O'Reilly's at 5305 Alameda Ave, El Paso, TX. Horrible customer service at this location! Tried returning a battery core and not one employee was able to help me. And then I stepped in to the parking lot to call my son (Hayden Gougeon) who works at O'Reilly's in Eldon, Mo store #4082, so that he could walk them through the steps and the Locked the door on me! This at 8:42pm pm when the sign clearly said they closed at 9:00pm. Took a picture of OPEN sign as I was pulling out the parking lot!This was also after I tried a store across town that said closed at 8:00pm and when I got there the door was locked but at least it was 7:56pm, two more customers were pulling in also and also found a locked door. Why have Your operating hours online if you're not going to abide by them. Not Happy at All!!! Thank you for your time.

They had me waiting for 10 minutes in line for them to tell me they can't check my engine line u till they finish with the big line of people which was like 10 people waiting. There were people in the back just talking and not helping with customers either. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION unless you wanna wait long waits.This man Eric tall guy with some gray hair was really unprofessional.

Customer service is great, although telephones were ringing off the wall. Sales associate was attentive and researched the correct part for my vehicle.

best customer service ever, i don t ever leave reviews but Ivan helped me throughout the entire process of everything. went above and beyond to help me find the things i needed for my truck and looked under to find which oil filter i needed! give Ivan a promotion!

The peeps there never greet the customers, even seem to be bothered when one walks in. Not one store all of them. Very bad customer service.

Very bad and poor customer service. After having years of buying my tune up accessories and Always! buying in repetition, (since 2016) they denied a warranty exchange on my cables eventhough I had all evidence on my side. And with no manners said "no te lo puedo cambiar porque esos no son de los mio!" What an absurd response since he is not the O'Reilly owner! Disappointing and not going back!

Called the day before and received decent and prompt service over the phone, told to talk to manager the next day for my part. The manager turned out to be ignorant of his own store's policies, was rude, a liar, and wasnt helpful at all. Went to the warehouse store on Flowers for better customer service. Wont ne going to that store anymore.

My store. Come in and visit us any time from 8am to 10 pm we offer friendly customer service and helpful advise along w free testing and charging on batteries.

If your coming from Juarez Mexico this is a great branch to keep in mind , personeel are bilingual, friendly and will go out of their ways to meet your needs in a timely manner

I was helped by Beto in the commercial side. He was extremely helpful. He was able to get what I needed and was able to give it to us at much better price than Autozone.

Great service even tho sometimes they ask questions that have nothing to do with the parts you need and they will give you wrong parts unless you take it from the asst manager or store manager.
