Fidel was amazing! I had walked in with a battery issue and was told they weren t able to help me but Fidel and Jesus Torres came out and replaced my battery from my Land Rover. After hearing my only choice was to take it to the dealership I m very happy they were able to help me. Very greatful for them!

wipers very expensive $32 each and employee didn't know how to put them on. they were loose. lucky my wife asked me to turn them on and whoa loose and noisy. we had to tell him something was wrong and he went back to read instructions and finally got it. took about 25 minutes

Had a dead car battery. Got some wonderful help to cable start it. Went to O'Reilly's and purchased a battery and the Parts Expert took off the old battery and installed the new $179 battery. He was friendly and we really appreciated his help.

Excellent service by all! I m more of an AutoZone dude, given the points system they have, but this O Reilly is fantastic! I went in to get my BMW 535i rotors cut, they were done within an hour, $15/ea. Couple great pricing, with superb customer service, and you ve got some real magic here!

I go to O'Reilly because it it on the right side of zaragoza street. That way I don't have to turn around on zaragoza to get to auto zone. To dangerous due to the new middle curb installed. Go to O'Reilly, best auto store out there.

Great service! I've been going to that location for a few years. This last time I went the staff was exceptionally helpful and patient! They even took the time to come out and service the car for me! I am extremely satisfied. I never leave reviews at places but this one deserved it! 10/10

Love these guys. Brian, Sam, Steve.... They are all awesome and super helpful. If they don't have it, rest assured they will find it and bend over backwards to have it the same day. I drive across ep just for these guys.

Called to see if they had calipers for my 2500 hd truck since the ones i purchased TWO weeks ago seized up, was told they had them instock. Took my old seized ones off, got a ride to the store. Spent an hour arguing about whether or not they could give me the replacements for free (they're under warranty), finally figured that out and they go out back to give me the parts. THEY ARE THE WRONG SIZE!!! They were for a light truck!! What part of 2500HD says light truck to you?? Wasted two hours for nothing.

It was not the store, it was the web site. The site could not find items with the descriptions given. Those descriptions were, car battery, batteries, battery water or battery fliuds. Incredible!!!

Garbage customer service. The employee was talking to us with profanity and attitude. Extremely unprofessional. You are not going to be rigorous in your hiring process, expect poor ratings.
