Very honest and great customer service. They spent all day on my installation and it came out great. The sound is amazing compared to the stock speakers but it doesn't look like I got new speakers, subwoofers and amplifiers which is what I wanted. Good clean installation. Will build to your budget. I got all Rockford Fosgate and very happy with the sound. I highly recommend T&R Audio for your car audio needs.Update: I thought something was wrong with my stereo so I took it to them and they showed me that it was my phone. When I asked how much for helping me they told me no charge. Real good guys.

Best audio shop staff was very friendly and helpful with everything was in town only for one day and they hooked it up nice clean install very attentive given suggestions explained everything what was being installed and to top it off very clean audio sound with subs and epicenter I will recommend shopping with them even gave me a windshield sticker

VERY VERY POOR SERVICE. I bought a complete new system, $2500, the amp wasn t working since day 1, it burnt a speaker. I had to chase them for almost a month, because they didn t want to fix it, and when they repaired the speaker, they charged me $30 bucks and they didn t connect the speaker , before that I went multiple times and they re always hiding in the back . Also the system isn t that good, my old one was better and it was a lower quality .

Went there today 29mar19 and they were extremely friendly. They troubleshot my amp to find out if it s blown and helped me find a short in the system. I ended up buying an additional amp due to the prices being extremely fair. Their technician knows what he s doing and does a great job tuning.

This store is really friendly and they know their stuff about what they sell. They are honest and true about prices. They take their time to install but the outcome is amazing they really take their time when installing to make sure it's right. They are military friendly and support our troops all the way. I highly recommend this store for all you audio needs

We bought an alarm that never worked and went back to have it reprogrammed for a second time. When we got there the tech guy told us he could not do anything about it and that we needed to pay $35.00 to reprogram when we were still under the 30 day warranty. We asked to speak to the owner that we witnessed hiding in the back office and we were told he was not there. This is a bad company that does NOT care about the customer. I will never come back and I definitely do not recommended to anyone.

Awesome customer service , got my screen radio and some speakers installed there about 3 months ago. I waited this long to see if I would get any problems with reception or anything but everything came out great. Great prices and great customer service

Very friendly stayed well past closing hours to get me and my trucks sound system up and BOOMING!! Exceeded all my expectations on a very clean box build and install ... definitely recommend them due to the fact that they got the job done in a timely manner with professional expertise !!

Horrible expierence never come here I bought some headlights and fog lights for almost 300 and they worked on and off for almost 4months took it a few times and they finally said you need to buy new ones because they don't work they said they couldn't fix them that I had to pay again for new ones I had to pay them another 40 dollars to replace the originals and they pretty much cut off the leds to put on the originals very unprofessional people
