Stopped in here to see if they would change my oil with me providing my own oil and filter. Plus, not being from the area, I wouldn't be a repeat customer, but the manager had no problem with taking care of me. The staff was friendly and promptly got me in line to take care of my needs. If you're local, I would give these guys a shot. Great place.

Paul came up to my car rather quickly when he saw me pull up. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. He was even able to flush my fuel injectors! Great price and nice that you can sit in your car while they're working. I'll definitely be returning!

Honest workers. Went for oil change. I brought my own oil but was short about a quart, they didn t charge me for the extra oil needed. They also topped off my wiper and brake fluid at no charge. I ll be back.

Fast oil change a d tune up. I always come to ProntoLube for oil change and inspection. They do the oil change super fast. Less waiting time & cheaper price comparing other Auto shops. They do complementary tire pressure check, refill washer fluid and check other fluids. Tom, Mike and Frances always do good job. Recommended for tune up.

I think that this place has decent prices, all things considered.I love that they checked my other fluids and cleaned my back windshield. They checked the air in my tires and didn't mind accommodating me asking for oil additive.They cleaned up some stuff in my engine bay and lubricated my hood latch. It's nice to find a place that still goes above and beyond a little. Also, they did it all while I sat in my car and had me in and out in a reasonable time.

First time here as I normally go down the street to another shop but haven t had the best experiences there so I decided to give this place a try. The mechanics here may not come off the friendliest, they were very matter of fact but know their stuff and I can appreciate that. I also agree with other reviews about good pricing for services/parts. Giving 5 stars because the job was done quickly and properly.

Had brake pads replaced. Paul and Mike were excellent and went above and beyond. Showed me the old pads and even showed me the products he was using and what for. Super friendly and work with integrity. Will be back.

Quick, reliable service at this place. Employees are no-nonsense and explain everything well. I appreciate the tire air check and window wipe down with my oil change. We had a services performed on a 2017 Honda Accord on 8/4/2023 ticket number 79713 oil and filter change, transmission service and A/C cab filter by Paul who said he is the manager of this Pronto lube . We drove the car approximately 2 miles and the car shut down. We called Paul and he arrived and checked out the car and said that the battery was bad we had the car towed to Pronto lube and it turned out it was not the battery. Then Paul said the transmission was low on fluid Paul topped of the transmission. Our car was still shutting down. We had to tow our car to the dealership and they diagnosed our Honda it turned out the mass airflow sensor was full of debris when Paul changed the air filter he dropped debris into the intake of the engine causing the mass airflow sensor to fail. The dealer took pictures and corrected the problem. We called Paul and advised him about the workmanship issue he refused to help us out with the tow truck and repairs on our Honda we had been customers for 20 years now our family takes there business somewhere else BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BY PAUL.

Worst customer service experience I ve had in this town. I was told I d only be helped if I tipped extra. I explained I didn t have cash on me, (as I was intending to pay for the service with a card) and they literally waved me off and told me to go somewhere else then. Incredibly rude demeanor, surprised they get any business at this location.

The manager was top notch, he informed me that I had a light bulb out and offered a replacement instead of me leaving with a fail on my state inspection. The shop was clean and free of clutter. It's worth the drive to go to this shop, I will be going again for oil changes and state inspections. Also the crew get the job done in a timely manner.

Got the cops called the guy in charge was rude to us we only came to ask why the vehicle was leaking to much oil and went off on us may i get the owner info because he didnt want to provide numberAnswer = no sr we got disrespected since we got there your employee stated he was super busy with a aggressive tone and face but we let it slide of course we were going wait to a issue regarding oil spill something that its not to joke around even if its 10yrs old vehicle the vehicle was okay before taking it to your place .. this is not the first time another of our vehicles had the same issue .which i never went back my parents went due to them been costumers so the vehicle wasnt even ours . . also your employer stated to another employee to let him know when vehicles have a leak so he knew there was a issue we dont have any problem him calling the cops because in fact he was even aggressive to the 911 operator thats the kind of employeer you have..and sorry my husband intimidated him due to his tallness looks and tattoos dont judge people by looks .. best advice sorry but with that kind of employers your location will not be in a good standing with all my respect but i know where your employees get there attitude if the owner doesnt care of there costumers so disappointed .

I have been there before but today the person that spoke to me barely acknowledged my presence. I asked for an oil change to which he replied oil change?? He seemed perturbed that one of his employees was just leaving and said "you're leaving now? Nowthtwehaveanoilchange? I left.

Very unprofessional just one car in front of mine and I was only requesting an oil change where the guy just left and wasn t able to clarify me if was able to take me in or not workers are just too tired already.

I always come here to get my lube done also my state inspection. I ve always been treated fairly and given good service here. They only give you what your vehicle needs and don t push extra stuff like the dealership does. Try it here and keep coming back. David

I needed an oil change and a dash light code cleared. I called in to check availability for the morning. Upon explaining what I needed done the guy that answered responded with rudeness and had not actually listened to what I said. Explaining to me that he didn't bkmow if they could do it (they have the machine to clear the codes and if that wasn't possible with the machine, simply disconnecting my battery would work). He proceeded to argue with me resulting in me just asking if they had time to change my oil. He hung up on me. This is not the first negative interaction I've had with this place. Unless you are ok with being treated like your business doesn't matter, I'd go elsewhereIn response to your comment. I have had codes removed at your location before, when Victor was there. He was why we kept returning. How would you know what was said?Oh and by the way. Disconnecting the battery briefly then driving 50 to 100 miles does indeed clear the dash light so long as the issue that caused the light to come on doesn't occur again. As evident by the fact that it was done elsewhere. Believe me, I have no desire to use your facility ever again. You have just proven the fact that you do not value customers. Saying this is false and abusing you doesn't negate the fact that your employee disregarded what I was saying and didn't listen to what the actual issues was.

Absolutely unacceptable. Told to change steering fluid. Just checked the fluid.they put clean fluid in but did not drain old fluid out. The car even told me they didnt do it. Charged me for the service. Told them to do a brake flush proper get the fluid out of lines. Checked that too was not done but charged for service. Completely un trust worthy.. Really disappointed.I did it myself. Long time service user back when another guy was in charge. I will be finding a new place to do fluid changes. They dont even know how to do drain. And fills. I had to do it myself that should have been a flag.These guys are just amateurs be wary.ask if any of them are ACE certified.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

Service was quick and friendly. The staff was knowledgeable and was eager to answer my questions. They topped up all my fluids as per the "Full Service Oil Change". Price was on par to other lube places around town. Lastly, they ran out of the 5w20 semi syn that I had requested so they upgraded me to full synthetic for the same price! Great job guys! I'll definitely be a repeat customer with this location!

What a rip off. Terrible service. I waited two hours for them to bring a gas cap so I could pass my inspection. They charged me $3 to put the power steering fluid up to the full line, when they only added a few ounces of fluid. And every time I go there for an oil change they never have the 30 weight oil. Instead they try to sell me the synthetic one. Don't go here for service. The lube and go up the street on mesa has way better service. Well that was my experience. To each their own..

Executive & Mesa... I have been taking my vehicle to this location for service for over 2.5 years. Victor has been the individual working on my vehicle and he has always been very thorough and detailed in explaining things to me. I just recently had an oil change and instantaneously I noticed another leak. (Victor was not there) Upon bringing my vehicle back I was told I have multiple issues with leaks!!!! How is that possible.. As Im asking questions for clarity... Because after they last serviced my vehicle they stated everything was fine. The individual became frustrated and walked away from me to leave someone else to assist me. The other individual tried to answer my questions. Im am disgusted at the lack of service I received since Victor has not been there. If Victor was present this type of s**t would have NEVER taken place!!!! I will NEVER bring my vehicle back there if Victor does not return... VICTOR.. YOU ARE TRULY MISSED. If you ever return, please take the time to call your customers to let them know.....Service: Oil change

Worst place ever!2 incidents:1.- Oil change for my truck, they did not tighten plug adequately and had massive leak! They were so nice they replaced my oil!2. Wife went for inspection, they broke the gas cap and an older man started yelling and complaining to my wife that he does not want mini coopers in the shop anymore! It s bad enough women sometimes feel vulnerable when at shops and then this man starts yelling at her. Unacceptable!

Fast, friendly, right off I-10. Went while passing thru on a road trip. Had an oil change. They saw potential problems that I knew I had with leaks and gaskets, notified me which made me feel good about the service. Cool guys, would go again if I lived there.

Two of them conned me into paying them $20 extra to illegally pass my motorcycle safety inspection by saying my tires weren't legal when in fact they were. On top of that, they didn't even check that my motorcycle met safety requirements. They just blindly passed it. Terrible people. I should have left immediately.EDIT: The owner responded back that "[they] don't do motorcycle inspections..." and that I "must have [them] confused with someone else." I can assure you that I don't. This is the Pronto Lube on Executive Center Blvd, between FedEx and Family Dollar.Nice try, but I've lived in the area 29 years and pass by this location often. You were crooks when I wrote the original review three years ago, and it looks like nothing has changed judging by your response.

The gentleman who is in charge there has helped me twice with my vehicles. Each time he has been friendly, very courtesy, efficient and professional. He is a credit to Pronto Lube and should be considered a valued employee.

Victor- thank you for being my Angel on Saturday 9/17. We made it safely to Phoenix from Texas with no further problems!! I thank God for you sir!! You know your stuff and quickly resolved my problem with the leaking oil. I cannot thank you enough for helping me. Great service, professional, considerate and a GREAT value!! Fast and easy oil change place. Not expensive. If something is wrong they let you know. Glad they didn't lube me up which would've been awkward
