Fantastic service. They worked on my car like it was their pet project. The results were show room quality. Plus, the cost was reasonable.

Took my truck to get new full cat back exhaust. Ask for 2.5 piping and they ended up installing 2.25. Left some porous holes on welds and sound like exhaust leak. Took back and they never had time to fix it. Had to keep on bugging until they fix it and still left it porous. Ended up taking it some where else. Owner told me even new trucks have porous holes. I told him I have a 2018 gmc and doesn t sound like I have an exhaust leak. I do not recommend.

Excellent service!Just installed my Borla S-type on my Camaro 2020 SSAnd they did an excellent job,The guys are nice and the environment really makes you feel good and confident that they will do a good job on your vehicle. Not like other places that will make you feel sketchy about it.Really recommend this place

Avoid at all cost. Son gives you one price and dad shows up and gives you another midway through the job. Happened to me the first time and dad was very convincing that it was a mistake. Second time I caught on and to make things worse they wait till the end to tell you it s cash only because he hates the CC fees he gets charged. I only had an Amex card to pay because my price was literally doubled mid way and then he decided to tell me he doesn t take Amex at all and that I couldn t take my vehicle u til I paid him. Avoid this place. Shady. Hand written receipts and cash only. Hopefully I never have to use the warranty on the work done because I m sure I ll get the run around.Services: Exhaust, Brakes

Not professional y no tienen palabra. The son quoted me a price and then the owner said it was wrong that it would be a lot more. Also they only painted half of the caliper. All they said was go somewhere else.

Got there in the morning at 9: 30 to get a muffler put on. There's was only on person there. He wasn't the welder but he got my truck prep and removed the old muffler. I Had to wait for the owner to get there with his breakfast. He finished his breakfast and then welded the muffler on. He got there at 11:30ish. I didn't leave till 12:30. Customers come first. Not breakfast and then customer....

The WORST customer service I've ever experienced, I'm honestly surprised as to how they are still in business. The owner and his son do not take the time to hear the customer's concerns, they are very pushy, rude, and the list goes on. They even resorted to name calling when I wanted something done to my car the CORRECT way, and not some hack job as they were trying to do. In the end I'm glad I took my business elsewhere.

Had a bad exhaust hanger from work they did on my car. Stopped by multiple times too get them too simply fix or replace it. Kept coming up with every excuse not too fix it smh lazy dudes. After pay $380 for your service that's the least they could do

I went here to get a quote for headers and performance cats, spoke with the owner and explained everything that I was looking for or tried. He told me to come on down and he would speak with me in person. I went down to his shop spoke with his son Edgar and he immediately wanted to hook my car up for a diagnostic test (I did not need this as I knew what I needed done to my vehicle and explained it to both Edgar in person and Mr. Sandoval over the phone.) I figure okay your time if you want to then go ahead. They tell me what I already know then give me quotes for installation and parts. I turn to leave and Edgar says that is $60 for the diagnostic test. I laugh pay the $60 and he says that he will keep the parts in stock for me, I laugh harder and tell him that there is no need I will be going elsewhere. He is surprised and ask why, needless to say I said be upfront next time. He tried to give me a song and dance about how other shops in El Paso were not as good and how I would be back (not likely.) You can tell how shady a mechanic is by looking up the time for instainstallation for parts before you go into their shop. This guys time quotes for headers installation was 1.5 days and cats and hour. Look up how long it takes to install headers for a 2014 camaro and you will see the proof is in the pudding. Do not take my word do some research, and you will see that this is a shop that you should avoid at all cost.

They are very courteous, every one offers to help, even though they are on their break or lunch time. They tell you if you are not satisfied with their work, to feel free to bring it back so that they make it to where you are 100% satisfied.

Reading these reviews kinda shocks me.. Edgar was understanding and got my truck in and out at a reasonable price. I would recommend Sandoval in a heart beat.

Honestly the worst shop I ve been to, all they did was waste time with my car and did nothing to it and tried getting as much money from me as they could and to add they customer service was horrible aswell! Would not recommend wasting your money here there s shops that are a lot better than this one that won t waste your time !

I would not recommend to anyone. I took my carburetor in for a kit instalation ands was told it world be ready next day by 10 am and they never touched it. It was in the same place I left it the day.

Overpaid to have them weld in some new mufflers and tips. They didn't listen to how I wanted the job done. I went back to have them fix it and wanted to recharge me for the work again...

The guys are pretty nice to your face but I asked for simple things such as a cat and to fix my steering wheel. They actually made my steering wheel worse cause they broke my horn.

Ask for a quote and they want you to bring it by and never mention that there is a cost for a quote and then they want to over charge then when you say no thanks them they want to Bill you a crazy a amount
