Came here to get an estimate for an insurance claim for my 2002 Yukon. From the first initial encounter with the Estimator Adrian Dominguez he was rude and not very helpful. Immediately claimed my truck was too old and would not be able to find parts for it. Was very negative throughout the whole process. When I would communicate with him I felt as if he was just ignoring me and not listening to my concerns. Did not trust that he was going to give me an honest estimate for my claim. Take your insurance claims elsewhere.

From 20 miles to 25k every hit and run was taken care of as fast as possible butmore importantly extremely well. Can t tell any work had been done on the car. So many claims but they truly have treated me well and always kept me updated. Works well with Allstate in my experience.

Amazing staff! I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Giovanni always took the time to answer any questions I had, and provided me updates throughout the process. Guys! Do not go to this place period! My good friend of mine has been paying over $600 for car payment however they told me that they had to pay a overload to mechanic to repair their car for $3,400 even they paid the car insurance and they don't cover for their non-engine so Shamaley company you guys are full of s h i t! So this company is totally rip you off for big time also i'm the one that help them to give them ride since their car has been sitting there for 2 f u c k i n g months?! So people if i were you i would not go to this place at all! period!

On 10 June 2021 I was hit by a vehicle on my left side, Shamaley Ford Collision was a preferred shop for USAA. On 14 June 2021 my vehicle was towed to Shamaley Ford. The Collision Technician my vehicle was assigned to was Shaun, I was left in the dark the whole time about what is going on or what was being done to my vehicle, Shaun in 77 days only called me one time, on 23 August 2021, to tell me all work complete, just needs an alignment that they were going to send it to a tire shop. That alignment took Shamaley Ford Collision 7 days to take care of.On 30 August I was told my vehicle was ready, when I arrived it was disappointing to say the least in the quality of work performed by Shamaley Ford Collision. There was glue around panela they replaced, still masking tape around the gas cap. The impact happened on the driver s side wheel, with a chunk of aluminum missing from the rim, but they charged and were paid to repair it, and the back tire that the sidewall has a crack in, they offered me an appearance allowance , but it would have been illegal for me to drive with the sidewall compromised. So shady practices and quite frankly fraud for charging for repairs that they didn t repair. And they weren t even embarrassed after all of this, corporate was even involved and they told me that all parts have been at the body shop since mid-July (even though every time I called, and even USAA, Shaun said parts were on back-order) and no reason I shouldn t have had my vehicle back by the end of July, so it took 85 days for Shamaley Collision to do a 30-day job, and quite poorly, literally looks like an untrained teenager performed the work. The pictures don t even represent how bad it looked in person.Look at the picture of the crack in the sidewall, apparently, they missed it during the inspection and estimate, replace the broken suspension parts, so wheel was removed, had to either remove wheel or cover it during the painting, also had an alignment done, and even then, shined it up with armor all. So how did the at least 5 people miss a 3-inch crack in the sidewall on a tire that took impact and broke the control arm? Had a warranty issue with my vehicle from repairs 10yrs ago! They stood up and kept their word honored my warranty on the hood of my vehicle. They treated me like a person should be treated with respect! From the beginning with the young lady up front (Jennifer)to the young woman assigned to assist me Ms. Sanchez. Who was very kind courteous took the time to explain to me in detail what would be done how long it would take and how it would be under the warranty itself. I was completely floored by her attitude beautiful young lady could not have asked for a better sales person to help. Thank you so much! Get this! Once I picked up my vehicle it had been washed the inside have been cleaned I have not had a cleaned vehicle from any dealership or car wash like I had here It was outstanding! Whoever had the task of cleaning out my vehicle took pride in his work and it was evident! I will say the same about the person that took care of the repair on my hood it was evident he took pride in his work as well because you could not tell I had- had a problem with my hood after I left there. I am just amazed by this! All I can say is I would highly recommend this for any type of a collision repair they stood behind the work like they said they would! Gino and the team did an amazing job, the car looks better than the day I bought it and we really appreciate that it was done before the weekend so we could get on with our trip. We were visiting El Paso just for one day as we drove cross country from LA, until we got hit by a big truck on our way out of town! We ended up staying in El Paso waiting for the repair. Caliber told us 2-4 weeks, Shamaley got it done much quicker, helped us with the insurance company, and arranged a great rental for us while we waited. Super grateful we ended up working with Shamaley, 10 out of 10 on all counts.

While many would like to see the ultimate 5 stars across the board because of simply great work, I think it s more important to highlight when mistakes were made but then corrected in a super professional way, without drama and beyond expectations. That was the case here. Let s be real mistakes can and do happen. Sometimes things are overlooked. We re all a bit overworked these days and I ve watched these folks run around like their feet are burning. And that s every day it seems. No need to go o to detail but I did take the car back, pointed out the issues and they had it fully corrected in a very reasonable amount of time. Ethics are what I appreciate most. And I got to see it in action here. Thanks, Victor!!!

I dropped off the car on Thursday at 11 am. A rental was booked with the enterprise inside of here. When I spoke to Carlos when I got there he was being very rude to me. I was waiting for my family to get there but I let them know I was there for the rental also. Well an hour passed and I get a phone call from enterprise stating they were going to cancel the rental if no one picked it up. I ended up not picking up the rental and went somewhere else because first of all you deserve none of my business if you are rude to me. Me and my family went else where. I spoke to the manager Henry on Friday and I told him the situation he did apologize as they have no authority to cancel any rental. I'm so happy i called because Carlos evaluation was Friday and I hope he spoke to him about the situation. Second, today is Monday, remind you my car has been there since Thursday at 11am. I call this morning and they gave me an estimate and they told me since I had someone repair it before it will not have warranty on everything, only the bumper and fender. I told them okay that Is fine. Well here comes 11 am I get a call from the manager Yvone stating they will not be able to repair my car. I got so much run around and wasted 4 Days with a rental wasting those 4 days my car could have been repaired elsewhere. I do not recommend this Shamaley place nor this enterprise whatsoever. I work full-time and have no time to be playing games. Very unfortunate and unprofessional.Update: 3:13 pm.The estimate they did was complete bogus. They didn't even take my car apart to do an estimate correctly. Do not waste your time here. Unfortunately agencies like this do not care about customers. Only their money.02/11/2023My car has been fixed somewhere else where they did an amazing job. They only took a week to fix it because of the idiot mistakes these people did. He even replaced the hood on my car. If someone needs their car fixed I am happy to give you the information. Do not waste your time at shamaley.

I will next time take my business somewhere else. No attention to detail, they left my vehicle with over spray, tape marks and full of dust inside. Had to go back twice to correct issues and it's still not completely fixed but I've given up. My vehicle even had extra damage from the work they did. I definitely DO NOT recommend this place anymore, go somewhere else. At the very least they could have detailed the vehicle before returning it to me.

It's convenient that Enterprise Rent-a-Car is inside the collision center, although I had to rent from a different location initially. The work done on my vehicle was fairly quick, even though I had to return to have a few minor chips on the passenger door moulding fixed. Giovanni was thorough, and he kept in communication with me throughout the process via texts. My passenger side door looks as if nothing ever happened/ brand-new. Good experience.

Went in for collision repair and found an organized team of employees bent on providing excellent customer service. Starting with the fine folks at the receptionist's desk, to our estimator to Sarah at the rental car agency, great folks. All in all an enjoyable transaction. Though it took some time to get the insurance company to pay for crash repairs and an electrical part was delayed the actual repair time and quality of work were excellent. Mr. Gallardo was great to work with and he kept me up to date while waiting for parts. Its not every day i handle an insurance claim. Didnt feel the adjuster had the time or cared to guide me through the process. Felt rushed. Called the front desk, representative gets 100% in clearing my doubts and getting feedback from adjuster. But whats done is done, as far as my experience at this location. I dont recommend it
