I used to go to this place really often but have moved away so don't frequent this place as much as I used to. All the staff is new. One thing I remember about this place was how friendly and service oriented the staff used to be. Not anymore, the lady at the register was semi rude to rude. I was there to get my State Inspection done and the man who did the inspection wasn't able to even say hello, thank you, please. You can tell the staff changed and so did the person who used to train them. A clear lack of customer service skills. If you are gonna work in the service industry, at least smile and be friendly.

Our experience was great. We arrived about 20 minutes before they were closing. They still took the car, did the inspection, charged us, and took another customer that came in 5 minutes after us. That is worth mentioning because most places would have closed up early so they wouldn't have to work past closing. The inspection girl did a great job. I recommend it

They are trash never helped me out was waiting for one of the girls to help me as the guy cashier said they would waited for 20 minutes they just ignored me even passed by me. Worst place ever do not recommend to anyone

I was in and out! It was such an easy process and the guys that worked there were pretty cool. I just sat in the passenger seat why they conducted their test and it was less than $20.

I love going there El Whero he's one of the customer service representative and when he cashed the check's he is probably the fastest person ever counting the bills! Way to go Whero, forgot to mention it's family owned and operated, friendly personal I recommend it every time

Good service, price,and attitude. I was in and out within 15 minutes. The place is cramped because it is a gas station. Don't go during weekdays at 1100 to 1300 because the high school kids are out at this time and for whatever reason hangout at this gas station.

Great service. There is a bench we're you can wait while your car is inspected. They speak Spanish as well. Overall great experience

Awsome. I do security there friday and saturday. Excellent customer service. Customers are also nice. Management is excellent.

Horrible service. I hat to wait for the car inspector for more than 40 minutes. Person in the counter don't care. I will never come back.

Por tel�fono si me contestaron amablemente pero cuando llegu� me atendi� una Sra nada amable que me dio instrucciones muy feo y sin carisma ni salud� despu�s que revis� mi veh�culo me dio la inspecci�n y ni me dijo nada definitivamente no regreso a este lugar te tratan como que vas a pedir fiado y eso fue exclusivamente la Do�a que hizo la inspecci�n que m�s bien era Don
