i was very pleased with my experience at this shop. the workers did a very good job with my car and exceeded my expectations, will be going here again because i am very happy how the owner handles his shop. the receptionist was really sweet and very helpful. she took pride in getting me the help i needed in a timely manner.

He is very disrespectful person, he starts off nice and all. He does have good work small jobs, if you want your car back the way you think you should not a place to go. His workers could NOT put back a Firebird. Then he wreak the car with out telling us, the only way we know is because the windshield is not put on right. We have to spend a lot more money to fix his problems... More to come when that's done

I was attended quickly and efficiently. Monze explained everything to me in a way I could understand and really helped me in a tough moment. I feel content with the service I was provided by everyone there, but especially Monze.

I was charged over %10 of the price I was given, when asked for a refund I was given the turn around in between 5 calls. The owner never spoke to me but had his secretary relay messages that weren t true. I waited for the refund only to be told if I had already payed again, in order to get a refund. Still waiting for the owner to get back to me about a refund so I can pay him in cash the agreed initial amount.

Just as other people have posted.My vehicle got taken there because of a contract with my dealership. After receiving my car back, there was new damage as well as missing parts/liners. Not only did they prolong the completion of my vehicle, now I have extra damage?Will go through my dealership to get the damage repaired, but be aware of this establishment. Obviously a continuous issue.

Talked to monze on the phone and she was extremely accommodating and kind this place is awesome!!! fixed my car with ease and throughout the whole process had awesome communication!!

I I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!READ THE FULL STORY AND YOU LL SEE WHY.took this electrical panel cover and door to them to get sand blasted, i called before i went to make sure they they did the service. Well the guy told me it would be dont the same day by 5pm so i told him since i have school ill pick it up in the morning the next day and we made a deal. When i get there the next day he tells me they they aren t done and if i could wait i said no because my wife had to take me home so she could go to work. Well they seem to have just sanded the door as you can see and the rest of the panel they went at it with a metal spatula. They he tells me the sand blasting machine wasn t working to take off the paint and thats why they used the metal scraper. Now i have a damaged panel cover.

Well every time I checked my car when it was ready it had a new damage. The last time I had them fix there damage ( I took pictures before taking my car to Ray s ) one of the employees came out yelling at my dad and I saying he was tired of Us and mad and called us liars telling us that he will keep my car in the shop for several months if he feels like it.We had photos of the car before we took it to the shop and we pointed it out to him that the car has new damages from his shop. Then he proceeded to act like a mad child and mark the vehicle with marker all over damages he claimed were already there ( even on the windshield he marked) it took me weeks to remove the marker after the fact he did that. So I will not respectfully recommend anyone this place. Even though at the end the manager managed to fix it, what his employee did was unacceptable. And don t ask me to remove my review.

Ray's did an amazing job on my car after a hit and run. He worked with insurance and made my claim stress free. My car looks brand new again. And I was pleasantly surprised that they detailed my car and made it ready for me to pick up. Now that's going the extra mile! Thanks Ray!

Well I hardly ever leave reviews but trust me this isn't going to be nice I took my truck to his shop and told him what I wanted done to it he took my truck apart and 4 years later it's still not complete he did paint it and shaved the door handles and lights and mirrors holes all that came out good but my truck has no windows no inside door mechanism nothing the motor wasn't installed and parts where missing from the motor he bought poppers for the doors and never installed them I have a strap holding my doors closed he lost all my glass for the truck and kept alot of my parts that I am still searching for online I seen he has pictures of my truck on his website but you don't know the whole story this was a very expensive lesson and now I am stuck with a junk truck I had to put my truck in a storage because he gave me a sorry excuse that he couldn't take it to his new shop which is where he is now on joe battle then it cost me more money to rent a truck and trailer to get it back home in dallas I took him to court and was awarded the judgement against him and it's been a year longer now and he still hasn't contacted me or even tried to resolve the judgement anyway hope this helps please becareful on who yall chose to work on your vehicle

Literally the best I ve taken My Camaro three times already and they do a fantastic job each time. HAVE NEVER had a bad experience with them. They are so efficient and helpful I 100% recommend them.

Military Friendly, Family Friendly, Women won't be cheated here (As a woman, this is always a question in my mind when getting work done on my car.). Ray painted my car and other "car guys", who know what they're looking at, have told me it's a REALLY GOOD paint job. Also had my tint re-done at Ray's and had a new radio installed. VERY happy with the quality work at Ray's, and it took less than 2 weeks!

These guys did an amazing job on my Hummer. Had some damage to my truck. They fixed it the same day within a few hours and took out another dent for free. The price was really reasonable too.

Amazing shop! They worked on my car a year ago and I am still happy with my car. They are amazing with their paint and service in incredible! Reasonable prices and the owner and staff are very welcoming. Highly recommending

I can only speak from my own experience. My car was painted the wrong color. They re-painted my car with the wrong color. The black trim was not retouched as promised and my hood hydraulic latch was broken. This was the most expensive mistake of my life... Very unorganized and unprofessional.

Never completed the jobLeft hood trunk and doors all misaligned they hit when u close them now there's scratches there. He lost a lot of my parts and left me searching for really rare and hard to find parts. He never answers calls. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Ray's place was open on Saturday, and although busy they still made time to see me. The owner was professional and personable. Exceptional work in an efficient time manner. Will be my go to auto shop from now on.

I was recommended to this place from a friend and I had a great experience there. The staff are professional and friendly. I recently got into a not-at-fault accident while I only have liability-only insurance. Would Not recommend to my worst enemy . Worst paint job I ve ever seen... no prep done prior to painting my food truck and waiting for ever to have it fixed right. Wondering if they re going to fix it at all. Buyer beware. Would give a zero star if that was an option

THE OWNER RAY PUT 1000 MILES ON MY CAR !!! WHEN I WENT TO ASK FOR MY CAR THEY PLAYED STUPID AND DIDNT KNOW WHERE IT WAS!!! 2 MONTHS AND NO WORK WAS DONE !! HAD TO GET THE EPPD INVOLVED!!! WORST BODY SHOP IN EL PASO!!MIGHT AS WELL HIRE SOMEONE FROM THE BORDER TO DO IT!!WASTE OF TIME AND BEST BELIEVE IM TAKING THEM TO CIVIL COURT!!BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! VERY RUDE!!!BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES !!!!THEY COMMIT SO MUCH INSURANCE FRAUD ITS CRAZY!!!CUSTOMER BEWARE!!

The thing that I know That I took my car there and they used it to go for a trip or something else I went to check out and instead of doing the paint job on my car they were balling with my car they last like three months to do the job not guaranteed.

Unprofessional don t waste time and money here not worth it at all , guy is a rip off , unorganized and just not the shop you want to get work done you ll end up disappointed. 0 stars
