Very good job in alignments and they balance tires systems without taking tire off truck I feel is does balance better like the crew and boss

This place has a difficult parking lot to get into especially with all the traffic on the street in front.Otherwise they were fast and easy to work with.

The people here are honest and work really hard to get the job done. My husband and I had some work done on our son s car, and Rick did an amazing job! He went way over and beyond to make sure the work was done quickly since we were there for a short visit. I would recommend this place to anybody in El Paso or traveling to visit like we did. Awesome business!!

David is The Man, God Bless him, I saved a ton of money by replacing my own ball joints, Tierod ends and othersuspensioncomponents, But Dave and his team did a great job on my wheel Alignment, and I also needed safety inspection, which was done in pretty quick manner. avoid Job Guys

Amazing service! We cracked a spring while driving through El Paso on New Year s Day and even though they weren t even open, they were willing to meet us and get us the spring we needed to be able to get back on the road. I can t say how impressed I am with their willingness to come to their shop and get us what we needed. Seriously excellent customer service!

I was recommended to this shop after a leaf spring bracket on my Peterbilt cracked and I was definitely impressed! They did an expert job getting it replaced, addressing issues I had overlooked and the alignment was perfect. If you need suspension work done, look no further. They've earned themselves a life long customer!

The work they did was good. I got what I needed done. There are way too many people putting on there 2 cents when getting an estimate. The woman at the desk has no customer service skills. The mechanic get the work done but there is no consideration to keep your equipment as you brought it in. My tru k was dirty inside and out. And I had to go back for a slight issue which they kind of said" there it's done" and in fact they didn't fix it. It was not a big deal but the way they go about the work....it seems like they don't care about keeping customers happy. Only if I REALLY have to will I come back here.

I did not have an appointment, however the staff was gracious and very honest. I told them what I THOUGHT I needed and David said " let's take a look first". Turned out it was far less work needed then I thought. Excellent.Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

Lady at front desk office is very rude and bitter.She has no customer service. She acts like she doesn't like her job and is very unhappy and gives you attitude cause she couldn't do anything better with her life than become a cheap shop bitter secretary . She need to get laid or something.

1st time I ve been here. Even though I could of done the brake chamber myself due to me having all the tools and knowledge I didn t have the new brake chamber on me.They got right on it and had me out within a hour. As far as the labor cost it was normal as everywhere else.I ll be back if need be

Very bad place Installing one of the pieces right side inside the chassis punctured or broke an ABS cable. they do not have a scanner. I wasted a day with them trying to solve the problem they never solved. I went to another workshop and they solved me quickly. I returned the next day with the receipt so that they would reimburse me for the bad cable work and because I did not have a photo of the cable work they did not reimburse me the money. I do not recommend this workshop for any type of work. and the owner hidden in the office mirrors never gave me his face. poor service.

Waste of my time. I called a week prior to see if I needed an appointment for king pins on my rig they Said no just come in. I called again the day before and Said the same thing. I show up the next day at 0830 sharp. They checked my truck then said it will be till next week! I went 4 hr out my way to go over there for nothing! I'm really up set with them. Won't be back

Don't come here. They will tell you all good things at first, play nice guys and tell you a dealer price for parts at first, than will charge you a tripple price compare to what dealer charges. Will not show you a receipt from the dealer... And when you'll tell them that you not going to do (unnecessary) service with them because its very expensive. They pretty much will tell you to f... Off. Remove the parts and so on... Horrible experience. Crooked shops like this don't need to be in a business.... Again, I suggest to find a different hopefully honest shop. This one will take advantage because you're from other state...

I called at 1:18pm to get my vehicle aligned. They tell me they don't see why not but that the guy who does the alignments is going to lunch, try in an hour. I show in an hour later, now there's someone that was already ahead of me. They say in may take 30-45 minutes. I show up an hour later and now they aren't sure if they can get to me because they guy isn't sure if he'll finish the car ahead of me and they close at 5pm. Half a day wasted when all they had to say is we can't and not waste my time as I had to be on the road at 6pm

Really easy to get my camper inspected. David was the one who did the inspection. Real nice guy. One of the guys even helped me back out by stopping traffic for me.

This has to be the worst shop in El Paso. No one seems to have any urgency. They kept lying about when my vehicle would be ready. I only hope the work they do holds up better than their customer service. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else.

Please heed my advice, Don't go to this sham of a place!!!! Was told I needed leaf bushings, had it done,$ 1,442.00! Well of course the bushings were NOT the problem!! Now I find out the bushings I do need will cost me $1,500.00.Truck's batteries were low because these Jokers were listening to the world cup on my radio for the three days my truck just sat there!

Slow and their alignment equipment keeps breaking. Almost 4 hours to do a 3 axle alignment and was not even complete because their computer kept overheating and breaking. Charged me $150 for alignment that took 4 hours and was not even done right due to their equipment malfunctions. Never ever, ever doing business with this shop ever again!

Crooked shop. Will lie their a.. off, to get your money. Was told by them to change all bushings and bunch of other things. Went to a different shop and was told that the bushings I had all good... I spend $100 at the other shop and my issue was fixed. When at this one they wanted $1400.... avoid avoid avoid!
