We pulled into El Paso on a Friday afternoon. After setting up we discovered a significant electrical failure inside the RV. Joseph didn t hesitate to come help us even though it was supper time on a Friday evening. He was able to isolate the issue but in the end it was evident that the problem needed to be addressed by our dealer. However, he was able to disconnect faulty wires so that the good wires in the GFCI do work until we get back home. He offered to come back the next day if needed. He was courteous and caring. Even gave us good recommendations as to good places to eat! Highly recommend!

So grateful for Joseph! My husband and I were stranded at an exit off of I-10 outside Las Cruces while on the tail end of a long trip with our dogs. After calling over a dozen mobile repair people who couldn t come, I reached out to him thinking he was too far away to come. He got right on his way and arrived within the hour, had us back on the road in less than an hour. Super friendly, great pricing, and best of all, dependable! Highly recommend Mr. RV!

We are so extremely pleased with our experience with and the work done by Mr. RV. While passing thru El Paso our RV developed a leak in the kitchen. Turns out there was a poor patch from the previous owner. Mr. rv figured it out and fixed it right away even had to get parts special for it. He came out the day after our first call to him, and finished the job same day - even returned in the evening when he remembered he d unplugged something that needed plugged back in - we hadn t even realized it yet. The price was fair and more than reasonable for his time and work, and we are thrilled to have everything fixed and be able to get back on the road. We sincerely appreciate this business!!!

Came charged us the $95 fee to come and tell us what the problem was and gave us a temporary solution and was told would call us with pricing for Wray he said might be the issue with our furnace. This was before Christmas. Still haven t heard from them.

Mr. RV does very good work and has good pricing. I first called him and he walked me through the steps to determine the problem and ensure it was not the batteries. He is very punctual and will repair your RV regardless of the issue. He will also explained the issue and give you options, if there are any to replacing/fixing the issue.Service: Electrical

Abraham came to save the day. AC went out and he was able to get the part and fix it the same day. It s a life saver in the Texas heat. He was prompt and called me back right away. I am so thankful that we found Mr. Rv to repair our broken a/c. They were prompt, professional, and very reasonably priced.
