I had an oil change there for my car and it was great. They explained any questions that I had and I liked it because they did I hope point (Inspection) of the levels of fluid in my car. I will definitely be going back. Great customer service.

Went in for inspection. Waited after giving my insurance info. After half an hour my car hadn't moved up...2nd in line. 45 minutes later, the employee that took my insurance info was closing out the prior customer. He decided to have a casual conversation with the customer which sounded like they knew each other. During this time, my car hadn't moved up by him or the other employees. We didn't get acknowledgement at all. Loudy service. After a total of one hour, we decided to leave and tried a different location. Employee at this different location was no better....he didn't even know the hours of operation.

Staff were very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They provided me with a great update on services done and services due. I was especially impressed by their honesty and not forcing any services not needed.

Wednesday December 6 I went for a oil change and Robert was super helpful as soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped took around 10 minutes for a oil change and I asked questions and had concerns but he cleared it up for me I d rate this a 10 star if I could atmosphere and music was spot on

This was my 1st time at this location today (8/6/23) and the staff was amazing. Edgar and the other guys were so friendly and explained all needed services in an easy to understand manner. I have paid more for the same services at other places and have not had close to same customer service. Even though it was 110 degrees outside the staff was happy and more than helpfull and treated me like their friend. The waiting area is spacious and the television was set to a family friendly kids movie. Next time I will not be afraid to take my kids with me. Thank you again Edgar and your team and you will be seeing me again very soon with my all my cars.

Went to get a Texas state inspection and was out in 15 min only because I misplaced my insurance info but if it weren't for that probably be out much quicker thanks to the workers and shout out to Anthony for keeping me occupied.

Staff went over and beyond to have car up to par! I liked that they would give detail of the inspection of fluids at an understanding of a costumer not a mechanics technical term. The customer service I received exceeded my expectations. Not only did they top of any fluids that my vehicle needed without asking Carlos went above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle was ready for the road. Not only was I able to change the oil on my wife s car I was so pleased I returned shortly after yo have my truck serviced as well . This is the second time I go back for an oil change staff is very friendly, very courteous, and very attentive from now on this is the place where I will be getting my car serviced. I am in an out in a timely manner, and the best part is that I can always go back and get my oil topped. I most certainly recommend this place to my friends and family Services: Tires, Oil change
