I definitely recommend preferred auto collision for any paint work/repairs. I got rear ended and my car turned out great. Anel helped me throughout the entire process and made sure my car was returned to me in a timely manner. I was constantly given updates on the progress of the repairs, so I never had to check up on it. Excellent customer service and amazing results!

SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!! Do not trust this shop!!! The vehicle we purchased from them has been a money pit. We could only drive the car for two weeks before it became completely useless. This put my family in an incredibly difficult spot. When I reach out to them for more information they ignored all my texts and calls.

Extremely unprofessional environment. I walked in the office for an estimate and a man waved me away like a dog. The lady that helped me left and began talking to a friend in a car and ignored me the whole time. How are you supposed to make clients if you treat them this way. Not going to return and definitely don t recommend.

Great service! I had a deep scratch (down to the metal) in my brand new truck and brought it to them. I dropped it off early on Thursday and had it back Friday afternoon. They did an awesome job and I can't even tell where the scratch was. When I was picking it up my son even asked where it was scratched and I told him I don't know anymore. Anel was great to work with and really nice. Preferred Auto Collision has a new customer now anytime I need work done.

Complete paint on my vehicle and it came out perfect! Extremely helpful and excellent customer service! Updated me on the status of my vehicle and had it done in a week! Gave me a lifetime warranty. Very grateful for all the help!

I've taken three of my vehicles to them already and they go above and beyond to fix them. Great staff and great body shop work, would recommend to call first as they are an appointment based shop.
