Pneumatic Tire Company saved us today. We had a breakdown on the 10 highway last night and we're towed in at 2 a.m. They started processing us this morning before they even opened at 8! We were up and running by mid afternoon! Highly efficient and very professional.

My tire popped on the high way and when I exited, I pulled into this place just to get my car out of the way. This is a shop mainly for semi-truck services but they helped me find a tire I could afford, they went and picked up the tire and get me all situated. Great customer service.

They aligned my shuttle bus. Steers like new. Luis did a fantastic job. Reasonable price too. Super happy. Owner was really nice too and said if any issues just come back.

Very caring and kind. The owner personally assisted me and was very interested in making sure my truck was taken care of. The service manager Luis was more than helpful and personally worked on my truck. He is awesome. Super knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely refer my friends and associates to this business. In fact I have already told several of the members of the group who use heavy duty trucks for RVing that this is the place to get there service. This company really cares and is super professional. Thank you I will recommend them highly.

The Shop Forman Mr. Jose Acosta is a very responsible individual. My husband has known him for many years. He has always been a professional and proficient individual. Extremely knowledgeable in all areas. We do not know what happened this last time we were in your business. I believe it may have been an issue with the actual mechanic doing the work. The issue was in the linkage.

Car's battery died(pulley was worn) coming off the ramp and we were able to cruise to their parking lot. A couple guys came out and were nice enough to charge our battery enough to get back home. They helped us free of charge, good samaritans

Great prices! I was a little upset that my job kept getting left to help others. but, over all good service and excellent prices! I would recommend them to anyone needing tire service in El Paso, TX.

WENT IN FOR CLUTCH PROBLEM PAID $267.75. PROBLEM WAS NOT RESOLVED. TOOK TRUCK TO ANOTHER SHOP ISSUE RESOLVE BY LINKAGE BEING LOSE. PROBLEM RESOLVED WITH IN 30 MINUTES. PAID $50.00.

About 40 minutes and it seems that the customer is invisible, the mechanics pass by and one asks them and they say that it is not with them, it seems that they were doing him a favor by serving himComo 40 minutos y parece que el cliente es invisible, pasan los mec�nicos y les pregunta uno y dicen que no es con ellos, parece que le hicieran un favor en atenderlo
