Super quick! Great price. We are driving an RV and blew two tires, they had the size we needed and were awesome getting us back on the road. After 50,000 of traveling all the USA these guys were the best!!!

After a bit confusion on my part (went behind the building & oil changes are in the front. I drove around to front. Greeted right away by several employees & asked if I had been helped. They directed me to the right person & he came out & assisted. Gave me a time frame & advised me another was in front of me. If I was gonna stay to wait. I said I'd walk to truckstop for breakfast & be back. Left vehicle there. Gentleman gave a time frame to pickup & when I returned it was ready before time given. Great Customer Service

Went to go get an alignment, now truck is running sideways. They also left some suspension bolts loose. Their goes $250 straight to the trash! Had to spend $250 again to get it realined in a better place.

We had an issue with a towing company that towed our truck incorrectly and damaging 2 of our drive tires. We took the truck to this facility to get new tires put on as well as alignment(do to shakes and rattles). I must say I was very impressed with their overall service. They are extremely polite and honest. Jake and Mike as well as the techs in the shop are very knowledgeable about tires. I recommend this location over any other in that area. Very satisfied with their service and professionalism.

Waited for thirty minutes from 7:45am to 8:30am.. The store manager walked in, asked if I was being helped I answered that I had been waiting for 45 minutes he seemed to hurry things up then much to my surprise when it came time to pay he gave me a substantial discount of my bill which I thought was very nice of him.

Melvin Rodriguez and his crew are great! The fixed my issue quick and were very friendly and professional. I can't say enough good things about these guys!! Great job and you'll have another customer for a very long time!!

WORST COMPANY EVER!They had me wait 3 hours to change a flat at my own home! We weren t even in the middle of nowhere! We were in town! They set a time frame of 60 to 90 minutes and they took all 90 and an hour and a half more. When I called for an eta 6 minutes before hitting the 90 minute mark they said something along the lines of not wanting to give me a time frame cause I might call back and yell at them if it goes past that time! WHAT???? Extremely bothered by this company and also it was a recommended business by uhaul! WHY AND HOW???? Was experience ever! They kept calling to push back the time and at a point they even stopped giving a ETA and just said they d be late! I tried to submit a review on their website but I assume they pick and choose what to put since my review at a one start did not appear and it showed they had a perfect 5 star. This is so disappointing!

This place is great! Aside from getting my new tires, the customer service was amazing! Even though I had to wait, like any other place, the customer service they provided me with made me feel at home and comforted. I recommend Southern Tire Mart to everyone! Even if you have tires, go buy better ones from these guys!

Had a very pleasant experience with the people working at this shop. I was on a cross country trip and was having some trouble. They quickly diagnosed the problem and got me back on the road within a hour. Cannot day enough about everyone here. You are all ROCKSTARS in my mind!!!! Thank you

Good place good ppl worked hard to get me back on the road, joe thought me a lot off stuff and jake was very helpful. All the guys was helpful enjoy talking to them and joking around. So stop by when you need tires these will help you out in any way they can. Thanks fellas yall never lie to me yall was very honest.

These guys certainly know customer service, and they 100% stand behind their tires. Many huge thanks to Melvin and the staff, including Ike the Mgr for outstanding over the top performance, including the guys out in the shop. Also huge thanks to their Phoenix,AZ store and Santos in Phoenix. I had a issue several months ago with the warranty on a Toyo tire purchased from outside their shops at a different shop, and not even being their tire, they and the Toyo rep stood behind me just as if I was originally their customer from original purchase. Southern Tire Mart has won me as a lifetime customer for all my semi truck tires.Southern Tire Mart is a true 100% class act!

Uhaul trailer got a screw in the tire. Uhaul sent Andrew from southern Tire Mart to take care of us. Showed up and was extremely proficient, professional and timely. Truly appreciate it !

I was at the location off of peyton rd. I would recommend anyone needing truck tires to stop in. Ike and his team got me in and out in less than 30 minutes for a tire replacement. Ike even jumped in to give his guys a hand to get me back on the road. Thanks so much

Great service, attentive staff, very reasonable prices.They offer balancing of tires and alignment services as well. Get your brakes and rotors replaced here as well, great one stop shop.

I Broughty vehicle in for an alignment. The mechanic showed me other things that were wrong. The issues were fixed. I was highly satified with the customer service and timely manner to get my vehicle back on the road.
