Came here 02/06/24 @ 0915 for an inspection for the first time. The gentleman here took care of me right away. Offered me a discount on a steam cleaning for my engine. It was quite dusty and desperately in need of a cleaning. El Paso people knows it gets dusty here and the vehicles do take on the brunt of dust. I wish I would ve taken a before pic but I m quite satisfied with the cleaning. Now just imagine my pic but with hella dust overwhelming every component under the hood.It may seem sketch here but I promise they will take care of ya.

The Pit Stop Auto Center is the Best! Last Saturday, Anthony was polite, professional and did a fabulous job steam cleaning my vehicle's engine. I was so impressed by my service and care experience, I brought my other vehicle today, 04 February 2023 and was once again impressed by Ernesto's professionalism, kindness and the fabulous job he did cleaning my vehicle's engine. As a local business owner it was sad to see the practices being used by another local business. I called for pricing on an oil change and was told I need to bring my truck in so they can give me a price and then continue to give me a price over the phone of $90 on the low and $120 on the high end. After pulling up I felt profiled as ever. Nobody seemed to know what was going on and the first price that was thrown at me before I could even get out of my truck was $160!!! I said hell to the no started driving away and heard someone instruct the gentlemen I was talking to that he will do it for $140. As I drove away they started yelling out lower prices. Regardless I was committed to going somewhere else at this point. It seems as though they make up prices on the spot. Not good business practices getting people to come in on low quotes just to make up a price when they arrive. I do not suggest this place.

Been here several times, very professional personal. I stopped by during my lunch time and my inspection took only 10mn!! Beyond satisfied with there services!

Cost me $10 extra to get an oil change because they had to unbolt some skid plate to service my rig. Sounds reasonable enough but it's nice to hear about that kind of thing before, not after when I'm paying.People were friendly and nice.

Jaime washed my car the best!! It s such a shame he no longer knows works there. He was always so polite and always left my car and interior squeaky clean. You ll need more workers like Jaime.

These guys are quick. I stopped in for a state inspection and oil change. I went to Wendy's to eat lunch, not more than 30 minutes, and my car was ready and waiting for me when I got out. That's great service.

I've never been to this business before and was very pleased by my first experience. I needed to get a state inspection and was informed I also needed to buff up the headlights to do so. I was offered a discount and all of this was done in a very short time... Less than twenty minutes.

I've only been here twice! One for a hood cleaning.And for my inspection and these guys always treat me right as a female it feels nice to nit fill like I'd get taken advantage of in pricing either by them! Highly recommend these guys they are so nice

Very disappointed with the quality of service. I had my front and back brakes changed. The horrible noise continued and was told I need to run it fast and then press on the brakes hard. One of the guys did it for me and the screeching noise continued. Three months later, I I went to Brake Master. I have to replace the brakes, again. In the BM brochure. it states not to press the brakes hard and I was told to do the opposite. Before that, I had an oil change. The oil overflowed and stained my sidewalk. I asked them to check their work and a very young man bend down to take a peek. He said it was just an over flow. Went back again, and asked them to take a better look in their garage. Now, out if no where, I m told the oil container and screws need to be replaced. The workers do not look like they want to be there and I am convinced they do not have the expertise to perform the work needed. What a bad experience!Services: Brakes, Oil change

I took my SUV in for an oil change, inspection and a car detail inside and out. They did an amazing job detailing and cleaning my SUV. It looks better than the day I bought it! The customer service was also very good. I was happy with the entire experience. They're a great bunch of guys! Would LOVE to leave ZERO STARS on this review. DO NOT DO BUSINESS here! I called to ask a simple question about an oil change, the employee who answered the phone said uhhh idk how to help you & proceeded to hang up on me. I then called back & asked to speak to the manager just so I could explain that the employee that previously answered hung up on me and to get an answer on my question. This person proceeded to say how can I help you and I kept saying may I please speak to the manager when this person finally stated he WAS the manager this whole time very rudely & raising his voice. Do not do business with this place. They clearly don t care about even the tiniest things such as a question.

I have taken both of my vehicles to get a tune up. Both times they have done excellent service for a very great price. They did great work. I am very pleased with Pit Stop.Thank you guys for ur excellent service and having the ability to trust you guys. Also the detail done both times was fantastic and I will definitely go back to get my vehicles washed and the engines detailed. Thank you guys

These guys are great at what they do and are honest. Excellent customer service and very professional. No wonder they have been around for so long. They were able to do a complete tune-up on my vehicle with original manufacture parts at a very good price. They saved me money on parts I didn't need to buy and had me back on the road in no time. My vehicle ran better than it did the day I drove it off the lot and my gas mileage even improved....saving me even more money. They also have an awesome detailer to make your entire vehicle look like new. My engine was detailed so good it also looked better than new....and it's eco friendly too. Great business and definitely earned a repeat customer for life.

Been bringing cars on and off here for years. Disappointed in last visit. Dude who serviced my vehicle broke the screws to the bottom cover of my vehicle. Let me drive off knowing my bottom cover was dragging. I know they knew because the minute I drove up coming back they knew what I was there for. They did a jale Chicano and tied the bottom cover without the screws. Disappointed because oil change was more expensive than dealership but did not want to wait. Oh well.

This place is awesome! I've been coming here for about 15yrs now. Recently I had a problem with my jeep and they took it and wouldn't stop until they found the problem. I was updated frequently on the status by the owner. My jeep is running perfectly thanks to these guys. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, they know how to give great customer service. I highly recommend Pit Stop Lube Center!!

In the last seven years I have trusted Fidel/Ernesto s team with our cars, my cousin and my sister in law has also come here due to our recommendations! Great caring friendly staff and always done the job right on the first time. Come and see it for yourself.
