I want to give a big shout out to Sergio Lewis Body Shop great customer service Norma Jean was excellant was very pleased with the work they did on my Honda SUV Mr. Lewis was very professional along with Norma Jean and Cynthia.. Mr. Lewis has a happy customer here with me I will continue going here for any body work.. I'm a happy customer I recommend his business highly ..Thank you for your excellent service!!

That's why it's the best in El Paso. I got recommended to another body shop down the street man directed me to a secretary that was negligent so I drove here. Where the man immediately worked on it and the secretary had the best customer skills in the waiting area. Did excellent job in my car. I something that was dragging from going over the curb.

I had a fender bender that needed more work than meets the eye. I can always trust that Sergio will take care of me as he has for my family throughout the years. He doesn't take shortcuts & doesn't lie about how long the job will take - and why. Choosing to use Sergio Lewis Body Shop is a no-brainer for us.His staff is also very respectful to everyone and is well-informed and helpful. I went to this body shop because it was highly recommended to me. I had been in an accident and needed to fix my vehicle. I had a new vehicle and was pretty nervous to take it anywhere. But like I said it was highly recommended. I took my vehicle and the staff was very polite. I met the owner and he seemed to be nice as well. They did get me Toyota parts which I am very grateful for. But the first time they turned in my vehicle the paint job was terrible! They also had it for two weeks so there was no reason for it to be done that badly. I was so upset. I called the owner who did not call me back but answered my text. Besides the paint they broke my mirror and said they would replace it. I had to take my vehicle for the second time to them. I showed them what was wrong and they took two days to fix those repairs. The paint job came out way better but I noticed that they buffed my entire vehicle. They never covered the entire body or the rims and just painted over the affected area. So to cover up their mess they buffed my car out and left a lot of marring all over it. To top it off my rims are ruined as well. They never did replace my mirror, instead they did a simple patch to cover up the crack. Terrible experience and very disheartened that my vehicle was not taken care of. I rather not deal with them to address the problems I have. Be aware and inspect your vehicle thoroughly if you do take it to them. I wish i would have done my research!

My experience at Sergio Lewis Body Shop was amazing from start to finish. Sergio, Norma Jean, and Cynthia are so friendly and efficient. They are fair and honest and aim to please. The shop did a beautiful job on my car and finished it a day earlier than I expected. A special thanks to Norma Jean! She loves her job and it shows! Jackie D., happy customer!

Sergio and Mrs. Lewis made entire process so easy. Repair work done on the door of my white Mercedes Benz was awesome. Lifetime warranty is unheard of. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend Sergio Lewis Body Shop.

Got rear ended in my brand new Kia Optima. $9500 worth of damage. Parts were ordered and arrived within 3 days. The first floor pan came in damaged and had to be reordered. All of this happened during the holidays. Work was done quickly. Silver is a hard color to match precisely, but the paint looks fantastic. Thanks Norma Jean. Thanks Sergio.

First rate price second rate work they cater to the insurance company not the vehicle ownerThe couldn't get the bumper on my wife's car lined up properly charged as much to fix a fender instead of replacing it and did a lousy job overall the body work looks like it has acne this review would have zero star's but one is the minimum allowed.

I am restoring a 1956 Pontiac and when it came time to get it painted I researched and called and even drove out to every single reputable body shop in El Paso. There are few things in this world that you get exactly what you pay for but paint and body work is one of those things. After looking at all the "cheap" paint and body shops around I found out that the work and finish looked just that, CHEAP. Then I started talking to local guys here at the car shows and one name kept coming up LEWIS. The price was reasonable and the staff was nice and helpful. I was still a little apprehensive when I dropped off my baby but I shouldn't have been. These guys are professionals all the way. My 56 was parked between a 69 firebird and a 45 Chevy truck, if that tells you anything about the clients who trust this place. These guys are no joke. My car looks like a million dollar show winner! If they can make a 58 year old rust bucket look like a show car they can surely paint your 2 year old Honda.To summarize, the price was not the most expensive that I was quoted around town but not the cheapest either. The body work is PERFECT and the paint shines like new money and lays flat as glass. If you care about your car go here if you care about scamming the insurance company by finding the cheapest paint job around go somewhere else.BTW go to their facebook page and look at my car and see for yourself... its the green one!

I have been taking vehicles to be fixed to Sergio since 1982, a total of about 15 different ones to date. And he always stands behind his work. If I've ever needed something worked on or looked at after I picked up the vehicle, they always fix it right. Sergio is a fine man!

Truth be told I was there do to work, a company vehicle was damaged and I took it to them for a quote. I was a bit surprised to find out that the secretary is who gives the quotes and she's good. I was in and out really fast, whole thing took about 15-20min.

Sergio Lewis Body Shop ignored my well detailed e-mail with photos of my car. I am restoring a classic car and wanted a flawless paint job. I guess Ol Lewis is making way too much money milking insurance companies and can care less about me.

The radio commercial must have been funny when it first aired many many years ago, but now just as soon as it starts, we change the radio station or turn it off, can't believe some creative genius there can't think of anything new.
