Wow, what a great service department! We are traveling from Wisconsin and staying in El Paso for 2 nights and thought we might be having a turbo charger problem again. They had us come by the minute we got in town and ran diagnostics. Thank goodness no problems noted. Kudos to Joey, Jeffrey, Jerry & team, they are super nice, helpful & knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend this Ford service department to everyone!

Because I have to give a star I'll give 1. I've taken my vehicle here for years. In July I took my car in for service. I don't know how or why but they installed a new tensioner for free. Less than 6 months later the car totally died on me. They said it was the alternator. I told them to check the tensioner. It turned out to be the tensioner but because they gave it to me free no warranty was going to cover it and I was going to have to pay regular price. I spoke to manager Samantha. I told her it didn't make sense that the tensioner would not work in less than 6months. She said it was a ford Motorcraft part but they weren't going to do anything to help me this time. I told her I would write a review and report them to bbb because that didn't sound right to me. In then cooled down and called my Service Rep. Andres and told him to go ahead and fix it since the vehicle was already there. Andres was very nice and reassured me it would be taken care of. Samantha then called me back to tell me that if I didn't trust them they were not going to do the work. She was wanting me to tell her that I trusted them after all this. I told her you want me to kiss your butt not going to happen. She said both she and her Director felt like if I didn't trust them they weren't going to do the job. I told her your making the situation worse. She kept saying the same. I told her I'm not going to pay for my vehicle to be towed again. She had it towed yo my house. So Shamaley does nor stand by their products or their work. They have a manager who does not understand the concept of good customer service or de-escalating customers issues. My recommendation send your managers on service delivery, customer service and de-escalation techniques. I also heard that since the pandemic ford has been producing cheap parts and putting out bad product, so buyer beware.

Everyone I dealt with in the service department was super friendly. It took a bit to get checked in as they assign you to a specific service advisor.I chose to take the offered lyft home and I'm glad that I did as the service they said would only take about 3 to 4 hours ended up taking 6ish.The price was reasonable and competitive with other quotes I'd gotten in the area. All in all, they didn't give me any reason to not return in the future!Edit 4/5/2024: went in for routine maintenance. Service was quick and Javier was easy to work with!

This dealership is excellent!...I was pulling my trailer camper with a 2017 F150 3.5L Ecoboost from Florida and had transmission fluid coming out of the tyranny. I called this dealership and they coached me 140 miles on I10 till we reached dealership. They inspected the tyranny fluid level and said it was likely overfilled and there's no charge!...we were very surprised!!...as we got ready to leave I hit the bus stop awning and broke my camper awning...these guys helped me remove it and we were on our way again. They didn't charge us for any of these services...unbelieveable!!...we're very grateful for their help throughout this ordeal...Thank you!

If I could rate zero stars I would.Made an appointment to bring my car in for a repair under warranty. I dropped the car off being told it would be approximately 3 days.On day 6 I called and asked for an update. Their response....the car had not even been looked at yet.It is now day 8 and the car still hasn't even been looked at. Truly mind boggling.By far the most disappointing customer service I have received at any dealership anywhere.

Stay away! Take to another reputable repair place. They kept my Ford Explorer more than 2 months for a job that was suppose to be for three weeks. All I wanted was my AC to be fixed. They stayed it was my water pump. Replaced my water pump. Picked up my car and AC still not working. Then said, that s a different job. I was taken advantage of since I had no clue I m not a mechanic!! 4K later and picked up my car to have a clicking sound and speaker blown out. They said, didn t tighten the hose. Picked it up again and sound still can be heard. Excuse oh we won t know until vehicle is driven. Another 3 weeks for my vehicle to be ready and that s after many phone calls. As for my perfect sound system they won t take ownership even though different phone devices that don t belong to me where connected to my Bluetooth. Took it elsewhere and found out my front speaker is blown. My sound was perfect before dropping off!! Please don t use This Ford location for repairs.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning

Very pleased with services Marco Porras and the Ford technician provided. Went in for a PCM replacement for my 14 mustang GT. service was completed in a week. My car is running great! No issues as of yet. They took good care of my car by making sure it was stored safely. Overall great communication from the guys, and deadlines were met.I will be back in the future for other services. Thank you!

Jeff Scott was my service advisor and he did an excellent job of helping me with my vehicle. I am very pleased with the service department here. They are very nice and helpful and explain things to me so I can understand them. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced with them even after the warranty is gone. My wife took her expedition there for its first oil change with an appointment. It took almost 3 hours for them the change the oil, with no warning that it would take that long.Service staff were unhelpful, and resisted explaining the delay.Do not schedule an appointment, as they do not staff their service department enough to actually handle customers in a timely fashion.

Terrible customer service, no communication with various employees in the Collision Center! Will never ever do business with them again! Took them 2 months to fix hail damage, promised on a certain date and didn t get our car! Would never recommend this Shamaley Collision Service to anyone!

Receptionists schedule appointments with no knowledge of the service center's backlog! You arrive for your appointment and although the email confirmation has all the information regarding your service request the adviser has no clue when you check-in. You are then told to leave your vehicle for 5+ days or you are turned away because they are "too busy" to do more than an oil change.This is a serious flaw in their system. When I call and schedule an appointment they should be aware of the workload and explain that on the phone, not after you drive 30 min in traffic to the dealership, wait 5 min in line and then told they can't honor your service appointment.

I had one of my F350's throw a CEL on his way through town in route to North Carolina. Service had just closed but I was able to make an appointment for my driver online for 7:15 the next morning, on a Saturday. Your service advisor Chuy, jumped right on top of it and began diagnosis. Turned out we needed a fuel injector. Your parts didn't have it, but they found one at another dealer in town. You picked it up, installed it and even performed an ECM recall. My driver was up an running again within 5 hours.Thank you to Chuy for his thorough customer service and thank you to the techs that got him repaired and on the road again.You guys' are rock stars and we still made our delivery in NC by Monday.Thank you!!RandyLA Prep Inc.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I've received stellar service each time I've visited. What I need done gets done. I've been thoroughly informed on things to do, even things I was unaware. The best part is I TRUST what I'm receiving in service, advice and guidance. Even when it gets busy, I still feel well treated as a customer and leave knowing my vehicle was in good hands.

Took car in 3 times, spent over 6,000 dollars and car is even worse. DO NOT COME HERE!! My 2017 Ford Explorer broke down so I took it. I asked them to do whatever was needed including a full tune up, timing chain replacement and lots more. It came out to over 5,000 dollars which I expected. However, a few days later the check engine light came on again and same issues. I took it back and they charged me another 1,000 even though they said the work would be under warranty. I paid the 1000 and a few days later the check engine light came on again and issues seemed to be getting worse. I took it in for a 3rd time and now they are saying the entire engine needs to be replaced. For another 6,000. Bottom line is they are either incompetent or are greedy and rip people off. Please learn from my mistakes and find another dealership or mechanic to service your car.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto glass repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment, Transmission repair, Brakes, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

This morning I was driving and hit something in the road so i pulled over to see what it was. It was a piece of someone's broken rim.(yes i took it out the road to prevent other's from hitting it.) So I checked my car and noticed my skid plate was now hanging and dragging to the ground. I ended up getting a delivery to Lorenzo V. So I told him my situation and told me bring it back and they would take care of me. I came back and he kept his word that Alexis H. would take good care of me. He brought my car right in and got me taken care of. Thanks guys for keeping your word that meant a lot to me. Will continue bringing my car here.

Terrible customer service.. made me set up an appointment over the phone, then took me 10+ minutes and asking 5 different people in the service bay to help me before anyone told me where to go or sign me in for service, as they went out of their way to help several others that got there after me. Also, they took almost 3 HOURS for an oil change when they said it d be out in an hour!! 9:30am to 12:15pm 1/16/22 check your log and cameras and tell me I m lying. I will not come back to this location nor will I recommend to anyone.

Had an appointment, still didn't get to my car till an hour and a half later. So that was a bit disappointing. However the service was great and once they got to my vehicle it went relatively quickly.

Very disappointed nov 2021 they preformed a recall on my F150 took over a week and my truck has never run the same and now leaks oil. This week we had transmission issues on our 2020 Explorer dropped of on Tuesday the 27 never had any communication with service call a couple times ro find out status, they seem very disorganized un informed and frankly lost. My service representative Jeff if possible do jot use. I was going to buy a new truck and 2023 Explorer; I think I will go elsewhere not happy at all

The overall service department was below average. My service advisor was not very friendly and did not maintain good communication. Nothing really sets this dealership apart from its competitors. Everytime I visit its seems I'm bothering the service advisors as they're all waiting in their booths. It always takes several minutes for someone to approach or even acknowledge. The only reason I visit Shamaley is because it's the closest Ford dealership to my home.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning

I purchased a new Ford Mustang. The overall experience was good. The sales, financing, and other staff members made the buying process go faster than expected. I received a fair price on a custom order Mustang. Probably a once in a lifetime purchase for me. Thanks again y'all.
