Came in to service my Outback Subaru on a Saturday and was pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly welcome from everyone to include JD (Jason) and Ms Espy. Getting an appointment was easy and I was able to bring my car pretty much the same day or next. I chose the next day. They also had free smoothies and by lunch time they had free burgers from the Orange Cow. They are good! I like that while you are waiting, they email you or text you about what maintenance is needed on your car so that you can approve or refuse any service you don't want. Overall I am very pleased with the Subaru dealership. It was also great to see Jason, who sold us our first two Subaru's. Thank you to everyone for doing such a great job.

Excellent service with a smile each time I visit. It's the only Subaru dealership in town but is also the best! The facility has been upgraded, has complementary coffee, water and snacks, as well as a nice waiting area to work while awaiting your vehicle service. Props to Alex and Gilbert who are top notch professionals. Keep up the great job and thanks for your outstanding service!

Over a full business day (yes, really), the service team ran down an issue with the AC on my Forester. When the first attempted fix didn't work (we hoped I'd get off easy!), they went back in and did the Big Fix. Their communication about what was wrong and what needed to be done (and what could be deferred) was impeccable, and it made being patient easier. The waiting room facilities were also very comfortable, with wifi for a full work day, snacks, coffee, and well appointed bathrooms. I left feeling super confident in their service and even more loyal to Subaru.

These guys are super professional and friendly. Among the best I have dealt with. They shuttled me to a hotel and provided a loaner when it became clear that the repairs would take longer than expected. They are service and people oriented with great skills

Visited the service center today to have several items checked after a sensor disabled warning came on. Hector was great in explaining the process of the checks and likely causes. I appreciate the assistance of the service team here.

They took over a year to call me for recall parts. Then there people were suppose to call me right back after a year and a nother week went by. After recalls were done, they tried selling me services on my car I didn't need. That's why you got two stars! When I worked as a technician at a dealership, you didn't try to sell work not needed. It was a fireball offense. Considered stealing from customers.

I've been coming to the service team here at Subaru El Paso for over a year now (prior review posted to the main page), and they've topped all my previous dealer service center relationships.In all my interactions with Jorge and the team, they have gone above and beyond to help diagnose and take care of any issues with my 2017 Subaru. Especially helpful is their flexibility to work with me on my schedule for drop off or pickup. There's no other team I trust with my vehicle!Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Transmission repair, Air conditioning, Oil change

Went in to get car checked because of a car recall. Mine was checked and everything was fine. Also got an oil change and they washed my car! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Service was pretty quick. Erica was very efficient and friendly. I was very impressed with the service during my wait there. Theyhave water,coffee and snacks while you wait.

Made an appointment for the 60k mile suggested maintenance. Got there and received more suggested add on s (change spark plugs $200), not included in the package ( annoyed that they sprung this on me last minute and it was not an add on option when schedulin on-line) . 2 days after service on vehicle is complete, my battery dies, even though it passed with green light at inspection. 4 days after service, the clutch needs to be replaced and front breaks as well. They said front brakes were dangerously worn even though they got a green passing score at my appointment just 4 days prior.*mind you..at this service appointment they recommended changing my rear brakes and I did...but front breaks were given a green passing score.Service manager rudely explained that my car went through an EXPRESS inspection when it was there and the brakes and battery are not looked at by their trained mechanic. They are just generally looked over.Extremely negligent, unprofessional and dangerous.

My mom and I found my subaru through our lender. The car was located in El Paso, TX. It was love at first sight. I went to test drive the car (I live an hour away) and decided that this was the car I wanted. Paperwork had to be shipped remotely for additional signatures from my mom, which of course would take a few days. As Monday rolled around we heard NOTHING from the dealership. Keep in mind my mom sent it off a few days prior on Saturday. It should have gotten there.We had to reach out to them to make sure everything was okay. For a job that requires a lot of communication and people skills, these people lack that skill. They had gotten it, and my mother had to play pass the phone with people until she was told the finance manager would call her back. They never did. This is extremely frustrating, because we were kept out of the loop. She finally got a hold of a manager and told them I'd be picking up the car Tuesday at 10a.m. to which they agreed.We showed up a little late, and things were still NOT completed. All of the major paper work had been done, signatures had been placed. The car was getting washed. What was supposed to take 15-25 minutes to get keys, and sign a vehicle release took an hour and a half. My salesperson would disappear for long periods of time with out informing us on status of the vehicle. It was very frustrating, sitting without any updates. At one point we were told he was going to fill up the car, and then came back about a half an hour later and said he still had to fuel up the car due to issues in new gas cards.I'm not sure if the dealership is understaffed or what is happening? My boyfriend has had similar experiences with this dealership too with salesmen. There has to be a better method of helping customers. At least update people on the process so that people are not waiting in the dark.

Amazing service! They took exceptional care of my wrx. They covered the seat and steering wheel in plastic for covid safety and that was so appreciated. Joseph my service tech was knowledgeable and gave great advice I always take my subie here.

Subaru on Airways is the best place to get work done on your cars. Up to now, I have had nothing but success there. You need to ask for Tito Gomez, Service Advisor because he is absolutely knowledgeable in all areas concerning cars. I totally recommend him for all your service needs. Make sure to stop by if you need work on your cars.

I went to buy automatic transmission fluid. The person at the parts counter was unable to tell me how many quarts of oil I'd need. He said the technicians put anywhere between 10 to 12 quarts. That kind of response tells me they are not knowledgeable. I was asking for the exact amount.

Very much impressed..My eldest son was looking to get himself in his 1st car(2017 Hyundai Sonata)I used to be a car salesman@Casa Ford back in the day and believe me I'm beyond aware of the "sales-tactics" used when attempting to sell what's on your lot and these people were spot on!! I may even look to get myself an SUV there pretty soon people!!

Do not go to this dealership! We went Monday to test drive a suburban. The next day I texted the sales person he told me I needed $3000 down if we could come up with some they would give us the rest on my trade in (which they only offered $1200 when NADA reflects trade in on my car is $3500-$4500) we came up with $2000. We didn t hear back that day, so the next day after I texted the sales person again which he responded they were still working on it my husband went up there and they said we needed $5500 down or my husband could trade in his Jeep which is very unprofessional because that s not the vehicle we are trying to trade in. We just received notice(April 17,2020) where they ran our credit three different days with the same banks saying we needed to finance $31000 when the 2011 suburban we were trying to get with everything out the door (with the price left over from my current car plus the cost of the suburban) was under$25000 on the papers I signed after we test drove it.Also, they told us we could trade my car in with my husband and my mom co-signing even know they were not on the current loan and after they ran our credit so many times the story changed and we couldn t do that.

I tried to buy a car online from them. No internet sales experience. General Manager Barbara Armendariz did not follow through. I contacted the sales manager, Patrick Gonzalez and the internet sales manager, Rovio Herrera and received no response. The had the vehicle listed on True car and did not honor the offer

I've had now two instances where the services here have been borderline unacceptable. The first, when they sold us the wrong part to replace a broken side mirror, yet wouldn't refund us when it couldn't be replaced. The second, was when I had my inspections done here. The parts that needed replacement were replaced, however they used a different license plate number, so when trying to update my registration, the Vin # and plate didn't match. Not worth getting a subaru if you have to deal with these people.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Staff is very friendly and paperwork was emailed to me when their internet wasn t working. My big issue with this center is that I made an appointment, yet they didn t take my car back until 90 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. This center shouldn t offer the availability for appointments if they aren t going to honor the time.

There I was in the lobby. Alone. With nothing but my thoughts. Then without warning! No one appeared to help me. It was as if I was the only one there. Then the corporation sent a dealer to sell me the wrong car. It was almost like my cellular devise held more information than the dealer.

Great customer service. Shuttle available to drop you off and pick you up while waiting for service. Texts to let you know status of vehicle and additional services recommended.
