When i called over the phone to ask for a used tire for my cascadia they have told me that they have it in stock and it will cost me 200$ to replace it so i drove 30 minutes and when i came, a person at the shop told me to drop the trailer in the yard and come back so when i came back after dropping the trailer. he told me that he will charge me 600$ dollar for a used tire. I told him i dont want it because 300$ i can get a new tire at pilot flying j. They wasted my time and effort. Avoid this shop at all cost and check the price else where before paying.

Got us in and out with our RV very quickly! Let us stay in our rv at the top of the hill overnight. Had to have a bearing replaced and they did it in less than 2 hours! Would recommend to anyone around here needing good honest service.

Great service. Save me from the side of the road. Chained up axle and went back to the shop replace bearing and hub. 2000 mile and still going strong.

They did nothing I asked. I went and bought the lumber to have my deck repaired and in detail wanted it done replace the wood for where wheels would go and they used it for hole repair. Additionally we discussed some welding repairs and was quoted a price, they didn't do any welding then they billed me over the quote and they didn't do any welding..... They didn't even reduce the price for not doing the work. They said they would do it same day, maybe next day, i was down for 5 days waiting for them to fix my deck!!! DON'T GO HERE!!!!!

My husband went there to get a diagnostic on Monday -November 7th. . I called before hand and they told me iit was $75 which we were fine with . We got there . After and hour and a half of waiting , they came and inspected our RV, and less than 5 minutes told us we need a new transmission and showed us pics of it . So we got a price for it and then they told us to pay $175. After making us wait for an hour and a half. Total rip-off . DO NOT USE THEM. Total waste of your money and time!!!!!! Definitely would not recommend.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Dropped my trailer for repairs (minor repairs) on a Saturday afternoon and told them I m on home time until Wednesday morning. They had 3.5 days to get the work done. When I went on Tuesday afternoon to check on it before Wednesday morning load, the trailer was in the exact spot I dropped it. Don t go here. They are terrible and won t fix anything but their personal vehicles.

We had 4 shocks replaced on 2017 Volvo with my parts .Cost 1150.00 for labor, I suspect something was wrong when they never give me the cost for labor, even when I 1st call via phone and when I got there I asked again no response, I would have gone elsewhere, the mechanic explication, the boss has the set-up for card payments and he didn't asked us before he leave . That was high way robbery, even though he claimed that they closed at 6pm, we would have gone elsewhere. I was disappointed with the the way they bill me, cash or cash app. No cards nor checks. TRUCKERS BEWARE!!!

Mechanics here easily juggled several projects and were quick to diagnose my truck's problems. In the end, they didn't end up doing my repair because my medium duty Isuzu wasn't their specialty. Ready access to suppliers was the main issue.They did work on my buddy's Volvo tractor while I was stopped there. (Fan clutch bearing failure.) They were fast and flexible. They had no issue with him sourcing his own parts and even directed him to a pick-n-pull for tractors when his parts did not arrive as expected. As soon as they had all of the parts, they were quick to get him back on the road.My one quibble with this shop is that the hours were listed as 24/24 when in reality they are there from 8a-6p. Yes, there is 24 hour emergency service, but the Google listing made it seem like the shop had techs all day and night. I think that's been corrected now. Anyway, with this mis-information (thinking they would be open), I passed other garages and limped into this shop to find them closed at 9p. A bit frustrating, but I don't hold that against them especially after seeing the shop in action.

I called Quality for an out of town OTR driver that was unloading where I delivered and had his door ripped off by another driver. being from out of town he didn't know who to call nor didn't speak very good english. The gentleman that answered the phone was very polite and professional. He was very helpful and assured this driver that they could help him out and get him back on the road.

Rip off joint charged $ 95.00 to drive across the street and $180,00 minimum for 5 minutes work total of $285.00 I had to tell them what to do. Got away paying all the cash I had instead of credit card $147.00 cash no receipt. Call loves at least their fair

If I could, I d leave 0 stars. This place is a joke, first they didn t have right tools to change leaf spring on my truck, took them 10 hours to change it and an hour to get an invoice and second, charged me double of what the others quoted me (after paying a few bucks short of $1800 called a few other shops for a quote). No way I would recommend this place to anyone.

very nice talking person, talks very proffesionally. we call the shop asking if they have dd15 computer because allot of shops they have J pro and they can't work or force regen. the answer was yes they have it. once we got there we were told for repairs that were not needed. we had our mechanic talk to them and we told them to do SCR regen . they have to do it 4-5 times. they were not sure what that SCR regen is. they open the filter and tried to put on us that we told them to clean the filters, we had and spend time talked to each other then they had put the filters back and they wanted to charge $1500-$1700 .. all we wanted was to bring the truck to our shop and we do the major repairs in our shop and they just wasted our time and charged $827 for doing 4 regular regens which coudn't complete since they were doing them wrong. they wanted there money to be paid by EFS, which in turns show that they don't trust there jobs and just are there to make money. they won't take credit cards.They don't have proper computers to diagnose the real problem or to regen the trucks. so please don't waste your time and money at this place. i wish nttsbreakdown.com can let us leave some feedback on there website as well. had to get the truck towed to get it fixed

My engine was running hot, and Goege ( the dispatcher) said that it should come in. I asked if they had a water pump, and he said, yes.I got there and All said that that problem was , that there was dirt in the fins of the radiator. So, that blew it out. I'm not sure why they drained out a bunch of antifreeze, but they did. And then they didn't fill it all the way.They don't take credit card, ( I can see why ) so I went into the Flying J, and withdrew the $400. Needed to pay the bill.3 miles down the road, the truck was at 215� I went back. .......Got nowhere.....Bought some antifreeze at the Flying J.....Went to the KW Dealer 5 miles away....I need a water pump.......

This place is a ripoff they don t tell you how much they ll charge you till they finish the job so they can charge you anything they want. I got charge $765 to have a used tires put on. Be careful with these people because they ll rob you really good.

They didn t wanna give me the price upfront. They took 7 days to fix the truck and charged 1,700 for a simple job. Do not go, you will regret it.

Charged $500 for abs sensor change, and told me the light will go out after driving for 40 miles, after 800+miles droven, still lighting, called and asked why told me that maybe the wire or the electrical problem. I used a hammer pushed in more the sensor so the sensor is closer to the hub, after I got over 5 mph, the light went out

They overcharge you. 832.00 to replace a thermostat in my truck. This place is a ripoff, I won't recommended to no one. Once you brake down on the road they got you. If you paid cash they don't charge taxes,money in their packet

Needed a mud flap and trailer marker light replaced... they got the job done, could have been much faster had they had proper light, but they found a way to install a similar style different light... and on our way... not bad...

DPF filter, Tom said he cleaned my filter, when I got to Dallas I took truck to mechanic I trust and filter was completely clogged! These people charged me $780.00 for nothing, truck almost made it back to Dallas and it shut off on me on the way! Not a shop you can trust at all! They will never see my trucks again... we run through El Paso all they time, they could ve had my business... but not any more!
