This is the worse auto shop ever, my husband took his car there and held our car in the body shop for almost one year just making excuses each week. We paid $2000 to get our car fixed and for them to return our car not working at all and for them to steal our brand new speakers. These people are just SCAMMERS!!!

DON T GO HERE!!!! Just so you know the claims adjuster works for the company. He failed to mention that to me when he came to look at my vehicle. Then took it to get a full estimate at a place he recommends (One Stop Collision). They do a half rate job and charge full price. They don t provide full estimate of charges. Then I had to prove they broke my mirror. They started work prior to my consent and they only take cash. Found that out when I arrived.

Had bad damage to my driver's door. Bent back in the opposite direction. They put new door and matched paint perfectly all in a timely manner. Highly recommend them.

They lied about putting a new transmission in my car also when I drove away from the shop not even an hour it broke down again I m very disappointed thought they were good people and fraud was involved through my warranty company

Brought my vehicle in to get a bumper replaced after someone tore it off , insurance paid 1900 to fix the damage. I paid an extra 1000 to get it painted. Horrible job ever!!. paint was with bubbles still with scratches, car parts missing they glued my bumper instead of fixing it they just made my car worse and now it's falling apart ever since I brought my vehicle here worst decision ever they are both filled with excuses as to why the job was poorly done , so if you want your vehicle fixed and painted the right way I urge you not to come here and waste your money!! Seek a professional legit place that will take care of your vehicle and not make it worse that it was originally this place should be shut down !!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Brought car in to repair rear end damage. They did a unprofessional job. They scratched up the paint all around the car. They did such a bad job of fixing rear bumper, they slammed the trunk to shut it and damaged trunk release. On top of that, they wouldn't release my vehicle unless I paid someone else's bill. Police were involved. They lied about insurance not sending payment. Good thing I reported these clowns to the BBB.

AWFUL experience. Do yourself a favor and do not use their services. Everything was out of line since the beginning. They came to pick up my car without a consent from my insurance company. They told me my car would be ready in 2 weeks, I ended up waiting 3 months. They are all talk. Please do not go here.

DO NOT USE THIS BODY SHOP. They will pretend to work for the insurance company in order to pick up the vehicle. They will have you sign an agreement form that you cant even read stating that you are ok with a $40 daily charge for storage. Bad business and poor service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IT'S A SCAM PLUS DON'T TRUST A COMPANY THAT CAN'T SPELL "INSURANCES" OR "too big" "too small"go to bbb.org (better business bereau) to see my full complaint. It's pretty long but also look at other complaints on "one stop collision"

Took my car to this shop and what should have been a week or two week job has now been stretched for more than a month now... Every time I would get a date for when they would be done with my car, the mechanic working on my car would not answer me and post pone the date when my car would be done. I am still waiting for my car to be finished...

Horrible experiencia,casi un a�o con mi veh�culo, no recomiendo este lugar para nada,mal servicio, te traen a vuelta y vuelta que ya esta, y a pesar que ya estaba pagado el servicio a�n as� valen madre para su trabajo mentiras tras mentiras t pareciera oliera como algo medio raro y sospechoso ese lugar, no vayan ah� horrible lugar no sirve. Deber�amos demandar ese lugar
