I would leave a 0 star review if I could, I spoke to a rep online and they told me specifically how much a radio would cost with no navigation and touch screen. I was told 19.99 AM/FM and 39.99 with a CD tray. I get to the front and I was told it was 59.99 because it was considered navigation. I explained it does not have navigation and that I spoke to their reps online and explained the situation about the price. They did not honor their price and tried to upcharge. Terrible experience.

Best place in town. Stop by everytime I need something and have never had a bad experience, these guys are awesome. Super helpful as well

I would've given it a 5, but the kid at the counter is very unprofessional. Don't know his name, but he has glasses and he's very goofy looking. His big mouth is gonna land him in some trouble if he doesn't watch how he talk to customers. But I guess he does it because he's behind that counter. But meh... he's just a kid.

Called 4 times and got disconnected on purpose, once someone answered, they made it seem like they couldn t hear me and automatically disconnect the call. Worst service ever. Highly not recommended

I have found every part I wanted and more at this place. Vehicles are organized by manufacturer which makes it easy to get what you want at very affordable prices, without the wait for delivery. The staff is friendly and treat you with respect.

Called the phone number, and it goes to a virtual assistant that answers your questions as to whether they have the vehicle you are looking for on the lot. Went out there, and they gave me a paper with the row number where to look for the vehicle I needed parts from.

Pretty straightforward: Just walk in, ask for whatever car you re looking for, go there, pull the part, get it at a very reasonable, and walk out.

Brenden was very helpful and even more friendly!! I asked for a cart as I was going all the way to the back of the lot, and he didn t have one at the time. I checked out and started walking and he flagged me down because a cart just got returned and he knew I wanted it! Much appreciated instead of giving it to the next customer

Edit: I don't care what excuses the owner makes, my vans stranded because you wont give my parts back. Its not my job as a veteran to give you respect when you disrespect us.---I came in with 2 ICMs in my bag to check if the parts matched, I turned around to their check out bay to sit down. Was waiting for a friend. Wasn't sure if the single seat they had at check out was okay to sit in so I stood up. They asked to check my bag and I offered. Staff took the parts I paid for that were marked as sold from another junkyard. (Had a white line on the back and a check) I told them to bring up cameras, let me show my receipt, and the only option was "buy them or leave them with us". Told me that they've seen me months before, that my story "made no sense"; I was out of state months before in the military in Massachusetts. They lied and pretended I was a repeat offender when I wasn't even in state before. They wouldn't let me show my receipt, pretended to not be able to check the camera, and I told them to call the police. They didnt.I'm not paying $90 for parts I already paid $160 for at another yard. I would have came here first in the first place if I knew they were that cheap. If they *were* stolen, take the lose and just ban me. Dont take my belongings without knowing if they're yours. Thats theft.If your staff takes 5 minutes to find the rule that says you have to have parts marked BY THEM before entering the yard, fix your signage. And don't pull extortion when your manager won't even let me show my reciept. If I knew they weren't mine, I wouldn't have stayed and told them I wanted to file a police report.

Everything is organized and the team members are top notch. Always a great experience even when they don't have what I need (which isn't often). I highly recommend Pull-A-Part.

People are impatient these days so I was really surprised on customer service here. Diana took time to help me find parts for my vehicle and took time to give me prices. 5 stars to her and whole staff. The yard is way more organized then Any other in town

Watch out fellas these people are crooks!! 4 to 8 inch piece of plastics are 12 bucks ac vents are 7 bucks each and the environmental feel is 12% of what you buy and on top of that taxes and other fees..Update tuesday Sep 5 2023Took out 3 pieces of plastic interior side panel thinking it would be less expensive than buying the whole piece that was not the case I got charged 12 bucks for each 5 inch by 2 inch piecesUpdate tuesday Sep 5 2023Unfortunately your workers seem to think they own the place and don't help out customers theyre rude non talkative andthey don't bundle anything. It's a shame you're loosing business due to the fact your workers dont care about your hard earned company.Keep away fellas!

I been working with this company for a few months now. The facility/store in El Paso is one of the cleanest and most organized I've seen in the area. Their phone customer service is good, but the GM (Jackie) from this facility is great. Jackie has some really awesome people skills and was able to provide me with answers and points of contacts. I am a new entrepeneur and hope the relationship with this company continues as my small business grows. Thank you all!

Brandon, the store clerk in el paso was absolutely helpful. He ensured I was helped and even went beyond the normal scope to explain to me how warranty works. He looked up the car part I could not find and was very patient and did hesitate to answer my million questions. El paso pull a part team is the best.....

Buying used was a great idea years ago! Not any more. This month visited several times; same poor customer service, very expensive (a window regulator $20 plus the motor $27!!! New is 38-48 depending on availability); ac compressor $58 plus extras and taxes all customers complained prices. Forget about money back, only store credit. Very dissatisfied, disappointed. The competition little far away from Lebanon or something like this are the worst; everyone racist.

Unfortunately I have to come here more often than not cuz I have an 04 Subaru they usually have a couple Subarus there but Subaru's are hard to find here in Texas they do have a lot of your American cars and trucks pretty good selection just get here quick cuz people do check online for status as to other parts are available or not

Very racist people. If you are black do not go there. The so call manager has no customer service skills and usually threatens customers with the off duty El Paso police department security that works there. Not worth risking your life to spend money with these people.
