This is by far the best experience I've had with auto repairs of any kind. The customer service is First Class (shout out Melissa), and my car looked better than before the accident somehow. Great job!

They completely scammed my friends auto job, they tried to give it back with horrible paint job and bumper wasn t aligned, we asked what s the deal with that and their excuse was well u know, sometime we receive the pieces on order and they sometimes happen to get damaged on the way from transfer like.. and that s her problem how?? First day we came to pick it up(not pictured) the bumper wasn t even aligned, asked them about it and they said that sometimes it hard to align but u can leave it again another day and we will try to realign it again and try to soften the corn of the bumper this picture is there fixed I said nu-uh. They then had the bumped aligned the next day my question is, WHY COULDNT THEY DO THAT THE FIRST TIME??? My friend took the car back and came to realize so many other issues with it. Thank goodness progressive took it serious and let her go elsewhere to get it fixed . To find out THEY DID A BELOW HALF A$$ JOB. there was multiple things wrong behind the bumper that you couldn t see. They didn t have the headlights clicked on so at anytime they could ve came off . MANY OTHER THINGS. DO NOT GO HERE. Do a half a$$ job and take advantage of peoples hard working money, karma! Now they re in big trouble with progressive. Especially taking advantage of women who you think can just be like just sign this paper ya, no! Do better. How sad. Not today. DO NOT GO HERE. Take it somewhere else.

Progressive took my father's truck to this shop, they blew past all the timelines they set. The communication was poor, even hanging up on him at times, upon receiving the truck all panels were misaligned and some were not painted properly with the previous color showing through. I honestly don't see how they thought red door hinges are acceptable on a black truck. The bed of the truck has shifted during the accident and they refused to fix the issue because "we never touched the bed" - obviously. returned the vehicle back to them so they could fix the issues, they aligned the panels and buffed right though the paint to reveal a red door. I don't believe this place has a quality control procedure or they simply don't care. Progressive allowed my father to take it to a new shop and have them fix it properly, they saw the bed issue immediately and even pointed out the flaws in the paint. Stating that they probably didn't follow the correct painting procedure.

I have dealt with Streamline Auto Collision for years and still a top notch body shop. The Central shop on Frankfurt St. hands down on their great work. The office staff sure knows how to treat their customers and the work done is on point. Highly recommend it to anyone who needs their vehicle fixed and painted.Good job guys! *****

Very nice experience. Down-home family feel to the atmosphere with positive Christian-themed decor. Friendly and professional staff did a good job for a reasonable price.

6 months ago I was hit by a drunk driver severely damaging the front drivers side - when Streamline was finished my car looked brand new! As if there had never been any damage. They even arranged for a rental car service to pick me up and take me to enterprise. Streamline was profession , Meticulous, Organized, friendly, on time and professionally respectful. They provided daily progress calls/text and stuck to their timeline. I could tell that they treat all of their customers the same and take great PRIDE in the quality of their work and craftsmanship. Unfortunately, I had another accident on the SAME side several months later. and again excellent professionalism and craftsmanship, and the excellent result. I highly recommend without reservation Streamline Auto Collision on Frankfurt Avenue in El Paso Texas!!! My family and I will never go anywhere else! 5 stars!!!!

Woman owned body shop. Run competently. Dogs are taken to work by the owner and employees, so I took mine into meet theirs. Everyone is friendly, they did a good job on my vehicle. Only had it for a week.

I took my BMW X3 here after I was hit. They communicated well and were professional. They also finished the work in the time frame they told me.When I received the vehicle I was unsatisfied because I could hear air coming through the door. I immediately called them and I was transferred to Luis who told me to bring the vehicle back. When I took the vehicle back, Luis met with me personally and wrote down all my concerns. He was professional and polite the whole time! It took him 24hrs to get it fixed and return my vehicle!Very happy with the outcome of my vehicle and the professionalism of streamline auto. Thank you guys! They made a stressful situation very smooth.

This was an amazing place to take my vehicle to. They repaired my vehicle in a timely fashion, were super professional, and overall friendly! I liked the updates they gave me as to how far along repair was. My vehicle looks amazing and drives great! Leslie was very friendly! Thank you again! I would recommend this place!

Usaa sent my hybrid to this shop. The repair was done and done pretty fast. The only thing that went wrong not due to the techs or the shop was the wrong part was replaced and that was due to USAA pre service tech not doing his job. Once I brought the car back we put it on the lift and they spotted the damage and made sure it was fixed that day even going out of their way ro make sure it was done. Great employees and techs would recommend and I'm gonna bring my old lifted jeep to align my tires also I would definitely recommend

This collision center is literally the best! They're super fast, friendly and professional. They didn't give me my car back all the way until I was 100% satisfied and they were 100% sure it was done, but even then they ended up only taking around 2 weeks to fix it from beginning to end. They left my car looking brand new and they always had me updated with the details of how everything was going. 10/10 recommend :) I love how no one can tell that I crashed it

Missing antenna, over spray of primer on windshield, orange peel on the paint, so they didn't wet sand, hump from the bon do in the door, van had tons of dust from the body work inside the van. Spots were the paint didn't stick can see the primer.Editing to Add November 2022The owner has reached out to us and went ahead and got our car cleaned and found out how they lost our antenna and replaced it for us.

Streamline provided me a very great experience. When my insurance accidentally booked my rental agency out of the range for my pick up, they called in the nearest enterprise for a favor and had them take me to get my rental. Very great service and accommodating. Car was ready for pick up in 3 days and was cleaned and left with air fresheners. Definitely recommend and would 100% go back.Service: Painting

I'm very proud and excited that Steamline Auto Collision did a great wonderful job on my vehicle Ford F-150 2019 pick up truck and they handle very professional I recommend any customer to stop by at streamlight auto collision for any repairs which my insurance company recommended me there. Luis, Annette & Anahi were very professional of helping me out & all I can say is that Steamline are very professional on their job well done. Thank You Steamline I took a picture of their professional job they worked on my vehicle. 5 stars

Wind took out our driver door. Door wouldn't close. Only 100 bucks.I recommend getting your car atleast looked at here.

Wow! This place really hits all the marks. Their processes are awesome and you can tell they care about their business and the customers. The lady at the front was so nice to me from start to finish. I had a bad day when they called to tell my my car was ready and (my bad) I kind of snapped at her, because she said they had called me earlier and they hadn't. It was just a misunderstanding, I explained to her about my bad day, and she was immediately empathetic eventhough I probably didn't deserve it. Even when I went the next day she remembered our conversation and asked me if everything was OK. She is a top notch employee. Also when you walk in it looks really nice, you don't feel like your in a dirty auto shop. My car was ready within a few days, they worked well with my insurance, the adjuster was so nice to me too, and my car looked awesome! They even cleaned my car, inside and out, and addressed a few other issues I was having and diagnosed them for free. What can I say, other than this is the place to take your car to when you need bodyshop work! Great job to the whole business and all the staff!

One expects repair work to be repair and not replacement of the value of the automobile. I look upon the detail of the replaced parts, their high-quality precision and integration into the chassis as a job done expertly by this shop. The paint shows a depth of coverage and clear coating that is far superior to anything I ve seen coming out of an aviation paint shop (and they are exceptionally high priced)Courtesy is what you will find. Came in to fix a minor dent in my passenger front fender. They fixed what they needed to, and they did some excellent body work as well as matched the original paint, but when I picked up my vehicle they told me I got an interior and exterior detail, and as an auto detailer myself, i noticed vehicles interior and exterior were not up to par with my standards. The rear carpet was even more dirty when I picked up the vehicle compared to when I dropped it off.It looked like they just put armor-all on the interior then put some air fresheners in my car and the exterior was still dirty with water spots on the windshield and bumper.Body work 5/5Customer service 5/5Detailing 1/5

Absolutely sweet people. Had an accident where I hit a curb because of an animal. Almost got scammed by another business but found out about these guys from my insurance. The professionalism and constant calls to update the progress even though they're busy was phenomenal. I will always suggest this collision center whether it's through insurance or not. A ton of amazing people who know how hard it is to lose a vehicle for a few days because of an accident. They're quick and prompt with everything they do. Since day one they were really helpful! The staff was always in contact with me, always keeping me informed about my vehicle. Just picked up my van today. Had my car for less than a week. They worked quick and easy with my insurance. Repaired my vehicle even cleaned and vacuumed out my car. Friendly front desk and head mechanic. Very easy drop off and pick up. Thank you!

Streamline on Frankfort was awesome. Needed some body work on my 2013 Suburban and the Streamline team did a great job. My vehicle looks great. From the sweet, friendly receptionist to the professional, knowledgeable techs ..the entire operation was professional from start to finish. I brought my BMW in to get my front bumper replaced. I was blown away by their service and repairs. Their staff was always in contact with me and never left me in the dark about anything. My car was ready in less than a week, and worked with my busy schedule. I never leave reviews but this auto shop is an exception! HIGHLY recommend, quality repairs and service !

Great Service and great communication skills with Luis Cruz. He handled himself very well with the adjuster and Claim center and also with my son. Did a beautiful job on his vehicle. I highly reccomend this shop at Frankfort here in El Paso Tx to anyone out there that needs their vehicle repaired .

Annette, Luis, and Anahi, were absolute professionals when it came to repairing my car. I highly recommend the team at Streamline Auto. They provided excellent results and delivered much faster than I was expecting. 10/10 would repair here again if I ever need to.

Will never take a vehicle here again. Insurance deductible charged wrong. Took out my visor and if I did not remember it, they would not have returned it. Hood does not close correctly all times I have had to open it. Lastly, I had water marks left inside the vehicle indicating a dripping cloth/rag was used to wipe down my interior including directly over electronics such as radio. Radio stopped working and was fortunate enough to have my car under warranty that it was replaced by the dealer. If the water had never touched my radio then something happened that the employee had damaged it or other foul play that it needed to be replaced. Called but manager/supervisor said "no one was in the car since it was hail damage." Obviously the water marks got in there by someone. If you have Progressive, do not let them send your car here. The staff was at least nice.
