I couldn't be more pleased with their quality of work and customer service! I had a major issue with the person's insurance company that hit me. I called Texas Custom nearly every day and they were super patient and even helped me deal with the insurance company. They got my car fixed in a short amount of time and were extremely helpful. God forbid myself or my husband gets hit again, but if we do, we'll be going right back! Thank you SO much Texas Custom!! You guys were a breeze to deal with!

Mr. Victor Lopez the owner seems to be a good person but I personality do not share the same about his workers. The paint job was terrible with plenty of scratches left and very poor results. I have too many pictures to show; however I can provide if necessary. Do not be fooled by the papers that are postedon wall regarding his reputation. All I wanted was to retrieve my vehicle and leave before they created more damage which included damages to the third light assembly. Do your research beforehand and take your own video along with theirs to compare it. Take your vehicle At Your Own Risk.

I didn t like the job, my brother got into an accident so the other person brought us here to fix the truck so when he turn us in the truck we saw that spot that wasn t there in the first place and he told us is an reaction of the clear but I m not doing it because it can go further here is the keys have a good day so did us bad I know a lot of body shops and these is not the first one I ll choose neither the last one so I don t recommend you come and bring your car or truck they are a scam

I have mixed feelings about this place. It was recommended by the Hoy Fox dealer so I trusted them. The reviews had positive things to say about Victor and when I met him he seemed like a nice guy. I had my front bumper and windshield replced. When I came to pick up my car I took a look at the repairs and it looked great I was so happy, it looked brand new. I went inside thanked Them so much. When I came out, this time I walked around the back of my car to get to the driver s seat, and OH MY GOD there was so much damage towards the back and side. Someone must ve been drilling and the sparks landed on the car and chipped the paint. Clearly something had happened, There s a bunch of just little dots of the paint chipped. I went back and asked Victor to look at it. Long story short, obviously Victor did not take responsibility. Even after the pictures I had to send to the insurance did not show that damage. So they ll do a good job but expect to deal with some kind of other damage towards your vehicle. Good luck.

Victor Lopez and his staff did an excellent job on my 2008 Toyota Sierra which had been in an accident. In addition to fixing the damage, he gave me an excellent price on painting and fixing other previous damage. My Sienna now looks brand new. Everybody is so polite and caring. I highly recommend taking your vehicle there because their work is outstanding and I will continue to use their services.

I had a great experience! I took my 2011 BMW X3 there and was given a very fair price. So good I didn't feel the need to get a second quote. They had it back to me in a few days and the job was very nice. I will be closing them again for any other repairs.

Took my Toyota 4Runner to apply a coat on the frame to prevent rust. Was preparing for a trip to leave the El Paso area and move back to Washington, DC and wanted to make sure that there is no rust on the frame. Came to Washington, DC and took my vehicle for servicing as I kept hearing a rattling noise. The Toyota-certified service in Alexandria, VA told me that the heat shield on the frame was completely rusted and broken. When I called Victor Lopez from Texas Custom Body and Paint for an explanation, he said that he only put a coating to COVER the ample rust, not remove it (which was not what he disclosed to me at the time he serviced the vehicle - I even keep his initial estimate that specifies the rust was spotty and superficial), and thus, he is not responsible. "I just put a bandaid and I am not responsible for the infection", he said. I paid over $380 to replace the part in Alexandria, VA, on top of what I paid Victor to make sure there is no rust damage and apply anti-rust coating. Very disappointed with his lack of honesty and failure to admit subpar service. Contacting the BBB next to file a complaint. What is worse, on a human-to-human level, he accused me of believing others (Toyota-service in Alexandria), refused to accept any mistake on his part, and denied what we have agreed to be done to the vehicle. I would have been satisfied with a simple - I am sorry.

Great experience with Victor and Texas Custom. The paint work on my vehicle was outstanding--everyone thought I had a new car. Treated with professional attitude along with courtesy and on time delivery. Highly recommend Victor and his business.

I went in for an estimate and was in and out within 20 minutes. It was amazing to see Victor's infinite experience and knowledge. Very professional, fair and honest. I felt like they are committed to quality work rather than just taking a job for the money. Great experience would recommend.

Very dissapointed with the service and how they lied about the work they would do to the car. New painted hood started chipping within the first month. Gave them the whole insurance check for nothing. Victor was the biggest scam.

Great body shop. I had work done on my vehicle in 2009. Recently the paint was peeling and took to Mr. Lopez, who honored the warranty after 9 years. My vehicle looks like new again.

One of our trucks was damaged by another driver on a parking lot (hit and Run) After evaluating the damage by our insurance we got a check and gave the truck to Victor Lopez.He immediately began with the repair using genuine parts, not after market.Now the truck looks as if never happened anything to it.Thanks Victor.In the future you will service the rest of our fleet.

PLEASE BEWARE Don t come here they DO NOT DO GOOD WORK I recently got in a car accident and took it to another shop to get it fixed and about 3 years before I crashed my car in the front end and I took it to Texas custom and 3 years later when my cars getting repaired again from a different incident on the front end the people who fixed my car asked me if there was any previous work done and told me that the Person who worked on it before cut the wires to the abs system and engine light sensor were disconnected!!!! And they forgot to connect it again which turned into my car not picking up those electrical systems and the abs has been off in my vehicle the whole time without me knowing. I don t know why the could t finish the job but I guess they don t around here.

Texas Custom Body & Paint is my go to, referral by name, choice for body shop repairs. Since 2003, I've taken several of my vehicles there. Always treated with great customer service, reasonable prices and quick service. Knowledgeable owner and staff, local and loyal to El Paso and it's nice knowing your keeping your money local.

You will find no better Body Shop around. Victor has helped us with four separate accidents/hail repairs. You will find no one more honest and kind. He has made our Suburban look brand new time and time again. He has even fixed problems that weren't his responsibility to fix, just to make our lives a little less hectic, sometimes even at his own cost. You won't find better work. We highly recommend him and Texas Custom Body and Paint!

They always answer the phone and give you a quote right-away.Did repairs for me and the repairs look seemless. I like the work, a lot. I can tell the owner has a lot of experience and he is very patient.

Great mechanical service provided by Mr. Tomas Garcia sat down with me explained what needed to be done the parts needed to do so and searched for best prices. If u want an honest dependable mechanic this is your shop.
