Horrible experience. Total waste of time. Owner just rips you off. I left a deposit and he kept it. Took car in for wire harness a year ago. Picked it up friday. Owner said new wire harness was installed. The harness is still the same old one. A year to do nothing. If your not a close acquaintance or a relative you will be put on the back shelf and forgoten. Look at the picstures. You tell me if the wire harness was ever canged...

We ve have honestly had only a great experience with my sons 2017 Nissan 370Z Legend Edition he even didn t charge on resetting our computer! Alfredo gives us nothing but 5 Service!!!

Coming from someone who came to this shop and bought parts through them, worst experience ever, parts costed over 400$, just for them to not even fit the car, turns out he ordered the wrong parts for my car, and not only that but they were EBAY parts, if your car is BMW I recommend not coming here, waste of money and waste of time.

Came in for some light weld work, and left completely satisfied. The welds are very impressive, and they are comparable in pricing to other shops.

Had my son go to get engine mounts replaced . Quoted 195 $ and said it would take 3 hours to finish 3 engine mounts . 7 hours later the car would not start . Was told it might be a software code . They could fix it . The car worked with no problems when it got there . Talked to manager and he got very defensive cause I wanted my car back so maybe I was little aggressive . He gave the idea of send the ford focus to Ford and that he would tow it there to fix the issue cause he did not know . How to . I said that s fine but really need to get this fixed . The next day he did not tow it to ford due he was busy . I m ok with that but right we are there customers and we should treated as such . Will update and change review according to outcome. We want what was quoted and be on our way . Will update daily I hope a good outcome. Update 19 January He had told me he was going to call me and has not called me back . Don t know if it was towed to ford as we agreed hoping so . Called several times and no answer . Hopefully he calls me and honors his word . Will update . Update 20 January, talked with freddy from the shop and he had told me around 12 to 1 pm they were planning to take the car to ford . Hoping for the best .Update 20 January well was hoping for the best but no call back when I was told call me today to let me know . Not gonna lie it is a bad feeling . Will update tomorrow as they are open at 10 . This has been going on since 17 th of January.

Went to get some coilovers for my car, I got a bit overzealous with the lowering and it was making noises (not their fault). Took it back to get adjusted and he did it free of charge, top notch customer service and great install pricing! Would recommend for your mod needs.

My experience here at rpm was horrible, my car was given back to me with horrible welding work. I have a exhaust leaks and not only that but i have dents and scratches that i did not have before.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! I took my car in for transmission work 3 months & $2000 later i still have a unfixed transmission. Not only that my break caliper was unbolted hanging off. They do not care about your car unless youre one of there sponors. Also used my car as a oil tray as my cars paint had oil all over which ate through it. I wouldn t recommend this shop if you care about your car. If i could give zero stars i would.

Just like other reviews, NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! Years back, I had taken my SRT-4 for an installation of racing coilovers. After a week, I was driving down George Dieter with a passenger when suddenly my brake pedal went all the way down when pressed. The jackass that had worked on my car had failed to attach the brake line to the brake line clip bracket which was also missing a bolt leading to the brake line rubbing against the wheel and creating a brake fluid leak.After reviewing most of the reviews, I realize that this place have a lot of issues when it comes to getting work done to your suspension and brake system. I'm glad nothing serious happened to me or my passenger because if I would've been in an accident, best believe this business would've been slappped with a lawsuit.Taking my business to Rigo Built Garage. Heard so many positive things about this place. Think twice if you decide to take your vehicle to RPM. If you do, double check their work.

Had to take the work they did to another shop to get redone, because the car was not driving right. I had to pay another shop even more money to redo all the work RPM did wrong. Then RPM over charged me by $300 from the original price I got quoted. Never recommending this place to anyone!

Took my car for a boost leak. Not only he fixed my problem he actually took his time to even redo my vacuum lines and a awesome deal on a BOV. Best prices on the South West and excellent job done, Best customer experience ever!

Took my car to get a intake and exhaust put in and when i got it back i told them the intake had a real bad high pitch sound and instead of saying they don t know what it could be i was given some random excuse talking about it s my cars way of alerting me i need a oil change? Which doesn t make sense. Then not even a week after my exhaust was rattling like crazy so i took it to a different shop and they told me they didn t put it on correctly and left everything banging. Would not recommend RPM.

Horrible customer service. Give you one price then after they do the job they charge you more and you are obligated to pay it cause they immediately tell you they wont give you the car until you pay.

The Best performance shop in El Paso hands down. The owner Freddy is very down to earth and won't ever try to sell a customer a part they dont need or don't want. One of the Southwests longest running Auto Performance Shops around and some of the Hottest Autos have bought performance parts from here and have returned to continue their builds just like I have. A must return to RPM!

Went to get Coilovers installed. They installed them, however, broke my ABS sensor on my back wheel in the process and stripped out/broke two wheel studs. This taught me to save my money next time and do the work myself.

To start they had my car for 3 almost 4 monthswhen I picked up my car I noticed it didn't sound right when I told them my car didn't sound right because they did bolt my exhaust to the headers they said it sounds good and my check engine light turned on right after I left the business I will not take my car back

The guy behind the counter (not sure if he was the owner) was really helpful since when I called as well as when I was in the store I was in and out fast got the part I needed for a smaller difference than I could have online over all very happy
