My experience has been superb. Hector is so professional, his listening skills and patience, his clarifications of services, cost and how to manage my older car needs, puts me at ease to trust him and the technicians. My car drives nice and good even with all its wear and tear. Have been going for 5 years if not longer. Thank you Hector and team. Keep up the good work!!!!!

Customer service was very quick and professional as well as my technician assigned to fix my truck was knowledgeable and kept me informed the whole way through. Love the link sent to my number to keep up with the status of the process being done on my truck while waiting for it to be ready for pickup.

Service advisors have very poor communication skills and can t follow simple instructions. I don t want to name drop but I m sure everyone knows who I m talking about. When I walk in there I always feel as though I am working for them and not the other way around. Other Pepboys locations are a lot more friendly, informative, and respectful.That being said, the actual mechanics seem to do good work at this location. I ve never had an issue with their quality.

Big shout-out to Luis and his team at Pep Boys on George Dieter, always provide world class customer service, quality work, vehicle completion all at reasonable price. Plan to travel for the holidays and needed to get my vehicle looked at prior to a long trip and thank god for the team. They conducted a courtesy inspection and was able to get maintenance done that it required. Thank you for always being A+ in my book.

Get a second opinion it saved me about $1700 on a break job.. and the A/C work they did, started at $59 then went to $250 then $300, $375 and when I went to pick up the car $475 without any explanation or authorization. Next day I popped the hood broken clips on the grill and missing bolts which they denied. I had a friend that warned me about taking my car this place due to overcharging and poor work. I should ve listened.

It was some basic service; an oil change and tire rotation, but they also replaced the center console lid very quickly. I had the part, but they did it for me for a small charge and I was very satisfied with the price, quality of work and the personal service. I have been coming to them for over 20 years for my automotive needs.

Management at pepboys on george dieter close to montwood is unprofessional and give super horrible customer service ..and never wanted to post a review..but now I am.....every time since I been a customer there..they give me and estimated time of 4hrs.....and always takes all day...I bought the lifetime alignment pack for my truck and don't get me wrong truck comes out good...but the guy and manager at the front desk don't care about customers...this past 2 times i have taken my truck I had to find out by myself that my truck was ready.... driving by on my wife's vehicle to check on my truck to see if it was ready...and truck was sitting out side and nobody called me to pick up......not even on the app were you register to see the work process on your vehicle..it still said in process of been worked on...wen I showed up by surprise they still take a long time for paperwork..and not even an apology....I have gone there because is so close to me ..and hopping every time I would see diferent manager and clerk so I can expect better customer service...I dont know were to contact theire regional or higher bosses...so they can do something about it..

Stopped in at Pep Boys (George Dieter) not knowing cause or extent of problem with my 2016 Honda Civic..Car shaking terribly, did not feel comfortable driving home. Justin was fantastic as he had a tech trouble-shoot . Replaced a tire torn on the inside and another one bubbling up in tire tread area. Service was prompt, clearly explained, and professionally done. THANKS Justin and crew. Will definitely come back !!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. My mom took her vehicle there over 3 times, paid almost $6k, and each time they didn t take responsibility of their errors. She still does not have her vehicle even though they kept it almost a month to fix it , but it broke down yet again. So she took it to another mechanic because the issue was not something they worked on. Do not go here! You re better off with an at home mechanic. My mom thought a company would be better but it was a lot worse. Reached out to customer service by phone and e mail and could never get a call back.

I would love to say that your service people are absolutely great! I took in my truck and immediately they took it into the shop and repaired three different things. My truck is a 1999 Ford 150 and I've had it since 2005 it and I'm sure it has original parts to it because it's been a great truck it's never given me any problems. The alternator needed to be changed out and was indeed changed out. The bearings inside the pullys we're making a tremendous unusual sound and the service guy told me that they needed to be changed out. My truck has never sounded so good in years, it is an old truck and your service people left at sounding like brand new! I am very pleased with their experience and knowledge and they're careful work on my truck they have made a believer out of me. Pep boys does have great workers they both are experienced and care for customers vehicles. I recommend pep boys to anyone who needs any kind of mechanical work done under cars! I thank you Pep Boys!!

Don t recommend at all I took my work van since the morning and they told me it would take between an hour to three hours for them service it, I gave them all day and even tried calling to get an update on it and no one answered the phone I go to the shop and they said that they had received the part they needed not too long ago but that the tech in charge was already home and now I have to wait till tomorrow for it to be serviced again! I was never told at any point that I was going to have to leave it overnight, now they made me fall back on my work and made me waste my time and gas for nothing.

poor service from one particular representative.somehow they managed to scratch the bottom part of my bumper..my car came back with the tmps light on and they claim my sensors were always not working.

Overall good service.service tech assigned to replace battery a bit rude though. He asked where is the key and the car was running. I still need the key. Key was in the ignition. I asked approximately how long the service would take. Rather with a rude tone he said " I don't know"and walked away. I believe his name was Joe. Other than this, my service was good.

Very good service overall. Always done right the first time with no issues. They fix what you want without breaking anything else. Other places quote you a low price to get your business, but once it's there, there's always an issue and cost more. At Pep Boys, it cost what they tell you with no costly surprises.

Three years ago, I had extensive service on my vehicle and was very satisfied. This recent experience was completely different. The online appointment is pointless because they do not honor your online appointment. I had an online appointment for 10 am and the service representative stated they could not take a look at my vehicle until 1.5-2 hrs. from my scheduled appointment. I checked on my vehicle at 2 pm and the service representative did not have an estimate because he stated he was waiting for a price on oil. I did not get an estimate on my vehicle until 5 pm and the repairs could not be done until the following day. I arrived the following day and the paperwork could not be located according to the service representative. My vehicle is currently at Pep Boys waiting for repairs. I will update this post if my service experience improves.

I took my 2012 Jetta into the location on George Dieter. After the initial diagnosis I was told that the repair would take 4 hours and I would have my vehicle back the same day or the next morning. I didn't hear from anyone until the following evening when I was told that they ordered the wrong part but they would have the correct part first thing in the morning and they would finish the repair. Again, I did not hear from anyone until the following afternoon when they told me that I needed yet another part. The next day we were told via email that they had test driven our car and it was ready for pickup. After everything, we paid almost $2400 for all the parts they said we needed and labor, just for the car to have the same exact issues. The staff is rude and uncaring, which I could look past of they did a good repair, but they did not. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change at 8am. Got there and nobody came up to the counter for a good 5 minutes. Once they took my keys they told me it should only be about an hour or so. I left the store at 11:47. Almost 3 hours for a scheduled oil change. I understand oil changes may take time, but it certainly shouldn t take 3 hours. Especially when you book an appointment for the earliest time available to avoid having to wait for any cars ahead of you. Pretty ridiculous in my opinion.

I needed 4 tires fast for my sons car. I called at 4:30pm and verified the tires were in stock. I was able to get a promotion buy 3 get the fourth free. Mounted, balanced and the car drive loke new again. Problem was fixed and i got it back just before closing at 8pm.Management was great and so were the techs. Thanks again.

I brought my wife s vehicle in for an AC service and oil change. It didn t seem like the vehicle got cold enough after driving it home. Which is a 30 minute trip. Plus, I found the dipstick for the oil was not pushed in all the way. This is not the best way to complete a service and return a vehicle to a customer. .. I am going to have to bring the vehicle back asap. They need to test the AC system more thoroughly.

They had my car almost a week. Requested me to bring in additional parts. I never recieved a call updating me on anything and when it was ready for pick up there was very little explination of what had taken a week. Additionally the car stopped running less than 24hours later. I tried to call and let them no and never got to speak to anyone. I would never take my car here again.

Experience was not what I expected! Since the moment I walked in I was not greeted and ignored then was placed on hold while the employee is looking at his monitor given at this time I am the only costumer in the shop. I went in for a tire change and I was given a 2 hour wait time wow but then we received our vehicle 3 and a half hours later. Good job on the Tire Change took awhile right the only reason for the poor review is the costumers that had been waiting before I got to the Pep Boys one lady had been in the waiting room waiting over an hour for a state inspection, another gentleman was also waiting on his vehicle since they opened and got it back almost 5 hours later and nothing was done to it. I also overheard one employee tell a walk in costumer that they had an over 5 hour wait time of the needed an oil change. I would not consider going back a business is only as strong as the people who work for it and it seems these employees are tapped out or are overworked no passion is really present to help.

I wish I could give this place ZERO STARS. Went to get an alignment and they weren't able to do that. I was like okay whatever, I get there to pick it up and was charged $34. I was so upset already because they should've told me that up front or else I wouldn't have gone because I already know what's wrong with my car. I'm fixing things little by little and don't have a big budget. I get to my car in the parking lot and notice that my tire is flat. I looked closer and my tire had a piece of metal stuck in it andddd a chunk of tire was missing from the back. I confronted them about it and they did nothing. So now that's another thing I have to go fix. I'm just an average person and don't usually post reviews, but I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL!!!

They actually were very attentive and also gave me the whole free inspection to recommend what I needed to replace on my vehicle without feeling the pressure of having to replace it right now . Good job guys and I will definitely be coming back.
