I bought my first car here and had the best experience! David Griego was my sales representative. He stayed in contact throughout the whole process he was very pleasant and helpful. I had been in and out of dealerships all day and started feeling discouraged until I came here, and I m so glad I went back! I would not have gone back if it wasn t for the experience I had with David. I highly recommend David and the team!

Juan was an amazing salesperson. Helped my wife get her dream jeep. We have bought several cars from bigger dealerships, but this was by far the best experience we have had purchasing a vehicle. Would definitely recommend Juan and team.

First time here, I must say definitely a welcoming and comfortable experience from the jump! Alex came up and helped us right away. We came in with the notion to look at only cars, but Alex presented a Chevy Equinox to my wife and I, and we were blown away. Not only by the price but the condition this used car was in. SWAG seems to buy and sell top grade used cars at affordable prices.Once we decided to roll with the Chevy the financial sit down came, we were set on a payment maximum goal of $250. We dealt with Jorge Reys Financial Manager he actually LOWERED our desired payment and helped us out as best as possible! Overall experience was amazing and I would HIGHLY recommend coming here at South West Auto Group if you re looking for GOOD used cars WITH Carfax reports on every ride! 5/5 Thank you to the fellas that helped my wife into her new ride!

Disappointing ExperienceI recently visited Southwest Auto Group TX, LLC, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The salesmen lacked integrity and failed to uphold their word. To make matters worse, I discovered discrepancies in my sales paperwork, clearly manipulated to their commission advantage.Due to this breach of trust, I left without a car, opting for another dealership that demonstrated transparency and professionalism. Potential customers should exercise caution and thoroughly inspect any paperwork provided by Southwest Auto Group TX, LLC. My experience was disappointing, to say the least.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and they gave me great service. I had a vehicle that I purchased from a different dealership that I didn t end up liking. They gave a high trade in value for that vehicle and I finally got a car that I wanted. They re blunt and honest with you regardless.

David Griego was our sales representative. My son and I went in on a Saturday afternoon, he found a truck he liked. Left a deposit, I went back on Monday and completed paperwork. We picked up the truck on Tuesday. David stayed in contact the whole process. No pressure, very professional guy. I was hesitant about buying a used vehicle, David took the time to answer all my questions. A couple of the managers reached out, thanking us for stopping in. Great dealership to work with.

I had a great experience with my salesman, David. I had walked out of several dealerships earlier because of misinformation and scummy sales tactics, but David was the most genuine, informative, reasonable, and responsive dealer I have interacted with in the El Paso area. Our discussions were fair, pleasant, and at no point did I feel pressured or like I was being deceived in any way. If you are looking for a used car, do not hesitate to check out their stock. And ask for David, he'll take care of you.

I drove 9 hours to this dealership to buy a car and I can honestly say that it was worth it. Excellent car buying experience. I worked with Alex and he was great. Communicated with me throughout the whole process and really made sure I understood everything. The whole team was very accommodating and they treated us like family. I highly recommend them!

Let me start off by saying this is the hardest five-star review I have ever given. I say this because everything about my experience purchasing a car here (second time buyer) has been a whirlwind. It took me two years to get my plates and that alone may sound like a one-star review. Before you think about shaking a dealer s hands anywhere, make sure they have all the correct paperwork you or your lien-holder will need! Especially the title. BUT HEAR ME OUT! A used business is not easy and sometimes simple paperwork can get lost and ruin the entire title/plate process. I feel like this was a once in a lifetime business issue, I know others who have bought here and haven t had problems. I didn t my first time buying. Also, I can t blame the staff entirely because everything they ve done for me since has been above and beyond. I never had issues with anyone being friendly or communicating to me during this process. Mainly, I wanted to praise Hector for keeping my car s maintenance up to date for free, helping the frustration I ve had with the entire situation. These guys work long hours and I felt Hector s main focus was customer satisfaction and that doesn t always need to be at the top but he took the sacrifices to do so. He even recently fixed my AC and lended me a loaner during the process. Also, I want to thank Francisco for keeping me up to date the whole time, being honest and at the end of the day getting the job done.
