Let me start by saying that I am glad my dad recommended Kody and his amazing team at the Auto Clinic! We decided to save some money by doing the job ourselves but oh boy we encountered a big, big problem we broke part of the frame when removing the old alternator. Do yourself a favor and stop working on your own car lol like Kody told us lol dont make it worst in the long run and just take your vehicle to the Auto Clinic! I would've saved myself a lot of less heartache if I bought my vehicle to the Auto Clinic to begin with! My vehicle is running top notch! I found my mechanic and will bring my vehicles to Kody the Car Care King and his team! 100% recommend. I had my mechanic when lived in Houston and am glad found you Auto Clinic in El Paso! Thanks dad for your recommendation and thank you Kody for your honesty, professionalism and prompt attention. This was my first time using this business to repair my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. Went in originally to have A/C diagnosed, which was done quickly. Unfortunately my problem was systemic of other issues I was not aware of prior to Auto Clinics technicians identifying some major issues that certainly could have been catastrophic if left not repaired. What seemingly was a small issue turned into some major repairs that could have left us easily stranded and cost twice what I paid to have it taken care of now. I am very grateful for the Auto Clinics attention to detail and alerting me to some major issues. The service was done expeditiously, with great quality, courtesy and warranty assurance. This is my Go to mechanic shop for my vehicles now!

I have NEVER in my life met such professional mechanics as Audie and Cody! They are amazing at what they do and know exactly what they are doing, left my son's car running so smooth! And their prices are fair! I'm bringing my vehicle now, I have complete trust in them. They don't try to stick you with a bunch of nothing's you don't need. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE AUTO CLINIC!! They have customers for life with us!

GO HERE! Highly recommend! I was on a cross country trip from the NorthEast and had an issue come up out of nowhere. The auto clinic fit me in right away, got down to the bottom of the issue, fixed everything up in a few hours, and I was on my way. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Kody was awesome! I was driving from the Dallas area and stopped in El Paso for the night. Unfortunately, my car broke down the next morning, but Kody was so accommodating and helpful. He fixed my car by the next day! Thank you!

I had been looking for someone to service my truck. Past experience with another business where I often took it, was negative. I won't be going back to them. Very happy that I found The Auto Clinic. Cody and his team are excellent and thorough. My truck is purring and running smoothly. I recommend The Auto Clinic to all of EP. You will receive honest work and much more. Kody really saved me during a time I was struggling. I was being overcharged at Total Auto Repair and he quickly recognized it. He is true to his word and genuinely wants to help. The service I received exceeded my expectations. My vehicle was ready within 24hrs and it is running great! The Auto Clinic is where I'll go for all repairs in the future!Thank you, Kody and staff! Your friend, Michelle.

This is the best automotive repair shop I have ever been to. They are very profession, honest, and will do their best to get you back out on the road. I no longer trust anyone but them with my vehicle! I have mainly dealt with Kody, and Justin. Both are very knowledgeable and professional. They explained everything that was going on with my Catalytic Converter, and why I should not drive it until fixed. You may not like what they have to say, because well auto repairs can be expensive. They will be honest with you though, and when it comes to car repairs that is important! I would recommend anyone that needs their vehicle worked on whether repairs or maintenance go to The Auto Clinic!

Best shop In town, hands down. There aren t too many trustworthy mechanics in El Paso, but Kody and his crew you can trust with your vehicle. they are great at what they do. While driving our old RV through El Paso we overheated which caused severe engine damage. At the Auto Clinic we were relieved to find a team of people who took the time to understand our situation and lay out options. We were very grateful to Cody the manager who went way out of his way to accommodate our family and got us safely back on the road. 100 % recommended. They accurately know what needs to be fixed and I really liked that they know what are the most recommended parts that need to be changed, for example they will tell you why certain brands are not recommended and why some others are recommended.I also like that they seem to be very honest and take their job very seriously and will do the things right and fast:)They also have very good customer service and a nice and comfortable waiting room:)

Cody was AWESOME! This shop is legit! I took my truck to another shop a month ago and they charged me a lot and didn t even fix the problem. They told me I needed to trade it in while I could. Decided to give Auto Clinic a shot and Cody was able to figure out the problem within minutes and fixed it within a day. I thought it would be there for at least a week. Knowledgeable and affordable. I will take all my business there now! Thank you!

I was driving from Denver to Tucson and our AC died in Las Cruces! No place in Las Cruces, and 5 that I called in El Paso could check it out on such short notice. Auto Clinic got us in there and back on the road in no time! Absolute lifesavers! Kind, professional, and extremely fair. I highly recommend!

When I tell you Cody is the man. I mean it. I was having the same issue with my daughter's suv. No one was able addressmy issues. I looked on line checked out reviews. Drop the car off. I never had an issue with it since. Thank so much. I will bring her car in for all needs.

Definitely recommend this business!! My car started overheating and I came across this business on google and decided to give them a call. They were near closing time & they still took my car in. They let me know that they d take a look at it first thing in the morning. Sure enough, the next morning I received a call & was told my car would be ready in the next couple hours. I brought my truck in with an oil leak, engine squeak, broken door, and tire rub on the front wheel wells. This shop was able to get all of my problems fixed in less then 1 business day and I picked my truck up the next day. Incredible transparency of the work that was being done and the price of everything very good when compared to other shops. It was great working with Kody. Kody was a phenomenal help and very friendly. Didn t try to push anything on me and really helped me work what was most necessary into my budget. I m not the most knowledgeable about cars, but he was very concise with his explanation of everything he thought was going on. I own a VW Tiguan and it s older than 10 years, so it s really hard to find a dealership willing to work on older cars these days. After a long search trying to find a shop that would work on it, I came across The Auto Clinic and was surprised how fast the turn around was. Diagnostic was spot on and my car is running smooth again. Will be making this my go to shop for sure!

This shop replaced my clutch. Kody was knowledgeable, helpful, and fair. The shop was honest, and didn t try to up-charge like most others. They did the work in a timely fashion and communicated well with me throughout the process. I m recommending this shop to all my friends from here on out. While I had used The Auto Clinic before for small things like inspections, oil changes etc., on this particular occasion, I brought my truck into Kody for a significant repair to my truck after some knuckleheads tried to play mechanic and destroyed one of the heads. Kody and his team worked diligently to get the job completed and within a reasonable budget. As a single female, that knows very little about vehicle repairs, Kody took the time to explain everything as progress (and a small setback) was being made. He was very courteous, polite and respectful as well and didn't give me the standard "little lady" machismo attitude that I usually get from other auto mechanics. Ladies (or gents), if you need your vehicle worked on and don't want to worry about getting hussled, I couldn't recommend Kody and The Auto Clinic highly enough!Services: Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

My vehicle wasn t passing inspections due to both catalytic converters needing to be replaced. Took it to multiple shops in 5 months and all gave me a run around and different diagnostics on what needed to be replaced. I got recommended to take it to The Auto Clinic and I got helped right away. Told them my issue and in 24 hours my car was fixed. I highly recommend this place if you need work done. This is now my go-to shop for any repairs needed. Great and fast service. Had a huge oil leak on my car so I took it over, was greeted by Cody. He was obviously very knowledgeable and had a great attitude. He genuinely cared about fixing my car and you can t put a price on that. Called me several times throughout the process. Had my car back the next day and the repair was completely reasonably priced. They went above and beyond and I would recommend this shop to anyone from around El Paso. This is where you need to take your car to get fixed.Service: Engine repair
