Man.. this guys did an awesome job in my Audi A8l they programmed my car and my air suspension is back and running. Very satisfied with their service and performance. Thanks you guys.

I took my vehicle for repair of the water pump on 12/29/2023. 2 days later check engine turns on. I bring back the vehicle and was advised that it had faulty codes that were just cleared and I was never advised of. I spoke directly to the technician Alex who confirmed my vehicle did not come in with a check engine light on. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and was going to get the repairs done. Then a couple days prior to my appointment the owner Tanya calls me that she has to charge for the diagnostic since she did not previously charge me for it. The way my repairs and issues were handled made me loose faith in this shop and I would not recommend it.

Brought in my Porsche as the dealership was asking ridiculous money for brakes/Oil change/ along with a broken rubber boot on one of the axles.Juan, helped me in the front desk and managed to get me an earlier appointment for repair.Today, received my Car without any issues, great staff, great pricing.And overall very honest, decided to add an oil change, since I had purchased the vehicle a week prior.And the tech said no need for it as the vehicle had a oil change done recently, any other ship would ve taken your money without a doubt.Don t hesitate to bring your high end European card here.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brakes

Professional and pleasant as always. I went in for an oil change but my service light had also come on recently. They determined it was a brake flush needed and worked it into the same appointment so I didn't have to come back. While they were working on it, the tech came in and asked if I wanted my tires rotated! That was done for no charge. I would appreciate all of this regardless, but I'm especially grateful since I have to drive 40 miles to them, since they're the closest European garage. The people were very friendly. Unfortunately, they could not solve my problem and it still cost me over $300. I went to the BMW dealership and they were up front about the costs I was looking at, including replacing the part and the need to inspect the system. The dealership cost was over $500 so I chose not to do it because I could do without the fix. I went to Sun City and shared what the dealership told me. They said the job would cost $330. I accepted thinking the cost would include the same manual diagnosing necessary to make sure the system was in good shape. When they did the work, they replaced the part in question but the system still didn't work. They called me and advised me of that and said they would have to diagnose the problem further at an additional cost of about $130 and then there would be the cost of the repair. It was clear to me that the cost was going to approach what BMW quoted, which exceeded the cost I was willing to pay for this fix. I asked them to work with me on this since they weren't clear that there could be additional costs. Had I known that they would charge separately for an inspection of the system and the cost would be in the $500 range, I would not have taken the car in. They didn't do that and still charged me the cost of installing the new part and the labor. My bad that I wasn't more clear up front but their bad that they weren't completely up front with me. I'm out $330 with a new part (that they won't refund because it was installed) and my convenience door opening system still does not work. I just wish they would have worked with me more by simply inspecting and diagnosing the system and identifying the true problem so I could make a decision to proceed or not to proceed. Based on this experience, I don't thing they are less expensive than the dealership and their customer service is not anywhere near that of the dealership.Service: Electrical

Alex, the owner and master mechanic, provides an honest and professional assessment along with a reasonable estimate of the cost. He runs a small shop supported by his wife Tanya and assistant mechanic Juan. I own a 1999 Audi A4 1.8T and he has kept my car running. He has an extensive network of parts suppliers that he himself reaches out to, to obtain the required parts. If you own a European car that is no longer covered by the manufacturer's/ Dealership 36 month free maintenance period, take your car to Sun City European Maintenance. Had an appointment for routine maintenance and a check engine light on my VW with the Sun City European Team. As always, Alex and the crew diagnosed the issue with check engine light, ordered parts, and explain everything in great detail as to what the issue was and how to correct it moving forward. It's a blessing to have an honest auto technician to keep my VW diesel running well. I cannot express the level of professionalism and attention to detail this shop demonstrated during our visit.First of all our situation was very complicated as the DME for our BMW was defective and on backorder for over 8 months. The Sun-city staff (mainly Juan) from the first day back in May 2022 was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. He promised that they would do anything they could to get the vehicle taken care off.Thought the 8 month ordeal Juan called the dealership almost weekly to check in the part while also coordinating with Carshield to negotiate the payments.Finally when the part was available Sun-city paid for the part with THEIR credit card to be reimbursed when we picked up the vehicle. They completed the work within two days of reviewing the DME which included programming of the DME and battery replacement. Plus the final cost of doing the complete work was much about HALF what any of the 4 competitors quoted.I would HIGHLY recommend Sun-City for ANY work on your vehicle especially European cars. In the city of El Paso where good me Janis chops are hard to come by these guys are A+Thank You Juan and Sun-City Staff.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

I made an appointment and took my Porsche Macan to have my oil changed and they were done in 35 minutes while I waited. They were very thorough and checking my vehicle all over for fluids tire pressure and brake wear. I'll definitely be going back and I highly recommend Sun City European.

Yes they are very busy but we ll worth the wait!They fixed everything that I requested.But what really did it for me is the simple fact that I had tire light on the dash because one of my tires was low.They topped it off and cleared the light on the dash.They didn t have to but they did. Those small things may go unnoticed but not with me.I appreciate you guys so much and if I ever have problems with my bmw again I know who to go to.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I highly recommend this place. I take my Q5 to this place for its service needs. Prices are much more reasonable than Audi El Paso Svc Ctr. And staff is much more friendlier!

Alex provided prompt and friendly service on my european vehicle. I was in a pinch since the local dealership had recently closed and Alex and Tonya welcomed me like I was family. I highly recommend doing business with Sun City European. The prices are fair and you need a mechanic you can trust. Alex is your guy.

Alex and his wife Tania are heaven sent angels! My mom and I were moving from CA to austin and my mother s car broke down in El Paso. Not only did they get us a tow truck after we waited 4 hours for AAA on a Friday afternoon, but stayed late on Friday to diagnose the issue and worked all day Saturday to fix our car so we could get back on the road before Monday and on our way home to Austin. On top of that, they were honest and extremely professional and Alex is certainly proficient in European cars. He didn t stop until the job was done even though they close at 1 on Saturdays. We are forever grateful and anyone in El Paso would do themselves a favor to use him as their mechanic!

My family and I were in the process of traveling cross country for PCS to Hawaii. Took my Volvo XC90 to have the parking brake fixed (Sams Club tire tech drove it with the brake on making it inop). It had to be fully operational in order to ship it overseas. The team at sun city worked diligently to get the the original Volvo part at a fair price and fixed as fast as possible. They saw us last minute, and were understanding of the time-sensitive nature of our problem. Prices are fair and the work, as well as the customer service were top notch. Thank you for helping us to minimize this last minute headache!

I needed my ac repaired, and I was referred to the shop and let me tell you they are amazing. Since I walked in I was greeted by a very professional young man named Juan and he explained the procedures.The problem was diagnosed right away, whereas other shops couldnt tell me what the problem was. They had my vehicle fixed the same day. They truly are amazing and I will get my vehicle fixed with themagain. 10/10 I would recomend this shop
