This store has employees that when I walk in and go the oil department i always catch them looking if im gonna steal something jeez and the service sucks slow to much chatting if costumers dont know what they looking for they spend up to an hour looking for something the customer has no idea so how can they know meanwhile the line grows and grows

Always helpful and polite. As a woman, who does not do much with cars, but drive them, I am always so happy to shop there. I bought new windshield wipers and they installed them at no charge. Great place!

Showed up with the dreaded Check Engine Light. With the pandemic, they won't sit in your car, but they'll give you the OBD scanner to check the codes yourself. Pretty awesome.Turns out my battery was going bad; Jose, the manager, came out and did the full battery-starter-alternator diagnostic. He confirmed that I was due for battery replacement, and helped me purchase the replacement. Without missing a beat, he carried it out to the parking lot and installed it for me, no questions asked, no extra charge (aside from the standard recycling fee for leaving your old battery). The whole time, Jose was friendly, courteous, and patient. 10/10, would totally auto part here again!

Man if there is anywhere else I could shop for autoparts it would be here. The morning people that work at this location are amazing! Joanna the counter person has always been so helpful with every visit. No matter what day I go she always has a smile and a happy tone. The other girls that also work there are amazing and nice. It is always a pleasure to see them and speak with them.

Today I went to go return some fuses that I had bought. The problem was I needed to replace the bulbs instead of the fuses . So I went to the store with the receipt, and they told I couldn't get my money back because i bought them 3 weeks ago. The person that was supposedly to help me said that the fuses had been used. I told him nicely that I had tried 2 of them ,it comes with 5 in the pack. But the wasn't the problem so I took them off and put them back in the pack. I'm so irritated because that was my first time going there . I always go to AutoZone but because I was short on time,and it was closest to my house. But if I would of known this would happen I wouldn't have gone. And after this I will NEVER go back. I'm positive if I go back to talk to the manager he is going to side with his or her employee. So be careful people. I would recommend to go to another auto parts store. If there customers service is like that then i wont have any part of that . Thank you for the great service. Yeah right. I wish the manager would prove me wrong.

A couple weeks ago, I had to replace the battery in my car. I went there and the assistant manager and one of the employees did a heck of a job in replacing it for me. They were really friendly and I felt they went outta their way to get it done.

I called to see if they had a certain oil that I needed, the person said yes they had the product. Went to the store to go buy the oil. They didnt have it they had the oil I asked for. Also I needed another part for my car. Alfonso the assistant manager said that I needed to take the part off and show it to him. Being that I live about five miles from the store. I didnt want to go back and forth. So I opted to go to the other store at and get both parts. Alfonso told me being that I had asked for the oil there at his store I had to pay for the oil there. Or they would not sell me the oil at the other store. Went to the other store. Got the oil. Also got the other part that I needed All I had to do is give them the make and model of the car. Sorry to say. This is not the first time I have dealt with Alfonso. And every time I ask for help. He doesnt come thru. Always an excuse for not being able to help. Guess I'll be going to the other store on Alameda and yarbrough.

Joanna Martinez went beyond the call of duty to help me with my dilemma. My car's old battery finally succumbed. So , I bought a new one , a superstar platinum etc. which I already researched online, thus I know what I wanted. I'm disabled, so how am I going to get it home ? ( UBER, duh !) Budget is really stretched from this unexpected expense. When I walked in, I was so relieved to see ladies in attendance. In my experience with auto supplies, men talk condescendingly to women clients,very impersonal service. Joanna was very professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable . She then BROUGHT ME HOME in the company truck ( .7 miles) CARRIED that 60 -70 lbs. thing. THANK YOU, JOANNA and to O'REILLY for their decision to employ ladies in this business - very intuitive move !

Went to buy the car battery, the lady served me but also had to come outside and change the old battery. Unfortunately she was unscrewing the wrong area. The guy by the name Clemente was inside unbothered to come and help the coworker. Finally the lady asked him to help, after he finished changing the battery, he left my hood wide open.

The prices are ok, there's not a lot on display. Staff wasn't that great at promoting specials or offering help.
