff are working incredibly slow for just 3 costumers disappointing.

Came in today to get rims and tires . It has been more than 4.5 hours waiting for them to install them. They have been goofing around not focusing on their jobs. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I won t do any business with them at all. The only nice people taking their job serious is the people in the front desk. Other than that their staff is no good. So sad to see a place that was our favorite place to shop has gone down hill with their staff members
