Called for a quote. The guy on the phone was extremely nice and helpful. In the end, he was supposed to call the dealership and text me or call me back with the quoute amount, but he never did. Not true to his word.

I was very pleased with the work that was done installing my new windshield on my vehicle. They were quick to respond with estimate. They were available next day and came to my job to install. Price for the windshield for my vehicle was very good as well considering I have sensors for everything. Hopefully I won t have to get a new windshield any time soon but will use them in the future if need be.Services: Installation, Auto windshield leak repair

AMAZING service- I cant believe how professional Chris and his staff is. Yesterday's strong winds shattered my dad's rear window, for reals - and Chris got us in the next morning. Absolutely amazing service! I dropped in after a call and not only did they go out of their way to assist me, but they bent over backwards to make sure my back window got replaced (not a simple job) and worked with my schedule. 100/10. I can't say more good things about them! I will instantly referred any friends with a hard to find windshield (like a Freightliner split window) and any body else I know without a single hesitation.Service: Auto rear window replacement

Getting a quote was quick and painless. Scheduling an appointment was just as easy, and they were able to fit me in on the time and day I requested. Office staff was polite and courteous. I didn't interact with the techs but they did an excellent job in a timely manner. I was in and out within an hour and a half. Definitely recommend their services.

Great service from the start. Had to travel to El Paso to have windshield replaced. Made an appointment thru their website, they quickly got back to me to set a time and date. Dropped car off at 8:30 am and it was ready to pickup just before 11am. Great service and affordable pricing. Chris, Sydney & Angel had amazing customer service skills. I came in to get my windshield replaced because another company replaced my windshield and then failed to properly secure my rear view mirror back on. I came to Southwest Auto Glass thinking I needed a new windshield but they secured my rear view mirror on within an hour and at no cost. Amazing people and I will always go here if I ever have any trouble with my windshield again!Service: Auto rear window replacement

Southwest auto glass does a great job. They have quality glass great customer service and they know what they are doing. Superior proffessionalism and great quality work. I had a chip in my windshield coming off of I10 and this place was close to home. The staff was able to repair my windshield within in 10 mins at last minutes notice. Im definitely grateful for the service and warranty. The price was very fair. I would continue to recommend this place to family and friends.

I called on a Friday around 10am. I needed to get my windshield replaced asap because I had just failed a car inspection. Chris was extremely kind from the beginning and gave me all the information I needed. When I mentioned the time constraint, he assured me if I brought the car immediately, it could be ready by the end of the day. And it was! I was called at 4pm to pick it up.The windshield was installed perfectly and cleanly. They made sure that my sticker permit and previous registration were on my new windshield.Their price was affordable and quoted me almost 200 under what a competitor quoted me for the same glass (Safelite).Take your business here! Called to see if they could fix a chip and asked if we needed to set up an appointment. Luckily, they were open on Saturday and stated no appointment needed. Young lady that assisted us was thorough in her explanation of work to be done and it was completed with 20 minutes.

Great customer service!Very knowledgeable and honest.Fernie helped my husband and I with our front glass replacement on our Lexus. He provided us with information on the services needed on our car and on how we could save money when filing a glass claim with our insurance. Southwest Auto Glass employee s strive to be the best and deliver top quality service.highly recommended!

I had a great experience at Southwest Auto Glass! Jessica made me an appointment and quoted 1 to 1 1/2 hours to change my windshield. The technician got my car right in and the job was completed in 40 minutes. Jessica and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this shop if you have Auto Glass needs.

Very happy El Paso customer. Victor and Luis were friendly worked fast and very clean. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to have my windshield replaced today. They were here at my house before noon and the price for my windshield was really good. I am recommending Southwest Auto Glass, Victor and Luis to everyone. Thanks again guys

This team is awesome. They go beyond their way in getting you in for an appointment. I had called 2 other shops but they were not able to help me. I'm so glad that I found them and will be coming back if I have anymore widow problems. Least but not last they are very patient and honest.

Fast, friendly and Professional Service. I brought in my old 1974 Jeep that needed a new windshield and the team at Southwest Auto Glass found the right glass for my vehicle quickly. While awaiting parts they kept in constant contact and advise me of when I could bring my vehicle in and pick it up. The price they quoted me was true and honest and the price I ultimately paid. They have my business next time I need new glass for my vehicle.

I went in on a Saturday at 9am, I dropped of my car and the new windshield was replaced in 2 hours. This team is super efficient and very accommodating. Plus my glass was available in stock. If I ever break my glass again, I know where to go to get it fixed. Thank you.

Brought in my 2012 F250 with a broken windshield for replacement. $200 and an hour and a half later and I had a brand new windshield on my truck. These guys work fast and do a good job for an excellent price!
