Got my Subaru in 2021 and got scammed and the clutch was messed up. A buddy recommended me to Rigo so I took it there and they replaced it, got a stage 2 clutch. Had no issues or anything. Second time I took it there, was a few days ago to get my car looked at because I thought I needed a new alternator. I like taking it here because instead of getting me to spend money and replace something I don t need replacing at the time, only charged and replaced what I needed done. Definitely recommend this shop! Everyone s so nice and will work with you. Going to take my car back to get it tuned!!

I can not recommend this shop enough! I went to the Subaru dealership here in El Paso Tx after I traveled from Virginia to Houston to El Paso. My car had a horrible squeaking sound. I knew it was the brakes, they told me it was the brakes but wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for just the 4 brake pads. I asked if there was a trusted shop that they can recommend me instead and they recommended me to Rigo Built. I came to the shop they checked out my car and it turned out to only be the front brake pads and rotors that needed replacement.They got it fixed for me that same day. They are all very knowledgeable in all cars and especially performance. I ve lived in different parts of Virginia and Texas and I can tell you this is the best shop I have been to. As long as my car is here in El Paso or the surrounding areas..this is where I will go for everything and anything else I need. The people that work there they are all very humble and easy to talk to. They explain everything and show you exactly what is wrong before they start doing any work. Rigo and Jessica make a great team and run a very well organized shop.Services: Brakes, Oil change

We were looking for someone to fix the issues we had with my vehicle.We took my truck to several shops and they somehow messed something up.Called Rigo to see if he can check out what the issue was and right away he did a diagnostic on it and said he could fix my truck in a few days.When the truck was ready, they gave us a call and told us to come test it out. I highly recommend the shop for all your automotive needs. Rigo took care of me and made sure my truck was running perfectly.

I bought some kooks headers and rigo gave me a great price. I tried to do the work my self and it was too much for me. I had been working on them for a months and the car was in pieces and I had damaged the head. I thought all was lost so I packed every thing up and took it to rigo built what I could not do in a month he did in 4 days charging me not even a third of what I thought it was going to cost I got my car back and it s a monster. Rigo and his crew are genius and honest and thorough. Thank you Rigo built for taking care of me I will be back.Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair

Rigo is very knowledgeable and upfront about the repairs. His staff are professionals in their positions for good, obvious, reason. I live in Las Cruces and won t take my Subaru anywhere else. Tuned on the dyno, inspected, and maintenance all done there. They work on high performance, luxury imports to American muscle to mini vans and daily sedans and trucks. The mechanics here are very knowledgeable and transparent. As always life hits you when you least expect it my car had a failing headgasket that no other shop could figure out but they did it in a timely manner and quoted me a very reasonable price to fix my issue.

The Mechanics at RIGO BUILT GARAGE are very profesional and they care very highley of the work they did on my 2020 WRX PREMIUM CVT. Today I saw them Dyno tune a 5.0 Mustang and the owner of the 5.0 Mustang was very HAPPY with the power results. I highley recomend this Shop for your HORSE POWER needs.

First time taking my car to the shop for an oil change and multipoint inspection and couldn't have had a better experience!Jessica, assisted me in answering all my questions and concerns related to my vehicle, explained everything in depth of what was needed to be done and made me feel comfortable!The Rigo Built Techs are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The service was top notch and I left feeling like I had a brand new vehicle all over again! This is the best shop in town and I will continue to bring my vehicle for future services.

Update for the below response:You all know exactly who I am, and I know exactly who you are. You are the shadiest mechanics in El Paso, TX. You destroyed my vehicle and now I'm giving you all a 1 star which should be 0 stars. I'm telling everyone I know plus the dealerships and other mechanics in El Paso that you are all criminals that should no longer be in business.

I highly recommend this shop for any of your mechanical jobs. Rigo is an excellent mechanic that is very knowledgeable and meticulous in his work. I went to him with a pretty complicated EJ207 Stroker build (2.29L) and he worked with me the whole way through as I sourced all the parts dropping more and more off every few weeks. He completed it with the time frame quoted and was extremely reasonable on the price. So...I have put just over 10,000 really rough miles on it driving around town and of course doing some Autocross events that repeatedly pushed it to 8k RPMs, it is still running very strong with zero issues since picking it up. I have gone through a ridiculous amount of engines over the last 20 years and this is by far the strongest one I have ever run. I can t thank you enough Rigo, amazing job.

Amazing service! The customer service there is one of, if not the best around. They are constantly engaged with the customer. And the quality of work rigo has been the man since before he got his garage and his fellow employees are top notch. I m definitely not going anywhere else for work.I should have done a before pic but I definitely was too excited to get the work done!

Great workers, Jessica ,Adrian, and mark they helped me out alot, I was struggling finding someone to fix my car and they fix it in 3 days . Answered every question I had . I recommend Rigos Built Garage . They have great customers service .

Great shop! No issues with any work done so far. Only thing I would change is my service advisor/writer. Jesse was kind and polite, but every time I pay I am always charged a little bit extra than what I was quoted. Remember to always ask for an itemized estimate, be clear about your expectations, and review the work order. Rigo did take care of any concerns I brought to him though. Will be back.

Great automotive repair experience and fast at their job.Took my corvette for a change on the harmonic balancer, main seal, tensioners, belts and crank bolt. Job was done in two days and was magnificent.

I called and was able to get my Exhaust done for my 2016 WRX STI right away, with no hassle! This Shop is A+ and with amazing pricing too. I will go here again!!!Update:I have since taken my Car to Rigos about 3 times already, they have installed multiple parts on my vehicle including a new Fuel Pump, 1050x Injectors, TGV Deletes, Air Pump Delete, A/F Gauge installation, downpipe installation and i have had ZERO issues, as well as great communication from the shop...I will never take my car anywhere else in El Paso.Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair

To be specific I would have given a 4.8 out of 5 rating. Always room for improvement once in a while for every business.Quality of work- 4.9(a/c repair failed in 2 weeks and entire system needed replacing. All other services were superior)Knowledge - 5(Identified issue with the front diff even though the shop doesn't provide this type of repair. 2 gear shops could not previously, maybe you could provide services.)Cost - 4.7 (upcharge for refrigerant is very high but otherwise you get what you pay for.)Honesty- 5(Very rare quality in your line of work.)Would highly recommend

THE BEST SHOP IN EP!!! Excellent service! I'm a extremely pleased with my GTR, fully built engine, transmission, and much more. Rigo and Jessica have gone above and beyond to keep me a happy camper with my vehicle. No, issues that they can't encounter or handle. This has been my only true go to shop. It starts with honesty, reliable and absolutely the best customer service. Rigo and Jessica, I appreciate you both so much for all the hard work, time and making sure everything was perfect on my GTR at time of pick up. RIGO BUILT IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO! Awesome work, completed way sooner than I expected, for an amazing price. I had Rigos do the supercharger install on my car and I really couldn't be happier with the experience.I have also needed a couple repairs and they were on it!I wont take my car anywhere else. If you're looking for a performance build or repairs for your daily driver Rigos is the place.

This is the only shop that I go to for anything! If you want the best work done on your car from a performance on maintenance perspective, look no where else. I've known their Team for over 10 years and they've always treated me and my cars like family! They've also built the best performing and highest horsepower cars in the Southwest Region! These people completely destroyed the electrical and engine control unit (computer) on my 2015 Subaru Forester. They initially asked me to leave the vehicle for 2 days so that they could fix the ABS sensor and control panel lights that had turned on a week after they had replaced the brakes. When I went to pick it up 2 days later they told me that no one had worked on the car, their electrical mechanic wouldn't be in town for 2 weeks, and that I needed to take it to the dealership.I thought it was weird that they had my vehicle for 2 days without working on it and then they asked me to take it to the dealership. When I picked it up everyone looked nervous as they handed me the keys. I drove it for a block and immediately turned around because it was obvious that there was something extremely wrong with the vehicle.The car would jerk forward when I pressed on the gas (like there was a transmission problem) and was turning off at the stop signs and traffic lights. When I took it back they completely denied doing anything to the car and kept telling me to take it to the dealership.So I immediately took it to the Subaru dealership and the mechanic explained that the electrical wire harnessing had all been ripped out, wires had been spliced into the ECU, and the computer had been tampered with. They said that it looked like my engine had been intentionally vandalized. The costs for repair from the dealership have come to about $11K so far because of taking my Forester to this shady mechanic.The vehicle grave yard that surrounds this place should be the first red flag not to come here. For me the second red flag should have been the owner leering at me and trying to avoid me. Make no mistake, this place will destroy your vehicle. I can't tell if it was out of malice or complete incompetence. DON'T BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Auto brake repair

Came in to fix my check engine light. They replaced a part on my charcoal canister which was actually cheaper than what they Quoted me which was great. A few days later my check engine light came back on. I went back and talked with the owner and he took my vehicle in right away keep in mind they had a full shop and looked really busy. The tech josh diagnosed my problem and told me another part in my emissions system wasn t responding and actually showed me what was wrong. luckily I had that part in my glove box I bought a while ago and never got around to replacing it. Well josh replaced it for me and they didn t charge me for labor or diagnostic which was awesome. Rigo built garage is a great and honest shop and take care of their customers I highly recommend them.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Rigo ha superior customer service, the staff is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to about your repair needs. You can see the knowledge just in the cars that are getting repaired. I brought my car here super last minute because my check engine light came on and I had no idea what the problem could've possibly been. They were super slammed, understandably so, being that it's the holidays but they graciously agreed to take a quick look. They found the problem immediately and told me it was easily fixable and they were able to squeeze me in right then. And it didn't cost me an arm and a leg, very reasonable. They were up front, knowledgeable and had me out of there in an hour. I can't express my gratitude enough especially being that we have a holiday road trip planned. Amazing customer service! Hopefully I don't need anymore car repairs but if I do, I will definitely be coming here.Service: General repairs & maintenance
