Pinon s body shop treated me incredibly nice. I had some issues with the insurance company (Acacia insurance) paying for the damage and they were able to fix it and the delays. My car looked practically new and they went above and beyond with the service. Thank you so much.

The Arizona desert put lots of scratches down both sides of my truck. Pinon s took all of them out and even helped with a deep scratch from my work parking lot. Truck looks new again, thanks.**Update** Jan 22nd I got side-swiped in a hit and run. Ray and his team did a wonderful job fixing the right side of my truck, it s back to how it looked in October. Thanks Ray for everything.

Well....talk about a fast and great experience. The only place that left me feeling like I could leave a signed blank check with them and still sleep easy. The Pinon family is still very involved with all processes. Their level of experience is quite noticeable and was very appreciated. Professionalism oozes from their pores. I will never even consider another body shop, and nor should you. Anyone who works there is always welcome at my backyard barbeque.

Came here two days before thanksgiving with some body & paint work I needed done to my car. Ray was able to get me the parts for my vehicle the day of and work on it the very next day within a couple of hours. As a women going to a body shop alone it s hard to be trustworthy of who you re working with but Ray showed me exactly what I needed and what exactly he d be working on as well as showing me the prices for the parts that I needed and even giving me options to look for the parts on my own to find a better deal. Which he was already giving me the cheapest option. I m very pleased with the work he did, he went above and beyond. Will definitely be referring my friends and family here and will never have to worry about looking for where to take my car to.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I stopped by to receive an estimate for a small fender bender that I was involved in, and Rey Jr. was quick to give me an estimate, and was very professional and courteous. I scheduled my appointment to drop my vehicle off on Monday, Dec 13, and he quoted me about a week, maybe more if they found electrical issues. My vehicle was ready that same Friday, the 17th. When I picked up my car, it looked amazing! They very kindly mounted my front license plate free of charge, despite me offering to pay for it. The thing that made me even more happy, on top of the work that was done, was the my car was so clean when I picked it up! I have two small kids, and when I took their car seats out to place in the rental car, there of course were food crumbs on the seats. When I picked my vehicle up, it appeared that they had vacuumed it. I was so pleasantly surprised! What an amazing business! Not only does the outside of my car look like new, but the inside looked great! Thank you, thank you! I will definitely be referring any friends and family to them.Service: Body & Trim

I had gone to Pi�on s body shop over two years ago for an estimate. Not only did they honor the original estimate but also took care of some additional damages. Repair was done in a timely manner. They were courteous and professional. I highly recommend their shop to everyone.

I had my front bumper painted at this shop and when the paint started bubbling, cracking and chipping Mr. Pinon Jr. had the audacity to feed me BS so that he wouldn t have to fix the issue. He litterally told me the paint was coming off because of an impact at the bottom of the car sent vibrations to the top and that would cause the bubbles who then started bursting and painting coming off. Never will they get my business again and will not recommend this shop.

I took my 2006 BMW 750Li into CJ s with a long list of repairs needed. When it was done I had practically a new car. And the engine was spotless. Not only did they repair everything on my list, but they found a few other things and fixed them with no fuss. Then, CJ asked me what oil I had been using because it didn t feel right to him. When I told him that I d been using the oil recommended by BMW he was shocked. He recommended a higher viscosity oil to be used so I changed the oil for what he recommended and the car stopped smoking when idling and at start up. This is a very meticulous shop that does professional work at a very fair price. If you have a BMW I would strongly suggest using CJ s instead of the high-priced dealer.

SOLDIER HERE. PLEASE AVOID!Second duty station and brought my truck to this shop with one of my battles to get my bumper repainted. Two months later it has already shown signs of fading unlike anything I've ever seen!! The staff there couldn't even remember doing work on my truck.They prey on military from other stories I've heard around town.MUST AVOID

This is our 2nd visit to them.... Haven't had the work done this 2nd time yet but the first time we were VERY pleased not only with the price but the friendly, helpful, professionalness of the people but also VERY pleased with the work which is why we thought of them right away.

Just the best body shop around in el paso tx they respect the customer and tell you up front how much work load they have and how long it will take to get done yes they have alot of work but they keep in contact with the customer and give updates on progress of vehicles alway professional and personal with everyone that walks through pinins body shop doors thank you ray pinion for all you have done dor me and my family.

I took my car there after I was rear ended. Poor service. Poor quality.Highly disappointed since this was recommended to me by my lawyer.Disgusted by the memory of such a crooked place.
