I highly recommend RT Body Shop! They are reliable, honest and very professional when it came to dealing with the insurance and guiding us through the process of making the claim! They explained everything to us and took the time to answer all of our questions. They are amazing and i 100% recommend them!!

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use R\T Body Shop. These guys are unscrupulous, at best. A very long story, briefly: they had my '69 Chevy truck for over a YEAR. Kept telling me they were working on it. The job was not even half done, and I paid them $8,000 on their promises and that they needed to "order parts". I have no new parts, half a paint job, and finally the expense of hiring a tow truck to get my truck out of there and to another shop. I'm not sure how this company stays in business. This was a huge scam. I regret ever taking my classic truck to them. A horrible experience.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Truly an incredible BodyShop!! The people who recommended the service weren't wrong. The staff was friendly and trustworthy with my Elantra 2014. It was as if it never was on an accident.Highly recommend this BodyShop to anyone who was on an accident.

This body shop is a scam. You cannot trust the employees, they lie and don t disclose important information when it comes to any insurance related information. The employees also lies about their name. They are not trustworthy. Do not use this body shop. They also wanted to charge me for storage fee and admin fee of over $600.

Highly recommend this shop. I was in a car accident and they were quick to help me out. They towed my vehicle to the shop for free and guided me through the whole process with me and the insurance company. They even offered a vehicle for me to borrow while my vehicle was being fixed. They really do tailor to the customer and give them peace of mind during a difficult time. If you were in an accident I recommend taking your car to r/t body shop.Service: Body & Trim

Horrible business to deal with!! Deceptive ambulance chasing practices! Charged me $900 to retrieve my car without any work done , only the tow and 2 days weekend days of storage.

I was rear ended and was clueless on how to go aboutgetting my car situated but the guys at R/T Body Shophelped me through the entire process and kept meupdated on any changes. Can't recommend these guysenough they have been very helpful and professionalthroughout the entire process. I called many places to make an appointment for an estimate and they gave me date for two weeks but when I stoped at R/T Body Shop they took my car to start fix it and they gave me the estimate right away, also they borrowed me a car while they finish with my car, R/T Body Shop are extremally professional, they know bussiness. R/T Body Shop is the best Body shop in town .

Going to this place, I didn't know what to expect . Ohhh boy, they worked me through the whole process and I can say my car look all new again. Their interest is about making customers feel less pressure about the bills. Their job is too satisfy customers beyond imagination. This is a place to go y'all. Take me for my words.
