O'Reillys is located in central El Paso.. It is across the street from the El Paso Police Headquarters... This location has many items to chose from..wether it be cleaning your car to changing the oil.. To major repairs to your vehicle.. That have a rewards option so if you come remember to sign up..

The store manager Guillermo Green was very rude since the begging, I asked him if I could speak to someone else, to which he replied that I should dial the 01 800 number. So the manager insted of helping he was rude and unprofessional.

Checked online first for what I needed, showed them and was done really quickly. Customer service was great, they only had 4 of 6 of what I needed. Bought it all there and picked up the 2 at another store in less than 5 minutes.

Every time I go into this store it is always clean and neat. I always get greeted at the door and the staff is very knowledgeable. I recommend this store to my friends all the time. If the pet is not available; it s usually there that day or next day. Carlos and his staff amazing. Hit them up!!!!!

As far as any parts store, its fairly good. Very organized place with good workers along with great prices. My only qualms is from a management decision. They make assumptions as to who may not speak English very well. So they start the conversation in Spanish. Someone needs to rethink that policy so as not to offend customers.

It was great buying my parts there. The store manager Carlos Ruiz was very friendly and helpful. He helped me install my windshield wipers and hopefully my supervisor will open an account with them. I suggest you shop there.

The people of El Paso, Tx where the most friendliest, awesome, and helpful.. Especially this O' Reilly's Auto Part store.. The manager, and associates really helped me out when the vehicle i was in broke down.. They did an outsider a solid.. Won't ever forget ur kindness bro, or the oldies u were playing on a Sunday morning.. Thank u

These guys are no help. Went in for a radiator return hose and wipers. Guy sold me one same width but not correct at ends. Then he told me he couldn't take back hose since it was cut then sold me plastic adapters. He told me that policy did not allow him to assist in any way. I spent 3 hours in the 106� heat piecing together the hose and adapters. I went back in and asked for help with the wipers since was free installation. He told me I had to wait till he had time. He was on his phone watching who knows what. Bottom line...GO TO AUTOZONE. Not only are they cheaper but the want to help and provide Customer service.

Not good, guy was on his cell phone. Had to wait for him to ask me if I was ready. Then when I walked to register he told me over here. Did not ask for rewards card or offered military discount, I guess cell phone more important than customer service.

This is walking distance from my house so I go here for a quick buy. THEY HAVE GOOD PRICES AS WELL, you need to shop around first..

I had gone to AutoZone and they told me they don't check your car engine lights no more because of the pandemic here the young lady loan me the machine told me what to do and then looked up the codes to tell me what was wrong with it took the time to see how much each item was going to cost me thumbs up for O'Reilly's

It was terrible one of the ladies was real rude it's October 10th right around 6 p.m. I walked in and one of the ladies didint even offer to help and she interrupted me didn't let me speak she look like she didn't even want to be there

Great customer service! They also have coffee and pastries for the customers. Dont see a lot of that nowadays! Definitely will return for all my car needs.
