One employee was standing around chatting instead of coming to ask what I needed. A second employee, upon completing an inspection came up and refused to carry out inspection claiming my insurance was considered expired even though it was good for 23 more days. It was an hour before closing on a Sunday, felt like they just wanted to chill until closing time. Fairly new location, I would have thought they would be more focused on customer service and getting new satisfied customers.

I took my truck yesterday because I thought I needed a transmission flush. The staff took my truck and checked it out and discovered my transmission fluid was low and had a little leak they could have easily did the service and charge me the $169. The moral of this quote is, I just want people to know I really appreciate there honesty and they have a customer for life.

Yeah its oil changers now not lube n go. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and they dont recommend anything you dont need! The wait time is almost never too long and they will have recommendations for anything they cant take care of in shop (tire changes, tune ups, brakes)

Best service my silverado has had in years. Went in for an oil change and i was advised that my truck had not had a diferential service and other small services. They did all the work needed in about 30 to 40 min. I was really impressed andi got a sweet discount for being a veteran.

Very positive experience. They were quick and professional. I t took my van in for a vehicle inspection for license renewal. They even found my cabin filter desperately needed replacing and cleaned. Which they did. Thank you so much!

I love doing business here I spoke with Kenneth about a couple of concerns I had cause I usually do my own oil changes on mine and my girlfriend s cars. He assured me he would double check my for leaks so I proceeded to get the oil change done on my girlfriend s car. He was fast and efficient and even showed me pictures of the oil filter and drain plug after startup. Only tissue we had was the monitor Kenneth was using kept blinking to a black screen. He stated it was technical issues but they were in the process of getting it fixed. I highly recommend coming to this location these guys are great.

Service was good and fast.I will not return as a protest to being prompted to leave a tip. If the techs are not paid enough, a raise should be included in the cost upfront. This practice makes a lie out of the advertised price of services.

Went there to get inspection and oil change with my husband. We were first ones there, no other cars when we arrived. Figured it would be a quick service. Nope. Other cars arrived and the guy started working on other cars over ours. Doing oil changes on other vehicles as well as ours. In the end, total time was an hour and 15 minutes. Then we left and noticed guy didn t even fill up our tires. The other service guy was servicing another lady after we arrived and he finished her vehicle before ours and we noticed he filled her tires. Long story short, won t be coming here again.

I went to oil changers for a vehicle inspection and was told my car would not pass due to my parking break needing to be tightened. The cost would have been supposedly 40 to 50 dollars. My car has sensors for items such as brakes. I took my car somewhere else and passed inspection with no problem. I felt that because I am a female they thought I would take their word and get this fixed even though nothing was wrong.They need more knowledgeable reps to assist clients. And not think because it is a woman that you can tell her anything to get more money. also my oil came out of my car after my last oil change. I got 5 qts and I am bone dry after 2 mths. I am going somewhere else for oil changes and inspections.

Not only was it fast, but the tech took time to answer my questions and make recommendations. I appreciate the time and customer service (even when the other tech was telling him to wrap it up bc there were 2 other cars).

I didn t realize they d algas changed me for a full insepction until I got home. I originally went for a oil change and when I left I paid 101.00 because they did the full inspection without asking me.

This location is closely to my house! I am very pleased with the quality of service this location has to offer! I continue to not be disappointed. Great service to my automobile, great customer service, fast service and short time wait to get your vehicle serviced! It s kinda hidden location not in a busy area and I like that about it! The employees that helped me both of the visits I had within the last 3 weeks were all amazing. They were very courteous and respectful. The service they provided (Texas vehicle inspections) for our two vehicles streaks done quick.

Went early and the staff looked well rested. I was in and out very fast even though there were 3 ahead of me. The manager Tury answered all my questions. Good experience. The 3 other people waiting all seemed happy as well.

Ken, their Lead-Tech is awesome, very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He even reconnected my washer fluid supply line while my vehicle's oil was being changed. Ken and Robert were very curtious. I came in for a oil change. Ken completed in a quick and timely manner and recommended a new air filter I said I would get in the future. In all together it took 25 minutes with a full store and cars waiting for service.

I recently got an oil change for my 2013 Toyota Highlander at the above location on Westwind. The technician suggested adding a fuel injection cleaning alongside the oil change, and I agreed. However, since then, my car's performance has deteriorated. The engine now shakes during startup, and it feels rough while accelerating and idling. This issue might be due to an incorrect fuel injector cleaner or its improper usage. Especially in older cars with metal tanks, it's crucial to choose the right fuel injection cleaner to prevent damage to the fuel system.I visited the oil changers and explained the problem with my car. They reassured me that they hadn't worked on the engine and claimed there was nothing wrong. I was very disappointed.Due to the crew's apparent lack of skill and experience, as evidenced by my disappointing encounter, I can only suggest considering oil changers solely for state inspections and basic oil changes. When it comes to other recommendations they provide, I strongly advise seeking the expertise of a qualified mechanic instead.

Just amazing customer service here at this location. I actually live on the east side of El Paso and drive all the way to the west side just for the customer service thanks again guys and thanks for the additive for $19 into my fuel tank my car is driving so smoothly now. Also, they did the flush for the oil they started for around 15 minutes and let the old oil run threw the system and then they put new oil.Service: Oil change

These guys appeared to take pride in their work and were careful with my vehicle. They worked efficiently, but didn t rush through the job. Overall customer service was excellent.They do try to upsell services (air/cabin filters, coolant flush, injector cleaning, etc ) but aren t pushy about it and their prices are reasonable and comparable to other automotive service stations.I will certainly use them again for oil changes and may have other services done here as well.Service: Oil change
